Location is excellent for me because of my office location as I walked and reach every day. Cleanliness as for the room was very good. Room was good with a small kitchen. Wi-Fi service was excellent. It has a restaurant to serve the food for room service as well.

The Window of the room. The window was not proper to open. One lock was broken for the window. Light was totally white and it was not warm light. The room service person never put the extra water bottle.

Amazing hospitality and care taken by the hotel. Great hotel for Indians given the area has lot of Indian and vegetarian restaurants. Special thanks to Pasha, the housekeeping manager and Ramesh, housekeeping staff for taking great care and amazing hospitality. Special thanks to the restaurant staff as well.

Nothing to not like

Simple outfit and a bit aged but comfortable and clean. Kitchen was simple but ok to cook simple dishes and breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good service.

Simple outfit and a bit aged but comfortable. Breakfast was not so good...but optional. They reduced the price from AED35 to 25. Only the fruits were ok, the rest is Indian food, curry with potatoes only, most of it was cold by 6am, so it must have been cooked at least 2-3 h earlier. Waiter heats it up for you in the microwave.

The personel was very helpful and smilling. The room was confortable.

The Bathroom should be cleaned every day. The kitchen should be more equiped. Iron was not in the room. The lundry service price was high.

All went well and everything perfect.We will stay here again when we are Dubai. The only thing is we have not been contacted as we forgot our Samsung Phone cable. New from the shop. Ask them them to check and confirm. We can direct them ware to take or ask someone to collect and send it to us.

For Me everything was great

It was an excellent experience at Welcome Apartments 1. They were kind enough to upgrade me to a 1 BR and offer me complimentary breakfast. Staff was extremely polite and attentive to all the help and requests I made. Special mention to Shakeel for his excellent coordination and always available to help nature.

Very neat & clean rooms. Private kitchen was good with all necessary utensils. Smooth check-in and check-out. Staff members are very courteous and specially Shakeel bhai is really awesome. Overall it was a great experience.

May be lighting inside the rooms can be enhanced.

Location is good.. near by highway and shopping Center.

The location is great, clean, quite and well lighted. It is very close to shops, eatery/restaurants and many attraction by the Metro that is only about 2-3 minutes walk, Future Museum is 3 stops from the location via Metro and the Airport is a direct route via Metro as well.

The bed mattress was too hard causing pain and discomfort, however could be what other people like or need; A mattress topper will be great to make sleeping enjoyable and painless.

I ve chose this hotel as it was the cheapest hotel close enough to my office. Water was in my room only first day, after it’s for money. They were changing towels when there were a need of it.
