Super friendly staff on reception and at the rooftop pool. I was always made to feel very welcome. Always a smile and a nod when I come to the hotel The rooms are spotless. The minibar is stocked with snacks and drinks. Crisps would be a welcome addition but otherwise excellent selection. The location is ideal, being only a one minute walk to the Burjaman Mall and Burjaman Metro station with excellent connections throughout Dubai. I will most definitely come back to this hotel again.

Near to metro station and food restaurants. The receptionist, Mr Anander, was so considerate and accommodating, especially to my visitors, as i was on my medical recuperation. To the lifeguard, Mr Sutakar, who was helpful. To Mr Dhruv Bist (room attendant) for keeping my room clean and replaced the finished items. To Mr Jaydeth (supervisor), who was always asking me if the room has been perfectly cleaned and in order, thank you 😊 Above all, the staff are well mannered. It was far beyond my expectations that the staff i mentioned were professionally awesome. Kudos 👏

The location of the hotel is great. It is located close to the Metro-Station intersection (Burjuman Metro Station) and also to the big shopping center (BurJuman) where man can buy all that he needs. The staff was very friendly. House keepers were nice and friendly. Pool guy was very helpful and he kept pool area really nice ang clear all the time.

This hotel is mostly adopted for the South Asians. You could smell spices almost everywhere. There was some bad odor in the room. The breakfast was not adapted to Europeans, the food has too much spices.

I did an extended stay at Raviz this summer - for a good 6 weeks. The property has a warm, familiar feel to it. And I enjoyed my stay. Associates that stood out in terms of hospitality were: The Indian server at the 1st level bar (I couldn't get the name) Bellhop Sameer Houseboy Dhruv Bisht Duty Mgr Nitish Patra Also, with the help of Sriman & Sajeesh, I have booked the conference room for 4 days for my company usage.

No one's particular fault, of course. But the rooms are old & the wooden fixtures + carpets need replacement. I struggled with large & small cockroaches for the first few days of my stay. I finally had to request Housekeeping for a thorough cleaning.

The hotel is in really good location near the Metro station so you can easily get from the airport and back I’m really recommend it this Hotel

There is one small thing I would like to suggest could you please provide a normal coffee machine I like the breakfast but I really miss a coffee machine it’s much better than instant coffee from the jar

The location is perfect. Very close to Burjuman Mall and Burjuman Metro Station which is one of the transfer stations in Dubai. Getting around is a breeze. Their reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. Thanks also to the bellboy, Mr. Shameer, for always helping me carry my heavy luggage and finding a taxi for me.The room's cleanliness has made me very satisfied.

It would be better if the breakfast food provided had more choices.

What I liked most about this hotel was the perfect location, near the subway, where the two important red and green lines meet. The room was very comfortable, I was very satisfied with the conditions of the room! The same breakfast, it was extraordinary... you have a lot to choose from and I really liked that there was fresh fruit every morning 😊

The pool on rooftop it’s not something I expected, but it’s okay, at least you can be alone and enjoy the silence and the view 😇

Nice location with access to nearby shops, public transport and restaurants and local eateries. Friendly staffs.

Room size was a bit small for 2 people with luggage. Always saw people waiting for the Lift even though 2 were available. The closet was behind the door and so the door cannot be kept open if we have to use the closet. Sometime, we wanted to keep the door open for fresh air but if we use the closet, the door has to be closed. Only window out of the two could be opened; Towel hangar in the bathroom is fine but could have been a better one with options to put more clothes
