During our journey back home, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a night, finding it to be a perfect transit haven located just 10 to 20 minutes from the airport by car. Our room, adorned with a balcony, offered a delightful view of the pool, transforming our brief stay into a memorable experience. The pool area itself was a serene retreat, featuring wooden alcoves where one could relax and enjoy a refreshing cold drink, courtesy of the hotel's café. The staff across the board was notably friendly and helpful, embodying the essence of hospitality. Our room was impressively spacious and maintained with utmost cleanliness, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for us to unwind. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight, presenting an extensive selection of both hot and cold options to satisfy every palate. We had booked and chosen the Arabian Park Hotel in Al Jaddaf based on good reviews. The reviews agree with previous guest feedback and how the hotel looked. We are two guests who arrived at the hotel on 05 November on election day in the USA. We had met an employee at the receptionist called Adel, and Meraketh. We were very well received both with good service, good professionalism, a sunny smile and received all-round help from them. The days passed quickly and we met very nice guests from around the world. During the breakfast buffet in the morning, we met the kitchen manager Aneesh (Munkund) by chance. He introduced who he was and asked how the food was with a smiling and sunny merciful smile. This made us feel more comfortable and more confident with him. At times we have arrived late during the breakfast periods and always greeted Aneesh with glowing and warm smile that makes our heart melt. This is good security for us guests. He came out of the kitchen and chatted with both small children, younger people and older people. He provided good service, good communication that touched our hearts and good professionalism towards his guests. It was hectic and busy weekdays and he handled the situation in a professional manner with employees and guests. Aneesh cared very much about others and showed empathy and he was the first kitchen manger who was passionate about his profession. We had stayed here for 14 days. We recommend here with the helpful and good staff at the Arabian Park Hotel. It was 18 November that we left this hotel with good memories and a good atmosphere between the staff. The location is not for ppl who want to reach places by walking .. but for me, it was perfect bc i had my own car. By the car, everything was max 10 mins driving.

Location is further from downtown area than is ideal, but for a little bit extra in a taxi the value for money was excellent. The staff were first class

The staff was very well trained and extremely helpful. The room itself is clean, spacious and has a good modern bathroom as well. The breakfast was very well thought out and catered to people from all backgrounds.

The metro station from the property is about a 10 to 12 minute walk away which is a lot in the heat. Its a fairly new area which is still in development so you wont find the hustle and bustle like some parts of dubai such as deira but there are some supermarkets and 2-3 food places a couple of minutes walk away. However, don't let this deter you. The hotel is excellent, the location is peaceful and quiet and you wont find yourself bored.

1.I had booked a non smoking room but they gave us a smoking room. 2. The guest in this hotel doesn't respect others as almost every night till 2 or 3 a. m they make lots of noise in the corridor. No sound proof room. 3. IMPORTANT : To all tourist. There is this guy in front of the hotel MANSOOR : Dont take Taxi through him. HE IS ROBBING PEOPLE. I Had asked him for tariff from Hotel to Ajman. He told me 300 Aed one way. As my sister lives in Ajman she had already told me not to pay more than 100 Aed. I booked carim and i paid 93 Aed. Beware of this Mansoor.

I’m very grateful for the bed in this hotel. I arrived exhausted and got a great nights sleep. The location was nice. It was close to the center of town by taxi and was relatively quiet. It was easy to get transportation no matter the time of day. There were great restaurants nearby as well. I felt safe with my teenage daughter. We could walk without worry of being harassed. The staff was always polite and friendly. Always ready to help and very accommodating. I loved my stay and will stay again.

I would have liked a nicer fridge and maybe a microwave if I was staying longer. But that’s not a big deal on a shorter trip.

What a fabulous hotel🥰 I have chosen this hotel 3rd time💕 First of all, FO manager Mr. Saif deserves the most thanks because of providing for us with a comfortable stay and special attention despite our early morning arrival. Especially, chummy and gentle the receptionists Hamza, Adel, Ali, Kerolis; they do their job in the best way possible. Management especially has to appreciate them❤️. Additionally, breakfast and dinner are amazing; thanks to manager Thepa for managing the restaurant perfectly and taking care of every guest. Besides, The cheesecake he served me in breakfast was delightful and how a gentle approach! Moreover, thanks very much to Mr. Zaki and Mr Karim for their special kind treats and warmth😍 Finally, location is so near to Al Jaddaf Metro, cleaning, ambiance is the best part of hotel.. You feel yourself like at home🥰
