The rooms are spacious and perfect for families. I'd like to thank Katty, especially, she was very professional and made my stay much easier.

I recommend avoiding last minute booking or the price will increase by a lot. There is also a disturbing scent in the corridors.

Good apartments for families

Location was super accessible to all things. Staff was friendly and cordial. Mr. Sabri and Ms. Irene was very helpful to our needs. Definitely worth staying with family.

Pricing it is expensive for rooms and food. Also breakfast had a poor choice selection along with the friendliness of the service staff at the restaurant was not in par to a 4 or 5 star hotel. I also did not like that parking was not available for guests of the hotel to park in the hotel apartments especially if i’m staying there for 3 days.

The location is perfect – situated in a central area, it's easy to access major attractions, shopping, and dining spots. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. A special mention to Mr. Mohammed Farrag, the customer care executive. He was always ready to assist with any queries or requests to ensure everything was perfect. Overall, I recommend Golden Sands 10 for anyone visiting Dubai. Great location and wonderful service

It was an exceptional stay in Dubai. I stayed with my family including my husband and 4 kids, for 7 nights, in Goldensands 10. It was a 3 rooms apartment hotel. Every thing was exceptional till we checked out with no single complain. The apartment was spacious with well-funished 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms ( 2 with bath top- 1 with shower corner), fully furnished kitchen (all what you need during travel to cook), wide living area, dining table with 8 chairs, espresso and hot boiler with coffee stuff. The smell of the apartment, furniture, bedsheedts and pillows were all 5 stars standard. It is winter season now, so we enjoyed hot shower with warm waters and never had cold water even with long shower. Facities including Wifi and outdoor swimming pool were great. Parking with free valet for 24 hours is also a strength of this hotel. The staff working in this hotel were extremely kind and made our excellent experience. The reservation personnel communicated with me due to credit card problem and help me to keep my booking till it was done. Thanks to shuaib and catty for their professional mangement of payment problem. Check in and out was somooth with great smile and help of irene and Bilal to start and finish our stay with good vibes. All through our stay, the houskeeping was good and clean the rooms very well, clean the dishes as if I am home, thank you Janak for all your help, he save lots of my time and energy as a mother travelling with her family. Mohammed yousef and cristofer were very helpful, in luggage and car parking and were very kind to help if we had heavy stuff after shopping. The hotel really care about the guest experience, they welcome us with complimentary sweets and fruits, and 3/7 after our stay, Mr.Sebry who were very kind, checked our experience anf if we counter any problem. The location is good, with lots of grocery around, Masjid is also near, Dubai mall is not far.

Golden Sands Suite 10 stay was excellent. Attention to customer needs was exceptionally well handled by all staff. Starting from their valet’s, concierge, reception, housekeeping, security, and maintenance, they all deserve more than a 10 rating for dedication and ready-to-serve customers attitude. The apartments were super clean, with very comfortable beds, clean and well-maintained washrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and living area. Kudos to the management for imbibing customers’ first attitude and culture amongst all their staff.

Despite the room charges being fully prepaid, the hotel requires a refundable deposit of AED 500 at check-in. While standard in some establishments, this policy should be communicated more transparently during the booking process to avoid guest inconvenience. The parking entrance and exit are notably narrow, posing a challenge for larger SUV vehicles. Improved signage or structural modifications would greatly enhance the ease of access. The balcony doors are locked and inaccessible, limiting the room’s functionality and appeal—especially for guests who value outdoor space as part of their stay experience. Clear advance notice about restricted balcony access would be appreciated.

Breakfast was really awesome! Buns, eggs in different conditions, soups, vegetables and fruits, salads, porridge, sausages, meat and many more. All necessary equipment in the apartments, including iron, washing machine, fully equipied kitchen. Clean. Comfortable beds. Takes place in friendly Indian district that was great experience for us, we really enjoyed. Close to the Trade Center.

The window in one of our bedrooms was with big hole in the frame that we couldn't close with anything and it made our sleeping very uncomfortable, because the building is O shape and if windows go inside the yard with swimming pool view, the sound in the room is as if the noise is happening exactly in the room, especially when someone decided to go swimming early in the morning or was listening to the music loudly in the night. You need some patience to get invoice if you are on business trip.
