First of all I should appreciate the warm welcome I received at the time of Check in. Mr. Nazir in the reception and the Bellboys Mr. Faizal, Mr. Krishna and Mr. Biju were highly helpful to me. The politeness of these gentlemen were highly valuable. House keeping staff were also perfect in completing their duties.

The television channels are inadequate to spent the time while taking rest in the room. There are no South Indian channels to view. at least one or two news channels in the south Indian languages can be accomodated.

Warm welcome by the Reception team. Consumed less time for Check in. The Housekeeping team were excellent and was time bound in attending the room. Applause to Mr. Saikumar in the house keeping team. The Bellboy team of Mr. Faisal, Mr. Biju and Mr. Puman were highly helpful. Location was accessible to catch up the Metro.

I would like to recommend to expand more services in the Restaurant Menu with South Indian dishes especially that of Keralites and 1 or 2 Malayalam channels in the dish network.

It's been a decade that I have been staying with Majestic on and off. Seen many faces come and go yet all have made sure to give an exceptional client service. Starting with Jessi, Nipuna who gave an impeccable service at all times, I now see there are two new favourites of mine Ms Sarah & Ms Krishna. You guys have made it always special for me since decades and it's so nice to receive the same experience. Love u guys and majestic. The best hotel to stay in Al Makhool vicinity and ofcourse one of the best hotel in Dubai, DXB, UAE.  You guys deserve a good pay raise and yearly bonuses, Cheers to your efforts guys. 👌

It's high time for Majestic to install smart TV.

Excellent Hotel to stay in for business or even leisure. I saw many families staying here on vacations also. I would recommend anyone to stay at Majestic City Retreat Hotel, Al Mankhool. The staff is absolutely brilliant, checkin is smooth (unless it’s terribly busy hours, but the reception staff still tried its best to make the checkin experience as smooth as possible), very cooperative and very helpful staff…. Brilliant restaurant options inside the hotel to choose from. Multiple cuisines available to suit everyone. Overall - A MUST STAY! And a Big Kudos to the hotel management for their close and continued monitoring of each and every thing….

I have stayed at this hotel several times during my trips to Dubai, and I am always satisfied with the warm welcome my mother and I receive. The staff is attentive, professional, and welcoming. A special mention to Sarah at the reception and her colleagues, who are very kind. I highly recommend this hotel—there are many shops nearby, and it’s only a 10-minute drive from the Burj Khalifa

I recently had the pleasure of staying @ Majestic and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service from the hotel staff. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always attentive to my needs and were quick to respond to any requests I had. Their friendly and accommodating attitude truly made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful and courteous, but they were also very knowledgeable about the area and were able to provide me with great recommendations for things to do and see during my stay. Their enthusiasm and passion for their jobs really shone through and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, my experience was truly outstanding and the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff was a major factor in making my stay so memorable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I will definitely be returning in the future. Just the long waiting time at lift but as i was told they are extending the lifts at hotel and I hope this will ease the waiting time

We have been staying at Majestic hotel since 2017. Alot has changed at this hotel from owner to staff. This hotel now has 3 night clubs I believe mainly catering for the Indian community. Which is great if you enjoy that scene. Great restaurants and a good atmosphere for groups of friends who want a good time. Big thanks to saqib form House keeping who made sure our room was always clean. Even if he had to come back later on in the day. Thanks to all from house keeping. Team. Excellent maintenance had a few issues with bathroom was fixed immediately.

Reception was not as welcoming as we remember from previous stays and not much interaction from them. Previously you will get a smile a welcome and ask if everything is OK. Lifts have always been an issue busy hotel only 2 lifts. Corridors definitely need a face lift old with a old odour. Rooms could do with a face lift. Bath tubs need a better seal bathroom floor always gets wet.

The location escpecially as I last time stayed in downtown Dubai, this was unique and different from the hustle bustle of actual Dubai. A calm neighbourhood and the rooms were maintained quite well and the breakfast variety for Indians was quite a spread :)

Nothing much though the staff courteously mentioned that there is a cemetery in front as a view from our junior suite room, it dint bother us we were out in the day and in the night the cemetery was not visible at all…!

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was nice after a long day. The location was good, close to the old part of the city.

The room is getting a little tired, marks on walls and peeling wallpaper. The same can be said of the property generally— peeling paper in the hall and the pool definitely needs a paint job. Most of all, though, I object tobthe hotel bar playing loud, loud music until 4 am each night. We were on the 8th floor and the music wafted in from 11 pm. Till 4 am each night. What are they thinking?

The location and the staff were fantastic. I was upgraded upon arrival. The staffs especially Krishan was amazing. Had a club on 24th floor, but the sound was not too bothersome.

On 2 nights we were woken up by bunch of staffs making noise at 4 am. I believe starting new shift. Had to go out and inform them. I have fed this back hoping it will change this. I didnot want to downgrade my opinion jist based on this.
