- Air quality is great. - Very convenient for business travel in Dubai. - Room was comfortable. It felt like a new building. - Location is great, there is a metro station nearby. - Extremely clean everywhere I was looking at: Room, halls, elevators, even the parking lot.

During my three-night stay, I encountered an issue with the hotel's parking facility. On one of the days, the hotel's basement parking was already full, and I had to park nearby. While the security personnel assured me that there was no risk of getting fined due to the holidays in the country, it left me wondering about what would happen if it was not a holiday? In order to ensure a hassle-free experience for all guests with vehicles, the hotel should consider providing a dedicated parking spot for every guest coming with a car or try making arrangements with other nearby buildings for parking.

This hotel made our stay in Dubai infinitely more amazing! Every time we came back to the hotel after a long day of adventures, we were always greeted by this distinct perfumey smell of the lobby and it felt lovely. The staff was always very helpful and cheerful and they helped us a lot throughout our stay - especially in finding taxis during rush hours. The rooms are spacious and clean and have all the necessary facilities. There were plenty of food places around the hotel - a 24/7 starbucks which was a 2-minute walk away, many Pakistani restaurants and a pizza place right next to the hotel. This was especially convenient on days when you didn't want to travel too far to get a meal or coffee. The hotel itself does provide coffee to prepare inn your room which my husband liked a lot. The best part of our stay was the housekeeping - which we fondly referred to as the 'Cleaning Fairy'. Everyday we'd come back to see that the Cleaning Fairy had made our beds and tidied everything up. The bathroom was cleaned and new towels put in. It was the best feeling ever! (If only we could bring the Cleaning Fairy back with us home). Overall, it was an excellent place to stay and whenever we're back in Dubai, we would stay here for sure.

The front office staff were very helpful. We checked in very early and they allowed us to use a room that was vacant until our rooms were ready. Room services and cleaning etc were great too. Special thanks to Vinay for the great room service Our location was about 15-30 mins away from the key attractions, but we could use a taxi without major hassle.

To support sustainable living, some of the room amenities were on request only. We were fine with it. But we had to request an iron a couple of times and it would have been ideal if the room had an iron given that we booked for 7 days.

The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is always a big plus. The location is quite convenient. The nearest metro station is about a 15-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there’s a grocery store located on the ground floor of the hotel. For dining options, you’ll find restaurants nearby, and I particularly enjoyed visiting Katerina Café, which serves excellent coffee and freshly baked goods at very reasonable prices. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, which added to the positive experience. Overall, Rove Bur Dubai offers good value for money for travelers looking for a clean and functional base in the city.

amenities such as slippers & toothbrush are not provided by default—you need to request them from the front desk. While they are complimentary, this could be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

Since arriving to Rove it was very well greeted by Sohila " Sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly" the staff were absolutely great. The room is very clean and no complaint as I believe this should be more than 3 stars hotel. Ramadan was nice to talk to as I had a very brief chat with him and promised to leave a review. Well done team and keep up the good work as I don't often leave a review but was very impressed by Rove staff. It must be down to the management. I will for sure stay here again if I come to Dubai

Everything was great

Requested as preference a room on a higher floor,and was offered this plus the room was in the corner so no noise at all,very peaceful. Housekeeping staff Vinnie made sure I was happy and often checked if I needed anything ,as I kept the DND sign on, when no cleaning was required.

Saw several times male guests fully dressed in the swimming pool. Can understand and respect why ladies cover up,but why would men go fully dressed in the pool. Did see the lifeguard on duty informing those men it was not allowed,but few just did not care.

The staff were exceptional. I had stayed one week at ROVE Downtown (across from Dubai Mall), and told that to the staff at ROVE Healthcare City (DHCC), they were delighted that I was a repeat ROVER, and greeted me with joy each time they saw me (I stayed at DHCC for three weeks, so we go to know each other a bit). I apologize for missing a few names, here are some of the staff I noted. Reception front desk: Jackie, Makin, Doreen. Public spaces: Shajat, Bhamana, Ayman. Restaurant: Atta, Khin, John, Akyl, Beatrice. Housekeeping: Isaac (fantastic). Security: Mahendra, Nelson. Hotel manager was very kind and helped me with many questions I had, thank you.

It took a week or two weeks for my credit card "Pending" transactions to process, and frequently showed on my credit card twice: one time after it went through, and a second time that was still pending for 10-14 days (and increasing my account balance). Bank of America told me that this Hotel uses a system that keeps the "Pending" amount on my account until they can count the money on their end. They told me that not many do that. Annoying. Yet, in the end, the many "Pending" charges were cleared up and went away.

The property was very clean and housekeeping were very efficient. The added convince of having a mini supermarket within thr hotel was great.

The pool timings are something I'm not found of. This is my third time staying at a rove hotel in dubai and not happy with the pool timings. The pool isn't deep so it isn't that dangerous however closing it by 8 pm for us a couples especially who are on vacation was disappointing. During the summer with the heat, night pool access would have been great. The smoking rules also were too much, the pool area was a no smoke zone but you could smoke if you sat next to the table thats like a meter or two away from the beds. A sheesha bar would have been an added bonus.

I’ve given Rove Healthcare City 10/10 before for facilities and staff. Facilities include 24hr supermarket in the hotel, ice making machines in the corridors and large safe deposit boxes in the room. This 10/10 is for the staff. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and haven’t seen a team like this. Smart, capable, friendly, and fun. It doesn’t matter who you approach, the training and culture is strong. I’m talking about Soheila, Mani, and Aktan and also the manger Sam. I was the awkward customer this time and they sorted everything with a smile. Never once did they make me feel like a problem and were prepared to go the extra mile. Awesome job folks 👏

Nothing comes to mind

Very good location and well connected. Laundry room is great. The pool is very nice and all my requests were fulfilled from all the friendly and skilled staff. Mr. Inam from house keeping did every day a great job and were very flexible to get the cleaning done while I was out. To mention is also that Mr. Ramadan from reception always gave a warm feeling when I entered the hotel lobby. Always smiling and trying to make my stay comfortable. Thank you and all the staff from Rove hotel that your doing your work with passion.
