The responsiveness of staff was excellent At 4 am WiFi went out they were there immediately. Also I was especially pleased at the responsiveness and the follow up on concerns . I am happy they listened and made corrections

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is great, and they provide a free shuttle bus service, which was very convenient. The staff was exceptional, especially Camelia, David, and Sisal. They were always friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Camelia for going above and beyond to decorate our room and arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The room was a well-equipped studio with everything we needed, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Once again, thank you, Camelia, for making our experience so special! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

A Perfect Stay – Modern Comfort & Exceptional Service at Element Al Jaddaf From the moment we arrived at Element Al Jaddaf, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and functionality. The modern, eco-friendly design creates a calming atmosphere, and everything is kept spotless. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and come fully equipped with a kitchenette—perfect for longer stays. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensure a great night’s sleep. We especially loved the large windows that let in so much natural light and offered a nice view of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff—everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with healthy options available, which we really appreciated. The rooftop pool and gym are also fantastic features. The pool area offers a relaxing escape with stunning views, and the gym is well-equipped and clean. Location-wise, it’s well-connected to the rest of Dubai and just a short drive from key attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Element Al Jaddaf is a great choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The friendly environment everyone is so nice and accommodating the room was great has a nice shower and kitchen utensils along with a washer and dryer for clothes and they got a great gym area for basic exercise and a pool. The breakfast was also exceptionally fantastic with lots of variety and they cook eggs to youre liking and unlimited coffee anytime you want and the complimentry shuttle bus that drops and pick you up near dubai mall and burj khalifa will definitely book again probably one of the best places ive stayed.

No complains from me this was a outstanding establishment for me even if you got a small problem the staff is so nice to help out and find answers

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The free parking was an important service in a city like Dubai. They offer a complementary shuttle bus that takes you, for example, to Dubai Mall and back. The complementary tea and coffee in the entrance hall were another nice touch. Even if one doesn't swim, the swimming pool roof patio on the 15th floor is a great place to sit and read or chat with friends. More active people might enjoy the gym close to the pool (it is not big but appropriate enough.) The toilet was adequate for adults of normal sizes, with a shower section that was comfortable and, importantly, did not have one of those shower curtains that get stuck to your body as you wash. Last but not least, we liked the room. It had everything we needed (good beds, a sizeable TV set, an iron and an iron board, a coffee machine, a sink, a mini stove, a fully-fledged fridge, and a washing machine). In short, we were pleased with the hotel as such. The hotel management and its staff honestly try to enhance their customers' Dubai experience with additional touches here and there. (I am aware that they are not in control all the construction activities around them.) I would come back. Note: I would like to give the hotel 8.5/10, but it seems I can't. Why not just 8/10? Because the hotel is (much) better than 8. Why not 9? Because the rates with the additional taxes, in comparison to other hotels in other locations, fall rather on the expensive side. In and of itself, the hotel is great. The staff and services are there to ensure the guests have nothing to complain about and much to be pleased with. But in comparison, the hotel loses a few points.

Al-Jaddaf seems to be growing, so there are building sites here and there. It didn't bother us at all, but if you are on a honeymoon trip, you might want to choose a hotel with prettier or more romantic sights. The sprinkler in the toilet was too hard to press; and once pressed, it got locked on. (Unfortunately, this model is used at other good hotels across the UAE. It may look prettier than the cheaper models, but it doesn't perform better.) If one doesn't check and regulate the pressure before use, the water tends to gush forth at really high pressure. So, please customize the pressure using the sprinkler's valve on the wall beforehand.

It was affordable & not far from places we were visiting. Not far from Dubai international airport. Front desk personnel were friendly: David, Sara, Camelia, Sisal & Madhu When we arrive our hotel room view was to the contraction site but we didn’t like the view & fortunately Madhu ask the front desk staff & we were moved to a nice view. THANK YOU

We understand that it’s a self catering/ hotel at least the housekeeping can clean the bathroom top on basin & not just changes towels & bedding & cleaning Needs improvement on the breakfast: same meal daily. You have to wait long for special order like omelette & sunny side eggs, need to wait for plates

We loved staying in this hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and professional with lots of very nice facilities. They also offer a shuttle bus from the hotel to several locations which we loved as an option to get around without having to pay for taxis all the time. The location was also good, we were close to the airport and close enough to the other sites we were visiting so the max amount of time we spent travelling was 20 minutes. The breakfast was also delicious each morning with lots of variety!

Honestly not much, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel!

The Element is a VERY clean apartment hotel to stay at. My daughter who also travelled with her 4 month baby couldn't stop praising the room and how having the necessity such as kettle, sink to sterling baby's bottles and a water filter made it such a pleasant stay. I travelled with 9 members of my family and they all loved the location. The staff really went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Walked into the room to find a birthday cake from the staff. Beautiful touch.

There wasn't anything NOT to like

Spotlessly clean, staff polite cant do enough for you even gave us our room super early. free transfers to centre an added bonus. Loved all the little extras provided such as constant water in your room tea and coffee in lobby supplied for free all day, breakfast adequate for all nationals loved our stay will be back to stay here when next time in Dubai which hopefully June 2025. Thank you to all the staff.
