Our stay was good, except the building is a little dated, but the staff, cleanliness, and daily room service were good. It was a working holiday with the family; as requested, the hotel provided quiet and good Wi-Fi during our stay. We strongly recommend anyone traveling with the family for safety and restaurants in all price ranges if you like Indian/Pakistani food.

Not related to hotel but to get taxi was difficult in the area and if you get drivers didn't know the directions. We recommend to get Careem ride service (Hala service).

You can cross a foot-overbridge and reach Zabeel Park and Dubai Frames. If you are lucky, you can get a room with combined views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frames and enjoy some city views. Excellent support from hotel staff to view new year's fireworks at Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frames. Recommended for family.

Rooms are old; curtains are not easily movable and are not fixed for some reason - same was notified during previous stay long time back.

The room was incredibly spacious. We really felt at home in a really great location. It exceeded all expectations from the reception and hotel staff to the immediacy in response to requests.

I suppose some more thought could be put into necessities required in the kitchen but otherwise all good.

The rooms are spacious, clean and housekeeping are very hardworking and prompt, The reception staff are very pleasing and always smiling and Mr. Shabeer is very helpful and pro-active !

location staff (front desk) where super welcoming. parkings private lift nearby awesome supermarket and restaurants I do recommend this hotel and for sure this will not be my last visit.

in case you need cleaning service better inform front desk staff when you are going out. I left early morning and I came back late and the apartment was still untidy. - Need to refurbish furniture soon specially the curtains.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, they always had a few nice words and really tried to make sure I enjoyed my stay! I stayed for several weeks and they helped with everything I needed, even gave me free breakfasts. The room was good value for the money, especially for Dubai prices. Location is good, it's a great area for a long stay with everything available in walking distance.

Facilities were a bit dated and you could see they've been heavily used for a long time, like the furniture or the bedsheets. But they were clean so it wasn't really bothersome.

we went and booked and stayed in March 2022 was very busy due to the expo, very good value for money and on a decent location, staff was very good with a few minor issues we had and made the stay very worth while, front of house staff were very good and the manager Mr Shahi Imtiaz, made our stay very good by helping us personally. this hotel is a 10/10 for making the guest priority first.

Room was clean and tidy. Kitchen is spacious. Staffs were very friendly and helpful most especially the manager. I have been to a lot of hotels and I have never encountered a manager that is very accommodating as Mr. Mohammad Shahi. He greets each and every one of their guests and makes sure that they are well attended.
