To support their health and maintain productivity, may I suggest providing ergonomic standing chairs or high stools? These would allow them to alternate between standing and sitting, improving comfort while still maintaining a professional posture at the front desk. After having our group booking at another International Hotel Chain cancelled at the last minute we were blessed by our lucky stars to have found this hotel. Right from the moment we entered to make an enquiry and made a booking we were truly touched and impressed by the excellence in the hospitality and professionalism that is exhibited by the team at Majestic City Retreat. The Front Office Team Members - Sara and Giler are real assets to this organization and really set the standards of hospitality to another level! Thank you so much! They were so kind, thoughtful and accommodating to process our check-in and requests because of which we has such a memorable stay in Dubai. Kudos to Chef Jinshad and his team for delivering an exceptional breakfast experience! Their proactive approach, delightful interactions, and dedication to ensuring every guest had a sumptuous meal truly made our stay special. Chef Jinshad's cheerful demeanor and leadership set the tone for an outstanding service. Well done! Food at Permit Point and Sundowers were very good but pricey !!

We enjoyed our stay, but the room cleanliness was somewhat lacking. More affordable dining options suitable for families would have been a welcome addition. The area's nightlife scene is vibrant, but family-friendly spots are scarce.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my family! A special thanks to Sara at the reception, who was incredibly supportive and welcoming. She kindly upgraded our Junior Suite to a Family Suite, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Every aspect of our stay was great — from the clean and spacious room to the excellent service throughout the hotel. A special mention goes to Imanchi, the receptionist, who truly made my stay memorable. She was friendly, efficient, and always had a smile on her face. Whether it was a quick check-in, helpful recommendations, or just her cheerful attitude, Imanchi went above and beyond to ensure I felt right at home. First of all I should appreciate the warm welcome I received at the time of Check in. Mr. Nazir in the reception and the Bellboys Mr. Faizal, Mr. Krishna and Mr. Biju were highly helpful to me. The politeness of these gentlemen were highly valuable. House keeping staff were also perfect in completing their duties.

The television channels are inadequate to spent the time while taking rest in the room. There are no South Indian channels to view. at least one or two news channels in the south Indian languages can be accomodated.

I was provided with an upgraded Family Suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at the reception, breakfast area, and swimming pool. The room was spacious and included balconies, adding to the comfort. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. Overall, a great experience!

Parking space for cars was a bit limited, and the TV in the room could be upgraded to a smart TV for a better entertainment experience.

Warm welcome by the Reception team. Consumed less time for Check in. The Housekeeping team were excellent and was time bound in attending the room. Applause to Mr. Saikumar in the house keeping team. The Bellboy team of Mr. Faisal, Mr. Biju and Mr. Puman were highly helpful. Location was accessible to catch up the Metro.

I would like to recommend to expand more services in the Restaurant Menu with South Indian dishes especially that of Keralites and 1 or 2 Malayalam channels in the dish network.

It's been a decade that I have been staying with Majestic on and off. Seen many faces come and go yet all have made sure to give an exceptional client service. Starting with Jessi, Nipuna who gave an impeccable service at all times, I now see there are two new favourites of mine Ms Sarah & Ms Krishna. You guys have made it always special for me since decades and it's so nice to receive the same experience. Love u guys and majestic. The best hotel to stay in Al Makhool vicinity and ofcourse one of the best hotel in Dubai, DXB, UAE.  You guys deserve a good pay raise and yearly bonuses, Cheers to your efforts guys. 👌
