We would like to suggest the inclusion of packed drinking water as part of the amenities provided in the apartment. As tenants, we have rented a fully furnished apartment with the expectation of a comfortable living experience. Since drinking water is a basic necessity, having to purchase it separately from a grocery store is inconvenient and does not align with the comfort we anticipated. We kindly recommend considering the provision of drinking water in the apartment to enhance the overall quality of service and tenant satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The facility was well-maintained, clean, and provided a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff Anjay and Yesu did an excellent job ensuring the rooms were spotless and well-stocked with essentials. The front desk staff Bandar and Sohail were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their friendly and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is ideal, making it a perfect choice for families. It provides easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and essential services, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay. Our home for 16 nights, we loved our stay. Such a comfortable apartment. The facilities are great, the staff, exceptional. In particular Merceline on the front desk was extremely helpful and always warm in demeanour. Hassan in housekeeping was meticulous, kind and greatly appreciated. Both are assets to the establishment. In fact all the staff deserve praise. The in-house dining and room service was also on point. The new lobby at Golden Sands 3 is welcoming, stylish and correctly demonstrates the ongoing commitment to excellence. I have no hesitation in recommending Golden Sands to any traveller.

Have been staying at Golden Sands at various points since 2021 so have seen the positive changes up front. Rooms and furnishings (bed, sofa etc.) have been upgraded. + The greatest change, bedside plugs/ sockets. Was shown this improvement personally as it had been one of my big bugbears from previous stays. The gym is still 24hrs and has retained most of its equipment. The hot water/ water heaters are better/ last much longer than previous. Internet is still good/ strong most times though still chops out at around 5pm-ish where I guess loads of people out for the day connect for the evening. And they've retained their great staff like Sadam with a few more, friendly/ courteous additions like Mary. Also thanks to Devi for the cleaning, Anis for the assistance, Renu, Keneth, Karim, Amar, Mazin, at reception, for looking after me.

Might need a bit more pest control for the bathrooms. 2021 had these little pesky flies. But cleared up in 2023. Seem to be making a comback. Or it might have just been that particular bathroom, who knows.

The staff was fantastic from the moment we arrived—Renu greeted us warmly, David welcomed us with a big smile, and Ashish and his team provided excellent room service. If you’re an Indian family like us and enjoy cooking, you might find the setup challenging, as the second sleeper area feels more like a studio. I preferred this over a hotel room since I didn’t have my wife cook. The space was generous, with a clean bathroom, daily room service, and the option to prepare breakfast in the morning. In terms of appearance, it’s not brand new—there are signs of wear and tear, which is why it’s not a 5-star hotel. I paid a very reasonable price for a four-sleeper, but I wouldn’t pay more, as higher prices come with higher expectations for the look and feel. If there were two separate sleeping rooms, the price would be just right. I would definitely return for another stay.

The dining options and restaurants in the surrounding area were disappointing, so we struggled to find good places to eat. For a decent meal, you’ll need to drive or take the train.

My husband and I have just returned from a week stay at Golden Sands 5 bur dubai and once again had a fantastic stay. The entire staff provide an exceptional service, helpful, and courteous at all times. I want to mention Haity, and Anis who greeted us and remembered us from our stay last year. The lifeguard at the pool , a tall guy, was excellent at his job, constantly monitoring the small children around and in the pool. The staff are constantly cleaning and keeping the whole complex spotless. We would highly recommend Golden Sands and really look forward to staying here again next year. Again many thanks to you all. I had a fantastic stay at Golden Sands Hotel Apartments! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore Dubai’s main attractions. The value for money is excellent, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations at a great price. The overall experience was wonderful, with friendly staff and good amenities. The only small improvement would be the kitchen equipment, which could be better stocked, but it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. Highly recommended!

I think the hotel should check the kitchen equipment and ensure it is properly prepared for the required number of guests. We were five people, but there were not enough glasses and cutlery.

WiFi connection was a bit slow in my room which i understand as my room was the last room of the corridor. You will get transport problems during specific hours (Taxi), just use "Careem" reliable service. Don't trust any Non Taxi service as you will get several of those outside. Just make sure you are using the Yellow Taxi, with reliable meters. Do all your trip by meter as other Non Taxi meters are modified and will make you pay a lot.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and 2 baths. It was what we needed for a family of 4 (2 children). The location was good, close to Sharaf DG metro station (10 minutes walk), making it easy to get around and explore Dubai. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests, especially Waii Lin from the reception. We also took advantage for a few days of the free parking offered by the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Sands 3 Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in Dubai. It offered great value for money and I would definitely stay there again.
