Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. High quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs are amazing special mention Ms. Pincess at the reception, She was fabulous and great. The room have been comfortable and immaculate. My mum and I had a great stay at Suha Mina Rashid. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, especially the receptionists - Princess and Ibrahim and the restaurant staff - Hasna, Riza, Ruksar and Chef Vishal. They all took good care of us and made sure we were happy. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which looked just like the pictures and was very spacious and clean. The location was great. There are many restaurants and 24 hour grocery shops right outside. There is a beauty spa next door and there is a metro/train station nearby, approx 10 minutes walking distance. This is my 2nd time staying at Suha Mina Rashid and I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Omar at the reception, who was incredibly polite, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. His kind attitude really added a personal touch to our experience. Another great feature was the underground parking — it’s spacious, well-lit, and feels very secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, the hospitality and facilities exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

This place exceeded our expectations in terms of the interior, the rooms, the services, and the staff. Our room was really nice. We love the floor to ceiling windows, spacious layout, and even the furniture. We were surprised that they even provided dishwashing liquid and laundry items, which was very convenient. It was also helpful that they allow deliveries to be sent to the room, we appreciated that. They were very generous on our requests as well.

We loved everything. It was one of my best stays in a hotel apartment in Dubai (and we have tried a number already). The only suggestion is to have more options for breakfast. Nevertheless, it was good food too.

The size of the room was amazing, a spacious living room with a kitchen, a large fridge and a freezer. The two bathrooms were absolutely great. Easy-to-operate silent air conditioning. Soundproofed rooms even though there was a party in the next room (you could hear it in the corridor). The room was always carefully cleaned, water, coffee, tea, sugar were replenished every day. Everything was always replenished at breakfast and I appreciate the machine with a selection of different types of coffee.

In the living room you could constantly hear the loud clanking of the elevators from all floors not just our floor. But that's just a small thing to improve comfort.

Location is perfect right in the middle of Bur Dubai

Size of the apartment was excellent, staff were warm and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. They would always listen and try to help to the best of their abilities.

Breakfast was a little repetitive and basic. The location did not have any high quality restaurants within walking distance (within 15 minutes walk). Its a shame that Suha Mina apartments could not put on food in the evening, the lack of quality food nearby was a negative. There are places to eat nearby but not really the standard you expect from Dubai.

Everything was perfect, very friendly staff, specially Juliet. From house keeping, she was very helpful for all our needs when we arrived and she was checking on us every day, location is a plus, in the heart of dubai, surrounded with many shops and 24 hours coffee and supermarkets. We took very spacious apartment, clean and modern, big tv in every room, fully equipped, highly recommended

The staff of the establishment is very welcoming and helpful. I would especially like to thank the young Philippines who manages the morning breakfast service. She made these moments perfect thanks to her smile, her professionalism and her kindness. She is an exceptional woman who knows customers and their expectations perfectly. Thank you again
