I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy in the amount charged for my recent booking. The hotel has confirmed that the actual charges amounted to AED 1,225.53. However, the final amount deducted from my bank account was INR 41,917.42 (AED 1755.33). This total includes the following additional charges: Local transaction fees: INR 470.66 USD conversion rate: 85.52 Markup charges: INR 1,662.52 I was not informed of these extra charges at the time of booking, and the overall cost turned out to be significantly higher than expected. I believe this lack of transparency is unfair to the customer. I kindly request that the excess amount charged be refunded to me at the earliest.

Rooms were neat and clean, comfortable, quiet, family friendly. Kitchen has all the required equipments. location was nearby to Burj Khalifa and many other known attractions in Dubai. If you have a car this is the best place to stay. Since Jaddaf area is new and developing, you may find little rough roads and dusty streets nearby. But overall value for money.

If you are staying for more than 1 night, they are not providing cleaning facility on a daily basis. You may be charged extra 100 AED if you require cleaning of rooms.

I had a great stay at Marbella Holiday Home. The location is very convenient, close to the metro and away from traffic, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean, and the rooftop pool was a great bonus for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Would recommend

While breakfast wasn’t provided, and there was no hand wash in the bathroom, everything else was well taken care of. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Would recommend

the apartment is clean and comfortable

there’s no rug 😅, location is good as long as you have a car but if you don’t have it’s kinda difficult to get taxi and it’s far from metro station

Reception Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Rooms were super clean. Located at Al Jadaf area (which is right in middle of Dubai) Size of 2 bedroom apartments was pretty decent to accommodate our family of 6.

Some furniture needs to be replaced. At night, it is a bit difficult to find your residence as it is a newly constructed area and it is almost 1 km off-road drive. Check in time is very late.

Road is a bit noisy. Accessibility a bit difficult. If you want room services there are extra fees involved.

The receptionist at desk when I checked in was friendly. The property was clean and neat. Also, there is a super market near by which offers door delivery service of anything you order over phone till 2 AM at night.

There is no road access to the property from the main road. At night, if you wish to take a stroll better keep a torch handy.

Value for money and a great place to stay. Comfortable, clean and spacious apartments. I would like to call out two members of Marbella team - Siraj and Ubaid who were extremely helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant.

It's a slightly remote location as there is no direct road access to the building. If you have a vehicle, you are sorted.

I don't take breakfast in the hotel but the location is good and in the center of Dubai But the area which the hotel is located still new and no finish street and no any sign in the main street to direct me to the hotel

Everything was excellent about our stay. Very clean, spacious apartment. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Location very good, close to the city. The best apartment we have ever stayed! We would definately come back if we ever in Dubai! I recommend Marbella to everyone, you wont be dissapointed. Thank you for making our stay in Dubai so memorable
