The location was very good

Only 2 half-litre water bottles were available on day one & on the next day, we were told water is not available because the facility is a hotel apartment type. This is not acceptable and should provide water every day.

This is the hotel I always select for my stay if it's available. Its near to Burjuman Metro Station (Exit 4). Burjuman Mall is across the street for your shopping needs or you can take the metro to go to Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates or even Gold Souk for jewelry. Lots of eatries around and a food court in the Burjuman Mall as well. My room was upgraded upon arrival free of charge which was a pleasant surprise as they gave me a one bedroom apartment.

Room cleaning requires improvements as the cleaning guys don't change the sheets, pillows and duvet covers unless you specifically ask.

I wish more cleaner. Service was a little slow but wasn't that bad. A little expensive according to the resources.

really liked the location - literally next to the subway, perfect for whatever you want to visit! Many restaurants, food for all budgets and tastes! I received a large apartment, with a bedroom with a large balcony, with a living room, with two bathrooms, hot water, everything you need!There were some things missing in the kitchen, but I asked for them and I got them! The lady at the reception was very kind and helped us, so if you need anything, ask!It is true that it is being built nearby, but in the evening, at night it is quiet, in the morning until 8 o'clock, something that did not bother us at all, because the sun motivates us to wake up!Book with confidence, if you want to visit all day and just a place to sleep, very close to the subway!

The furniture is a bit old, various things are missing in the kitchen, we only had one small and one large towel, even though we were two people, but we asked for them and received them, and the furniture didn't bother us because we left in the morning and came back late evening!

Spacious apartment. Pretty old but fully equiped with everything you need. Close to metro station Burjuman Station only 3 minutes away. Easy access to other attractions , the Gold Souk is only 3 stations away. Close to many supermarkets around ( Carrefour etc) so if you feel like cooking you can buy fresh ingredients and cook in yr unit. If you dont feel like cooking, there are many cafes / restaurants around the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Always smiling

Utensils are pretty worn out but still useable. Floors / carpet quite dusty if u dont wear your slippers in the house your feet get dirty.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expected hotel would be so good for the very attractive price deal I got. Super welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable, quiet, clean studio. Everything looked new and well maintained. If one needs additional things for the kitchenette it’s enough to ask the reception. In general, I don’t like A/c but here it wasn’t disturbing. Good heated swimming pool on the roof. One couldn’t find a better location. Next to Burjuman Metro station - connection to both Green and Red metro lines; lots of supermarkets and restaurants around; walking distance to the Seef heritage site, the Creek; a short bus ride to the La Mer beach WiFi was surprisingly good and stable. For those who haven’t been to UAE before - the UAE operators block calls on WhatsApp; only messages are possible.

Wonderful Location and staff. They helped us a lot especially Madhu,Hazel,Paras. Food prepared at this place was much better than what we had in restaurants outside. Housekeeping staff Tushar and Shane were very helpful and nice. Induction stove in our Studio was very helpful.

Have something in the lobby for fragrance because as soon as you come out of Room or lift,there is a little odour,if you can improve that would be perfect.
