Location is perfect. From Airport, take Metro to Burjuman Metro Station, then use Exit 2, only 3 minute walk down main road. Many restaurants nearby and across the street is Burjuman Shopping Mall with Food Courts and Carrefour (use Metro access to cross the street) The Hotel room itself is a bit worn, some lights not working, bathroom handle loose etc and some noise from the Hotel's Disco Club, but still an acceptable stay. Next time I would not pay extra for Breakfast, not quite Western taste, I would use Food Court across the street. Large comfortable bed and bath.

Enjoyed my stay here. These days I travel independently and for experience, not for business so this nice old hotel suited me fine. Very nice people running the hotel, great location and a reasonable price. Lots of great little cafes in the streets around and behind with Indian, Bangladeshi, Korean, Chinese, Lebanese etc food. If you like to party, several lively clubs. If you want things quiet, make sure to ask for one of the rooms away from the clubs. These days, I would rather stay in a Hotel with character like this than a bland identikit international chain.

Still one of my favorites hotels in Dubai Location is perfect.(malls, metro, restaurants, exchange, mosque, barbershop, supermarkets) and more. Staff are very good. Rooms are clean. Wifi speed is very good for online meetings. Burjuman metro station is very near. Check in, extending stay and check out was very smooth. Taxis and transportation is easy from that area.

It's not what i didn't like, its more observations and suggestions for improvement. 1- The club noise is reaching upper room, and that is effecting people who has work in the early morning. (just like my case) So its not necessary to make sound level 125 db to make few people hear the music, sound can be reduced to a level that guests in the rooms will not disturb and also the people in the Clubs will enjoy it. And not forget to mention the impact of high noise levels on these people who works in these clubs in the long term.

Parking ground terrible...towels even i dnt use to clean the floor...so old,rough n grayish...room furnitures n overall old,safe was not working n reluctantly they changed wth the new one....toilet was smeling.even I asked new towels n bathrubs never been brought....cleaners not understand English properly I think

Very comfortable room. Old Hotel and hence had moisture related issues on the walls. Other than that good for a short stay

The basement car park is horrible. Very few parking spaces and you will find vehicles double parked. Had to get the security move a car to get mine out

The staff service was excellent and the front desk is really helpful with the queries.

Swimming pool wasn't open and there's no notes or information about its closure not until the check in day.

Very convenient location with Burjuman shopping centre right across the road. The delux room was fairly comfortable.

The AC was noisy. The WIFI signal was very weak and did not work most of the time inside the room

The location was good. Easy to travel by train. And bus. Both green line and red line trains are available. The hotel quality is not of 4 start hotel but it is not bed for desi people as the breakfast is usually indian food.

The noises from clubs at night. It was not very bad but still it is not a good thing. Washroom is not good

Could have done with newer more comfortable beds and the showers didn't have curtains. Needless to say...the entire floor was wet after a shower.

Special thanks to Ms Mae at the reception and Mr Ali who helped us with our bags. They were very courteous and pleasant in their attitude. Location was brilliant. Dubai RTA (Road Transport Authority) is fantastic. superb connectivity and easy access to metro, buses and taxis.
