We Booked the Marriott Executive Apartments as a large family of 8 pax & opted for 2 Two-bedroom apartments which were ideal for us as they were very spacious and comfortable. The overall experience was more than what we had expected. The property was well maintained and managed with impeccable service levels. The property is well connected to the downtown area with an option to take the shuttle to the Dubai Mall, Dubai Festival City, Metro Station etc. One could also take a taxi which was available from the porch at a nominal cost of 30 DHS. It's also just 10 min from the Dubai Airport which added to the convenience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the new year bash at the terrace restaurant as we got a clear view of the fireworks at the Burj Khalifa along with the well-planned buffet services. one of the family members fell sick and the hotel obliged us with a late checkout without additional charges which is highly appreciative. I would like to specially convey my thanks to the Guest Experience Team Leader Mr. Kyrillos Maher & Alina for looking after us & making our stay so memorable and confortable.

first of all , NO ONE asked me to write this review , im writing it as an HONEST review... the hotel is a marriott so its amazing in all aspects. but the most impressive person i met was a lady at the reception , her name was Vershani i think ... she was super nice , helpful and extremly professional , i pick up these things quickly and i can tell you she's the best at what she does.. in general the hotel itself was perfect , rooms are spacious , clean and there is a small mini mart on the ground floor . the location is a bit out , which i like to be honest to say away from the craziness of dubai , but literally nothing is in a walking distance . anyways , the only thing i didnt like was the pool , it too small , very small , like a kids pool !!!

We had a wonderful stay! The facility is beautiful, with great views, including a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa during the New Year fireworks. The staff made our experience smooth and enjoyable—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our time. Special thanks to Luiza, Nipen, Hussain, and Joseph the chef, who stood out with their excellent service. They were part of a fantastic team that made our visit memorable. Overall, a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

The hotel overall is good, and breakfast has plenty of healthy options.

The apartment was spacious, but they could do better with regard to cleanliness.

The Apartment was execellent with all facilities. Although the location was far off to the main attractions but it is well connected with public transport. Breakfast was excellent covering all requirements of the inmates. We could spend our time in leisure at facilities like swimming pool and fitness center. The Staff especially Mr Micheal & Ms. Varshini were very cordial and quick in their asssistance.

Early check in was not provided even though we had requested for the same at the time of booking. More information to be provided to the vsitors on Public transport. Dubai has execellent Public transport facilities (Metro / Tram/ Bus / Cab), information regarding the same to the travellers would help them out to reach their destination faster and conveneintly.

We had excellent service from Marriott Executive Apartments Al-Jaddaf from the entire staff. The assistant manager Vashini was great, front desk team including Amita and Patrick were wonderful. The bellmen and security were also wonderful including Ephraim, Jeffrey, Pashan and Kailish. The restaurant staff including Shipon, Sabri and Moon were excellent. The housekeeping staff including Ashek and Sumitra were wonderful too. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

It was very modern, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. It was very luxurious. The customer service was really good. The one thing we liked the most is we were worried that we might miss our flight as it was quite early in the morning but the staff were really helpful and set alarms for us and even offered to send a member of staff up to wake us up to ensure we woke up and were ready for our staff. Also when we came down the staff were really helpful and helped put our luggage in the car and take it down.

It was overall great, but I would suggest adding more Pakistani/Asian options to the buffet.

Like the executive appartments convenience and ability to live as if you are living at your home. All amenities provided such as kitchen, automatic washing machine and above all cleanliness. Shuttle provided is a good marketing strategy and helps people to move between hotel to limited location. I would suggest increasing more destinations that will attract more people.

I was astonished tha no smart TVs were available. Only LG plasma TVs having no channels to view was a big let down. We thought that as family we will watch Euro 2024. To our astonish there aren't any worth while Channels available to watch. Thought that we will mirror it from our cell phone to TV, TV isn't smart enough to handle that. A big let down

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel, and I’d especially like to thank Bien Jessica Draculan for her outstanding hospitality. She was kind, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s always the little things and the genuine care that make a stay memorable — and Bien truly made a difference. I hope the management recognizes the great work she’s doing. People like her are what make Marriott feel like home.

We truly appreciate the welcome chocolate and macaroons. they tasted delicious. Thanks again Also, the peppermint tea is GOOD! much needed after our long days roaming the city.

We requested for an early check in and i do understand it's based on availability but we received our room after at 3 pm. after the supposed check-in time. also, we had to call more than once to get whatever we ask for. No1 answers the first or second time, then we need to call 3 or 4 times for extra blankets, adjusting the heater, toothbrush ...etc.
