Guys, its clean and fresh. Equipment is new. Staff is good. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is large. Location inside Burdubai is one of the best among similar hotels, in relative proximity to metro, other hotels are farer. Supermarket in same building.

Nothing to mention specifically. Well, there will be small inconveniences, as the hotel offers relatively low prices. The concept here is, clean, fresh and a bit cheap in equipment (kitchen, for instance). They give minimum, like, for 2 person room you will have 2 glasses, 2 plates, 2 forks, not more. Standard or premium, no much difference. But that is absolutely good for their price range. Still, if you intend to complaint about everything that is imperfect, then you may think of choosing something else.

big comfortable rooms, clean bed and linens. For a studio the room was quite spacious with a king sized bed, dining table for 2, a study desk cum dresser and coffee table with 2 chairs, the placement of the apartment is good, giving each area its own space, making it a perfect place if your here for a long stay. We called for breakfast in room they had Indian breakfast idli and chole batura and it was lip smacking good.

they need to provide at least 2-4 tea cups, spoons and drinking glasses. They had just one and for some reason the housekeeping was resisting to hand me more. they just 1 of each and we were a family of 3. The washing machines need to cleaned and sanitized, there was a lot of detergent residue in the tray and Morley dirt build up which is a common problem with front load machines.

The room I booked met for my exception. The room and bathroom were bigger and cleaner. The bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. The location was perfect. You can reach ASDC metro station in 5 minutes. The WIFI speed was excellent.

Only the breakfast needs more improvement. They need to think about foreigners too. I think the taste of the breakfast is only for locals. There was no cheese, sweets and boiled water for tea. Every morning, I had to ask and wait to get boiled water for tea.

Overall good experience! 1)Room and washroom were clean, my specific apartment had a solid view but the rooftop has an even better view. 2)Staff wise - Front office, Housekeeping, Pool and Gym Staff were friendly. 3)Location wise it’s close to the metro (Approx 1km) and has a few supermarkets close by. Taxis available at any moment as well. 4)Hotel food wise - Chinese friend rice was massive with chunks of chicken/Idli was tasty but was a bit small (Got 4 tiny ones but ideal if they could serve 8 for 20 AED).

Ambiance and the location

The housekeeping didn't clean our room, even though we press the button for clean my room, he explain that his key can't open the room and it's easy he can ask the reception and ofcourse no one was there in the room. were totally disappointed that after work and reaching the room that still not clean, also when we check in there are no bath towels and the bed have some hair fall for that we didn't complain coz we are tired. hope won't happen again thanks

I liked the pool with the view of downtown sky lines. The rooms are very much spacious Everything was good, from the check-in the process was smooth. I requested for extending the stay and the price which they directly offered was far way more than what available online.

One request to the property managers - Why dont you ask reception staffs to convert any online booking customers hotel direct (who want to extend their stay). The balcony doors were not smooth to get opened.

Locality is really good. In the same building available coffee shop, restaurant, supermarket. Close to ADCB metro station. Staff is the best. They all will provide you anything. Informations, services, nice small talks, they are all very willing and they treat the guests the best way. Thanks to all the staff was our stay very relaxed and carefree. If you need anything, just call the reception and in no time you'll get what you need (infos or staff to fix anything or provide what's missing in the room etc.). Pool at the roof is really nice, clean, at the time of our visitation we've been the only users in there so it felt very special, just like private pool and it have amazing view. We also tried the massage at the spa, also nice experience. Rooms are beautifully furnished, seems like lots of renovations are in progress. Everything was neat and tidy everyday. I can only recommend this beautiful place. Thank you for treating us very nicely and make us feel special.

Good location, welcoming and helpful staff. Everything that we needed was in the room, such as slippers, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, iron and the board, etc. An amazing view from the balcony. Beautiful and calm swimming pool.

Some furniture and bathtub were a bit worn out, spotted a couple of insects coming from the entrance door :(

The hotel is very good and the location is fantastic. The convenience store below the apartment hotel is truly beneficial to tourists. Staff is friendly and warm. The size of the apartment allocated to us was really impressive. It offered all the comforts of being at home.

The furniture , especially in the drawing room was very old and hence inconvenient to spend family time. Also the pots and pans in the kitchen are old and very used, so they should be replaced in my opinion.
