I don't know what people complain about this hotel but from my point of view it was a pretty nice stay and experience. Yes, the hotel is indian style, the neighborhood is packed with indians, the food is indian the stuff is indian so it was amazing!! Do not worry, the breakfast is normal european with porridge beans and sausages, fruits and juices. About the music, yes there is music, everyone comments that there is music in the night from 9 pm till late and yes you can hear it clear ... but .. it did not bother me. Actually, I slept very well. So be aware of this and do not complain. The location is just next to metro and close to Terminal 2 by bus C26. The room was very stylish and clean with food and beverages in the fridge and nice desk to work, nice bathroom and nice hotel interior. The stuff was ok helping you with whatever you need and you can leave your luggage there in the last day, big plus. Nobody talked about it, but there are EUROPEAN electricity compatible plugs, so you don't need any adaptor!! They are type G but still usable with those from Germany, France, etc.

The breakfast, even if it was european, was low quality not best ingredients.

The music from the indian club downstairs was too loud, you could hear the base throught the walls. Big down rating!

Near the ADCB Metro Station. Day to Day store is like a 5 minute walk. Buffet breakfast is okay. It was Ramadan so we did not hear any noise from the bar since it was closed. Iron and iron boards are available upon request. Hot shower and good water flow. We were surprised when we got back the second night that they cleaned the room, made the bed and gave us fresh towels and 2 bottled water without us even asking. The price of the room was reasonable. They kept our luggage after checking out.

I didn't like the receptionist who checked us in. He tried to make us pay more than we should because of the city tax. When I told him that it was included in the price I booked, he agreed after I showed him the price breakdown. White light should be available for visibility of things. WiFi can sometimes be without internet. The toilet and bath are tight, the shower door doesn't fully seal and water goes out to the toilet floor. No parking they said when I booked but when we reached there, they offer valet parking

Location of the hotel was easy and helpful and I like all the services provided by this hotel♥️ according to price it is far good♥️

Excellent Stay Every Time I’ve visited Dubai around six times over the past two years, and each time I’ve chosen to stay at this hotel — once for as long as 22 nights. The experience has consistently been outstanding. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and its location is ideal — just a short walk from the metro, making it easy to get around the city. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything you need. I truly love this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

There’s nothing I didn’t like — it’s perfect for me. The only minor issue is that the nightclub sound at night can be a bit loud, so lowering the volume slightly would make the experience even better.

The room itself is very-very good - clean and modern. The location is great - near metro station in 6 minutes. Breakfast is very good, in restaurant with nice design.

Dirty small window. Very load from 21:00 to 01:00 - noise from music is everywhere, it is very hard to fall asleep. It happens each night.

The room was tidy and clean. The hotel's location is also great, as it is centrally located, giving easy access to almost all areas of Dubai.

The only drawback I experienced with the location was the difficulty in getting taxis, which took anywhere between 15-20 minutes due to traffic in the area. I stayed on the 1st floor, and the evenings were a bit noisy because of the clubs on the ground level, which kept going until 4 a.m.

The location is very good, because you are 3 metro stations from the Dubai Mall. The lounge club was closed and so you can sleep more and they understood to change the breakfast menu every day comparing to the past comments. Also, every day you have from them 2 bottles of water.

Cleanes should be improved in the shower and the window from the outside changed because it is not soundprof and I couldn't stop the AC and it got really cold during night.

Breakfast was excellent and enjoyed very much. Early in morning beforehand I just wanted to have coffee or tea which they provided. I was thinking they will mention it is available if you have breakfast. Loved it and had good service with smile

Everyone very cooperative including front office, security guard and room maker. Love it and I will spread it to any of my friends who will be visiting Dubai

Location close to metro station. Short walk to Dubai Frame and walkable distance to Old Dubai area. What stands out is very good customer services, they responded fast to our request for upgrading room for extra person, help to check out our luggage while we were not able to get back before check out time. The hotel itself is very nice, cosy and good breakfast.
