I've been staying at this place since late June. Before I was bouncing around the area a bit ended up staying here for awhile because I'm absolutely comfortable here. Rooms are very cosy, especially important when stuck indoors avoiding the summer heat. I feel at home. Also what sticks out is the kind and professional staff that's always been there and have always come through with questions and request. Highly recommended and for sure the best apartments in the area :)

Staff all very courteous and professional. The apartment room was very good. My only complaint was that at 04:30 am outside the building someone (I believe a staff member) was dumping rubbish in a bin and making a tremendous amount of noise. The apartment opposite was doing the same thing at the same time. If you’re a light sleeper - you might want to reconsider. Also they had the tendency to play elevator music in the hallway - all night. But this could be turned off on request. The gym was surprisingly good. Location is excellent. It’s a 15 min walk to the BurJuman metro and 10 walk mins to Spinneys, which is like Waitrose. There is also a free business centre in the mall, which was simply excellent for digital nomads There are e-bikes about 2 mins away. You need to use the careem app to unlock these and get taxis. Taxis are incredibly fast and cheap.

They should have a backup internet connection.

This is a great little gem in the heart of Bur Dubai. It’s clean and well equipped & the Manager James and his team are polite, welcoming & helpful

Very kind and helpful staff and service! Big size room with kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean and splendid. Various breakfast with cold and warm meal. We also used the pool on the roof where you can see the skyscrapers in the distance. I would recommend. ~10 min walk from supermarkets, mall and public transportation.

Very kind staff at the reception. I was warmly welcomed and the transfer to my next hotel was offered which is well appreciated. I had a nice stay in a room with fully equipped kitchen and I enjoyed having my breakfast on balcony. The maintenance staff also helped me several times to turn on the gas. The pool is medium-sized and was very less crowded during my stay so I enjoyed it a lot :)

About the hotel itself, one concern that I would like to emphasize was the room service, the cleaning was good, but the "please make the room" door hanger was ignored even when I was out for 3 hours. About the location, be informed that there is some scammers around (google "hair loss scam"), so watch out !

Great staff and room was very comfortable!

The staff were very courteous, and were willing to go the extra mile to attend to us.Our room was made up everyday. The front line staff allowed us to have an early check-in. The hotel location was very excellent; Bujurman Mall was six buildings away from the property, and it took us less than 20 minutes taxi ride to get to Dubai Mall or the Dubai frame.There was a grocery and an atm very close to the property. The WiFi network was excellent.We were felt like home; they had all the utensils for one to cook like home!
