Even when we were in the pool, I could see a man who was watching and monitoring the pool, giving us towels to dry ourselves off. He was always watching everyone who was swimming and always paying attention to every little thing.The rooms are constantly being cleaned and if the cleaner finds that the "Do Not Disturb" button is activated, he leaves us a note that he came and was unable to clean.Even breakfast is very varied: fruits, juices and everything else at the guest’s request.The entire staff was very friendly and quick to respond to any request, be it breakfast boxes on the day of our trip, ordering a bus to the mall or a quick taxi to the airport in the morning. Everything was organized and neat.The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area and the guests did not cause us any inconvenience.

During our journey back home, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a night, finding it to be a perfect transit haven located just 10 to 20 minutes from the airport by car. Our room, adorned with a balcony, offered a delightful view of the pool, transforming our brief stay into a memorable experience. The pool area itself was a serene retreat, featuring wooden alcoves where one could relax and enjoy a refreshing cold drink, courtesy of the hotel's café. The staff across the board was notably friendly and helpful, embodying the essence of hospitality. Our room was impressively spacious and maintained with utmost cleanliness, providing a comfortable and welcoming space for us to unwind. Breakfast the next morning was a highlight, presenting an extensive selection of both hot and cold options to satisfy every palate. The variety and quality of the food served were indicative of the hotel's commitment to providing a stellar dining experience. Overall, our stay was not just a mere transit stop but a genuinely pleasant interlude, thanks to the hotel's strategic location, exemplary service, and the peaceful ambiance it offered. We had booked and chosen the Arabian Park Hotel in Al Jaddaf based on good reviews. The reviews agree with previous guest feedback and how the hotel looked. We are two guests who arrived at the hotel on 05 November on election day in the USA. We had met an employee at the receptionist called Adel, and Meraketh. We were very well received both with good service, good professionalism, a sunny smile and received all-round help from them. The days passed quickly and we met very nice guests from around the world. During the breakfast buffet in the morning, we met the kitchen manager Aneesh (Munkund) by chance. He introduced who he was and asked how the food was with a smiling and sunny merciful smile. This made us feel more comfortable and more confident with him. At times we have arrived late during the breakfast periods and always greeted Aneesh with glowing and warm smile that makes our heart melt. This is good security for us guests. He came out of the kitchen and chatted with both small children, younger people and older people. He provided good service, good communication that touched our hearts and good professionalism towards his guests. It was hectic and busy weekdays and he handled the situation in a professional manner with employees and guests. Aneesh cared very much about others and showed empathy and he was the first kitchen manger who was passionate about his profession. We had stayed here for 14 days. We recommend here with the helpful and good staff at the Arabian Park Hotel. It was 18 November that we left this hotel with good memories and a good atmosphere between the staff. The location is not for ppl who want to reach places by walking .. but for me, it was perfect bc i had my own car. By the car, everything was max 10 mins driving.

Location is further from downtown area than is ideal, but for a little bit extra in a taxi the value for money was excellent. The staff were first class

The staff was very well trained and extremely helpful. The room itself is clean, spacious and has a good modern bathroom as well. The breakfast was very well thought out and catered to people from all backgrounds.

The metro station from the property is about a 10 to 12 minute walk away which is a lot in the heat. Its a fairly new area which is still in development so you wont find the hustle and bustle like some parts of dubai such as deira but there are some supermarkets and 2-3 food places a couple of minutes walk away. However, don't let this deter you. The hotel is excellent, the location is peaceful and quiet and you wont find yourself bored.

The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. They are very professional, responsive and respectful. The hotel is very clean.

All details are flawless here, I recommend to everyone. I felt myself in as a my home because of their attention to the guest. Hotel has free shuttle service to everywhere return way. One day we missed bus and Mohammed Salem (manager) provided a free car for us to beach, the best manager and his receptionist team specially Marry, Adel, Ali are the amazing for treating kindly to guest and take care of everyone. Bellboy, Abdurrahim helped to us for all requests. All meals were delicious, specially Eric interested in all guest needs and he gifted to me cake, it was surprising for me❤️ also I was sick and he made hot lemonade for me, how is the greatest approach to a guest and Samjhana made a tea to us every evening after dinner, took care of us. Cleaning, ambiance, location are very well, near to metro. Thanks in a million to all staff for everything, they made our vacation perfectly.

I spent my every single moment excellently because of respectful staff around us. Especially, along with FOM Saif, receptionist Omar, Ebrahim, Kerolis are joyous and shining in reception and provide all needs for guests. Bellboy Elbeik, Vaughn are really helpful and friendly, smiling ☺️ people. Breakfast, lunch, dinner were amazing, Mr Thapa is more amiable who manages restaurant by the best way, always interested in customer satisfaction. Very clean hotel, specially Ms Win, friendly, doing her job well deserves. I booked to this hotel 4th time because each detail is perfect here❣️👌🏻
