This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Dubai! I have stayed here multiple times, and each experience has been absolutely pleasant and satisfying. - Super clean and well-maintained – The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. - Exceptional service – The friendly and professional staff make the stay even more special. Room was spacious, clean and included everything we needed. The fridge however, was strangely not cold enough. This was the case in both of the rooms we had booked. Breakfast was alright, nothing fancy and mostly Indian! Most of the staff members were polite and helpful especially there was a lady at the breakfast whose name was "Resu", she was really kind and caring. Bear in mind that the location of the hotel is located in the "older" part of the city with all its specific attributes.

I would have preferred a better breakfast variety and quality. Also not much facilities were provided for a professional meeting. I had a visitor that I needed to sit with for a brief presentation. The meeting room was occupied at that time and since some 15 minutes was left to the opening hour of the downstairs cafe (or club, I don't recall), we were not let in to use a table. We eventually had to sit in the noisy lobby.

My stay at this hotel was truly a great experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile specially from housekeeping zaib shah and ram very good person— from check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The location is also a huge plus — close to popular attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it super convenient for both leisure and business travel. Thank you everyone ❤️

Amazing staff! Everyone is so helpful and kind and they don't think twice to do some little extras for you. Much appreciated! Also the location is great - close to the airport and reasonable distance from tourist atractions, walkable distance to red and green metro, large mall, plenty of restaurants and shops. Basically everything you need. The hotel is very clean and breakfast is delicious. We tried 6 different hotels during this visit of Dubai, and Grayton is really the best among all. You need to try the in-room dining service, the food is really good and quickly delivered. We loved our stay at Grayton and certainly coming back soon.

Easy walk to metro, in the morning the buildings provide shade while walking and part of the walk can be completed in the BurJuman Mall (air con). Metro and mall including local eateries + supermarkets Spinneys and Carefour are very close. Do try Laffah’s Restaurant. 20 min to burj. Staff are very welcoming/friendly and the rooms are very good - high ceilings, multiple usb ports, luxurious lighting with full controls bedside. A welcoming fruit platter in our room on arrival. Room was a very reasonable price at NZD125/night for 2. Pool and gym available. AED40 breakfast buffet. Bed was very comfy and large. Shower good pressure and temperature control. Highly recommend this hotel. Staff were very quick at dealing with a noisy neighbour at 10pm at night

Unfortunately the bar fridge is not a fridge - it just keeps drinks chilled but does not cool to fridge 4-6°C temperatures, but staff were kind enough to keep our cheesecake in their reception fridge for us!

I stayed at Grayton Hotel in Bur Dubai from June 9 to June 15, 2025, and overall, it was an excellent experience with a few small areas for improvement. ✅ Positives: • The staff were exceptional, especially Nancy at the front desk and i think Wasim, who handled the night shift (around 12 AM to 8 AM) during my stay. Both were professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. Their kindness truly made my stay more comfortable. • I had booked a Standard Room, but the hotel generously upgraded me to a Superior Room, which was spacious, clean, fresh-smelling, and had high ceilings. • The bed was very comfortable with six pillows (four large and two small), and the blackout curtains did an excellent job blocking all sunlight. • The parking facility was very convenient, with three levels of guest parking. • The location is also a plus — about 12 minutes to Downtown Dubai with minimal traffic.

‏⚠️ Areas for Improvement : ‏ • The air conditioning was working, but not cold enough. When I asked for assistance, the technician explained that this level of cooling is standard for all rooms — cool but not cold. ‏ • Soundproofing was the main issue: door slams and hallway noises in the morning were loud enough to disturb sleep. ‏ • The area around the hotel lacks basic services like supermarkets, pharmacies, or laundries — so be prepared to walk or drive a bit. ‏ • There is no traditional main entrance or large lobby; guests access rooms directly through the parking elevator. ‏ • Bathroom water temperature was warm, but never reached a proper hot level. ‏ • Breakfast (49 AED) was simple and had a limited selection — acceptable, but nothing special.

The top level pool was exactly what you need, even though there were few sun beds, we never had to fight for a place, it was mostly empty. The breakfast also was great, always changing and the food very diverse and delicious. The location is in a really nice area, close to a mall and all other services you need. The room was nice looking and spacious.

The room temperature, was a bit cold and we had to announce the reception to fix it because seems like you can’t change it yourself, but they were very quick to fix it.

I booked the Grayton last minute after a truly horrible experience at another hotel and it was paradise. The staff were polite,and respectful, the lobby was gorgeous, my room was fantastic and clean, the wifi was brilliant, even for conference calls. All at a very affordable price!

Nothing, it was fantastic

Great location, could walk to near by places like Meena Bazaar which is very lively and buzzy. Room was very clean and tidy. Choice of breakfast was fine. Have seen more variety at other hotels. Ours was half board and the chef was happy to cook whatever we requested according to our taste of spiciness. Choice of menu was limited and we asked for extras which were happily provided. All staff were extremely polite and helpful with a smile on their face. Would highly recommend to our family and friends.

Everything was good. Breakfast spread could have more variety as I have stayed at other hotels and their breakfast variety has been excellent.

Ms. Sukaina was so helpful, kind & lovely. This woman deserves a raise! She made the stay worth it Mohammad Fayzan the cleaner guy was taking good care of the little details

When I went to bed the first day, sheets had hair & sand. It wasn’t changed sadly. One Indian guy at the reception was super rude to me. One time I received a new towel with a blood spot on it. I think their laundry needs to start using colorx and take more care of the washing process. Other than this, everything was super smooth & nice.
