Good location, good facilities, good service. Overall good value for money.

Washing Machine in room was a little wonky. It doesn't work sometimes. The showers in the toilet are annoying. When you turn on the tap, initially water will flow from the tap that's meant for the bath tub. You need to pull down on the shower hose to switch the water flow to the shower.

I m staying in this hotel apartments since 2015. Stayed more than 20 times uptill now. Staff is always helpful and accommodative. Every thing is excellent except 2 things to be upgraded.

Tv should be smart so guests can watch their own choice of programs rather to be bound to watch the local or some other channels . Fabric of sofas in TV lounge has become soo old that now it sticks with body really and fillings also has become so bad that wooden frame pinches when you sit and even it hurt me badly when I sit at first day. Shortly tv and sofas need to be changed immediately.

The property is clean everyone is quick and attentive I didn’t realise we had an iron called for one they explained it’s in the room and we’re at the door in a second before I could even call back n say I’ve found it help with your bags and everything really lovely staff

The only problem is the location is rubbish needed a taxi to get out don’t know where the metro was and had to cross busy roads to even buy food

This is my "go-to" accommodation for personal reasons, although it is not in the "main hub" of Dubai. Because of my frequent use of the facilities, staff recognize me and we have built a repour which is great.

I know the breakfast is outsourced but it is getting a bit monotonous sometimes.

Everything in the hotel is perfect.The reception staff are so cooperative and amazing also house keeping crew are excellent..The hotel location is close to everything you need like Dubai mall and all other malls ,mini market, restaurants. The hotel room are so clean and spacious with excellent furniture also they have big and nice car parking in addition they are so fast in checking inn or out from hotel. I highly recommend everyone to visit this amazing hotel . DUNES HOTEL is one of the best hotel in Dubai

I had a problem with my booking. I tried to reduce the period but Booking.com basically prevented me from doing that. However, I made contact with the facility via the app and they helped me immediately. Even when I reached the facility, Booking.com still haven't fixed the booking but the staff provided me with the support to resolve the problem.

There was actually nothing really that I didnt like. I would have preferred to have a separate shower rather than a shower in the bath, but that is only a personal preference and still not a problem.

The only problem i faced was with the mattress.no matter the housekeeping staff made an effort to make it more comfortable after informing them but still i had a lot of back pain because the mattress was very hard and uneven.Rest everything a 10 on 10.

Extremely helpful and polite staff, extraordinary service. The room was adequate and comfortable. Rooms had a balcony (for which a key could be obtained at reception). Very comfortable bed.

What set the hotel apart from other hotels is ALL the staff on duty. All of them are very nice and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with all that you need. The location is perfect, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and not far from a metro station. Taxis are easy to find.
