We had a comfortable and pleasant stay in this property. My parents came here for a visit and they liked their stay. Room is spacious. Beds and pillows are soft(the extra beds - not that soft). Staffs are courteous and friendly. They attended our needs, took care of our deliveries when we were out. It is a 3 star hotel so please don't expect that you'll get a 5 star treatment but they sure did their level best to make our stay worthwhile. Kudos to the housekeeping in our floor, Mustaqem (if I remember it right) as he knew how to keep everything neat and tidy the way we wanted it.

Some rust on the bathroom and peeling on the leather of the sofa (not a big deal and didn't affect our stay). Oh, and the remote on the living room.. one of the buttons were not working (reported it on our early days stay) and it was supposed to be for repair. We left without getting it repaired.

Hotel Apartment located at center of city . Peaceful location. Excellent Staff particularly Ranjith and Sunil so good . Kitchen is spacious and they're giving washing machine. Enough parking available at basement.

I really like the location..the staffs are very nice and helpful. The rooms is really nice and spacious.

We were upgraded and accommodated in an Executive Room with King bed. Location is excellent and that is the reason myself and my colleague Stalin Sam frequent this hotel only. Room was very clean and special mention goes to Housekeeper Ganesh. Very friendly and professional dealing of Prasobh at Front Office Desk is an asset to Xclusive Maples Hotel. His talent, attitude and friendly approach will make the guest not to think of another hotel when they plan their next trip. He is strongly supported by May and of course their Manager Harish. The food they serve in their Restaurant is exceptionally delicious, especially chicken and mutton items. Even I tried the White Fish Curry first time in my life and the taste was fantastic. Altogether, it was an amazing experience to stay at Xclusive Maples Hotel & Apartment, Bur Dubai, third time in two years.

Only 1 water bottle per room atleast it should be 1 bottle per person

Need to improve the quality of breakfast especially the milk tea.. it’s too expensive & not worth of the price.

The location of & name of the hotel is what I didn’t like.. I had a tough time getting there.. most of the taxi drivers they were unaware about the location…
