The overall politeness and attitude of the staff. Cleanliness and order in the room. Size of the room. Cool flavoured water in the lobby. A kitchenette is a lifesaver for someone like me, who prefers to cook their own meal. I got very bad stomach reactions from restaurant food too many times to risk it on a business trip.

The AC system is noisy and really annoying while trying to fall asleep. Turning it off didn't solve the whole problem, the low-frequency noise came from the vents. I didn't find any substantially sized bowl to make my cereal (there is a hotel breakfast, but when travelling for work I strongly prefer my own food in the morning). View - not here. Not that I expected or needed it anyway.

everytime I called to ask an extra water bottle in the morning the reception used to act like he is giving it out of his property and say water is complementary and would be given already. obviously due to the heat in Dubai one tends to drink lots of water and would need more. try to be more courteous next time and provide what the guest asks for. Obviously you can bill it without telling the guest every time that it is extra charge.

Room was spacious enough even for 2 adults and two kids. We appreciated kitchenete that was sufficently equiped and roof pool. Breakfast was ok, we also had some sandwitches during the day and it was good. Beach shuttle with beach towels and mats is great. Staf was very nice and helpfull, we can late check out without extra payment and our kids received free popcorn while waiting for taxi when we were leaving.

Bathroom and kitchenete were stinky and it was difficult to get some fresh air in the room because the window can be opened only to aprox. 10 cm (we did not have a balcony).

Where to start. We stayed for 7 nights and the suite had everything we needed. We arrived at the hotel just after 10am and was not really expecting to be able to check in so early, but we were helped quickly and even got an upgrade to a balcony room. Was great to have a washing machine. Didn't really use much of the cooking facilities. Medium sized fridge. ALL the staff was só friendly and helpfull. From reception to breakfast staff. Unfortunately I didn't take the names, but great service from every single staff member we interacted with. Our room was cleaned every day when we got back. Pity we couldn't really make use of the pool. It was too hot during the day and we were out most of the time. Would have liked if the pool were open a bit later at night. Only open 8am - 8pm. Location is good. About 15min walk to the BurJuman mall and metro. Red and green line available from there. Plenty of places to eat in the area as well. Metro is easy to use, just always very full. Don't be afraid to ask for help, everybody very friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet area. Not too busy. There is a busy road close to the hotel, especially if you are on the balcony sides but that didn't really bother us. I can really recommend this hotel especially if you don't want to stay downtown. Definitely value for money as well. The hotel offer daily transfers to the beach, Burjuman and outlet mall. Check reception area for times.

I am really struggling to find any fault. Only thing I can recommend is that the pool be open later than 8pm.

I recently had a family stay at the Savoy Park Hotel Apartments, and it was a delightful experience. We arrived before the official check-in time, but the accommodating staff allowed us to check in early after a brief wait for the room to be cleaned. They even suggested transferring to their sister hotel next door if we preferred not to wait. The hotel is situated in a charming residential area with various grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and a pharmacy all within walking distance. Since we had an infant with us, we opted for a room with a kitchenette, and Savoy Park was an ideal choice due to its convenient location and the excellent transportation options available right outside, including the metro. Our stay was truly enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious and enjoyed by everyone in our family. The crib we requested was already set up in our room upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were consistently responsive and courteous, and the room service and luggage handling were top-notch. I highly recommend Savoy Park Hotel Apartments for families traveling with children.

The reception staff were very courteous and always responded promptly to all our requests, specifically highlight the names of Joy, Vikas and Rhijou. The housekeeping staff Rahman and the concierge who was always very prompt to attend to our luggage needs.

Location is ideal, you can take the metro, the hotel also provides free transportation to the beach location or Malls for visits.

Staff attentive to customer needs. Good breakfast. On the day of our departure we were provided with a takeaway breakfast due to our earlier departure than normal breakfast times. The rooftop pool is very nice.

We stayed at the Savoy Crest and not at the Savoy Park, the structure was changed upon our arrival. The first room we were assigned had a problem with the air conditioner which completely flooded the bathroom, we asked for the room to be changed and so it was. From the room you can hear all the noises from the street.

I liked everything about the apartment. It was clean everyday, the bathrooms were sparkling clean and loved the everyday one litre water bottle provision. Thank you. Staff was very helpful and always available to help, friendly in a very professional way. Keep it up. Room was spacious enough for the babies to move freely i loved it

I did not like the little hole in the kitchen area only because i had babies, they really liked crawling to it and opening it and only to realise it wasnt really clean under the cover. Other than that everything was perfect.

Our room is good,complete amenities which i prefer because we stayed 8 days it is easier for us that we can cook whenever we like and do our laundry at our room, location is near to metro sharaf greenline and bus stations also, supermarkets are nearby, the staff of the hotel is as always helpful especially at the reception, everyday you can see the smile on their faces when they see you and never failed to greet you. The only thing is the pool area, as much as we wanted to use this facility often it is quite small for all the guests who are staying to use at the same time but this is not an important thing for us.
