Everything and the hospitality of all staff..

Right next to the subway, plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel, friendly staff, met requests for rooms next to each other and bed arrangements, daily cleaning.

During half of our stay there was noise from a nearby bar until late in the morning, also loud music from the next room. Bathrooms a bit musty, could use better ventilation.

The location was good and convenient . The ambient was good and staffs were friendly.

The room toilet could have been better as everyday as I took my shower, water were seen seeping thru the sealant of the glass or plastic panel . Worst was I need to clean and sweep the pool of water in the toilet floor after shower. Could be worst if someone not careful as he step out of the bathtub slip and fell due to slippery with the pool of water. Hope the management will look into this hazard.

Well, cooperation was a full operational team member of the hotel

Big size Watch ⌚️ was required for each room with local time. Couldn't see ..... Can't sleep at night properly Because long hours at night were high volume sound ( Music/ Party ), but I'm not sure it was from a hotel or outside

we didnt try the breakfast yet maybe next time.

first time we we have noisy a.c grey big bulky one.. the smell of the room smell like some laundry firget to hang it you know what i mean. they didnt change the pillow case.and towel is smell like not properly dry. hope to improve the cleanleness. thanks. under bed dirty.

The hotel is right next to ADCB metro station, which is great. The staff was really polite and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Great value for money.

There are two bars on the ground floor of the hotel so sometimes it was possible to hear some noise from there during night, but it was not very loud. There was no water in the bathroom two times during our stay for about 3 hours.

Everything was excellent as expected and the rooms are the same which are shown in photos, Good price and highly recommended to friends and family. Thanks everyone.

Location , connectivity

Management is not responsive. In my 7 nights stay, there was a continuous leakage in bathroom last 3 days which I brought to room service people, but never repaired during my stay. I think because of location they take customers for granted.

The policy of charging additional fees for each visitor at your facility is unnecessary and should be reconsidered.

Everything was good.

Room was not provided with proper linen.room was booked for two and there was only one bath towel and one hand towel.and there was only 2 pillow.
