The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, very comfortable for our two-month stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, always providing excellent service. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the location was convenient for our needs. Despite a few bugs early on, it was nothing that impacted our overall experience, and we handled it easily.

The apartment was a bit on the expensive side, which was something we noticed after we had to book another room since the first one smell like cigarettes. Additionally, there were a few bugs during our time there, though we were able to manage and it didn’t cause too much inconvenience. Other than that, there wasn’t much to dislike.

Friendly most the receptionist specialty Ms ela, Ms Omo and the room attendant abieshek. They are very attentive, and friendly and gave good services especially for the designated room.. my rooms was perfectly fine and also feel like a real home . I love cooking so it was perfectly fine for families and friends. This hotel Apartment is one of the most convenient hotel apartment it's very near to grocery's actually the same bldg. I will recommend it again to some of my friends 🥰😘

I did not stay at west zone pearl .. they informed me that they had some maintenance and transferred me to the west zone plaza , it is very close . Honestly, it's a good hotel . Spacious rooms. Calm atmosphere. Not much far from metro . I enjoyed my stay .

Delayed check-in cause of transfer to another hotel belongs to same group . They informed me late about this issue , I understand that it was a season .

Value for money for the time of year I stayed over New Year and was so pleased. The staff were very accommodating and the daily room service cleaners were excellent.

The rooms are quite big, clean. The lights though turn off all at once or not at all in the living room. AC is quite good, no sound. Some of the equipments are old but all workable. Sofas a bit hard but all good. TV didn't work for me and didn't need it. The wifi was enough. The rooms are really spacious and great for a visit and home office.

More power plug points could be added. Lights off button just for the living room was missing.

There was no breakfast. Size of Apartment was good. Location was good

Breakfast sbould be part of my charges. I spent 13 days, and asked for 3-4 hours late check out as my flight was in evening but they refused. This i believe should not, if a person spending 13 nights at your hotel. Even most of thr times guest check in late night even i also did late chrck in so you should have managed.

The staffs and Miss Maya that recipitonist she's handling the customer very warmly and good behaved with the guest, Very impressive 👍 all above 🥰

The management was overall on top of things, be it house keeping be it taking care of small things required at any time. Taking care of my elderly mother when I wasn't around. Was extremely helpful!
