Great location

A little dated and not all facilities in a great state

Our stay was incredible as always! We are coming here for several years. Hotel is near the mall, metro, supermarket ect. On walking distance. It's very central to everything. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 weeks. It has everything you need and very clean. The staff members are very helpfull, friendly and professional. They always help you and provide you with there best service. We would like too thank them all for giving us the feeling like we are at home. Special thanks too: Shams Tabrez, Abdul Salam, Ashfaaq, Nausath, Kasim, Mukbul, Abdul Mansoor, Ilyas and all the others. Very big thumbs-up for these people! In Shaa Allah we will meet again. Salaam!

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the metro and close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the Mall of the Emirates. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a washing machine and a functional kitchen. The rooftop pool and gym were great bonuses, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Daily housekeeping was efficient and respectful of privacy. I really appreciated the quiet environment and the sense of safety in the building. Mabrak sir and the entire team was amazing. Thanks team for making us feel like home.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and well-organized. The room was spotless, the facilities were top-notch, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I’d like to give a special thanks to Mubarak and Mohamed Kareem for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with a warm smile. Their kindness truly made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

The Location to the metro & mall. Just walkable distance. Not even 10 min walk. A lot of options to choose from for restaurants. The staffs were really helpful. I mean they went their way to help us a lot when our child was sick. About their food, I don't know cause I did not choose it. I feel all Hotels usually have the same menu for brekfast. If you ask me would I go back, the answer is yes.

1. The Ac temprature in the room though turning it off was very cold. I did whatever I know to make the room to a Temp that we wanted but to no vail. 2. The rooms were a bit dusty. Though the housekeeping team did their best, the rooms did not feel clean. Might have being because I keep the balcony door open because of point 1. 3. Kitchen utenlis had limitations.

The ambience of hotel are neat and organize. I would like also. Everything is perfect. You can feel the best hotel services in rose garden hotel apartment as they are serving u their best in terms of hotel management and a friendly environment. . Receptionist staff are very generous, and kind Mr Raghai, Mr jalal, Mr Kasim, & Mr Jawad. The housekeeping team staff also served you very helpful if u need things to request. I really like the room that I stayed it was so wide and my favorite sofa set is there u can rest your self while watching high speed internet and television.All staff are professional & surely u would love to stay not only one day or more few days because this hotel apartment are very comfortable and quite to stay .I am fully recommended this apartment as u feel like you are in home. Kitchen utensils are also easy and kitchen stove are easy to use so u can cook your favorite dishes there☺️.This is one of my favorite hotel apartment when I go for staycation .

Close to Burjuman mall which is good spot for Access to Food Court, shopping and travelling across Dubai using Metro or Taxi.

The size is great for family but most importantly the service was warm and excellent. The team is very responsive it’s amazing . My whole family wants to stay there each time they go to Dubai and we have already recommended our family to stay there. It’s indeed two minutes away from BURJUMAN center and the metro and their service is for World Cup … I will stay there again . The beds are very comfortable and the space is great and very clean

The first time we entered the Hosue had a scent which wasn’t fresh but it later wore off. Also the fridge was old and not working well but as soon as we validated this after a few days they replaced the fridge and we were very delighted.

I like the cleanniess of the room. The house keeing of the room was excellant. The bed sheets and the pillows are super clean. The kitchen utensils were very good. The fridge as well was very neat and clean

The bath room is small. The bathtub is particularly small and the water always spills over to the floor and made the bath room floor wet throughout the day. The corridor is smelly particularly during the housekeeping times. And the room is opposite to the garbage door, i dont know if the smell comes from that
