A absolutely lovely hotel. Close to metro. With free shuttle to dubai mall and few other places. Stayed 8 days . Nothing was ever any trouble. Reception staff are lovely as is every member of staff. All amenities were provided . Handy washing machine, plates cups etc everything is spotlessy clean. The breakfast is great . You can ask the staff for omlette to be made and they bring to you . Lovely and tasty. Alom was a lovely friendly face throughout my stay and helped with check in etc. . Celin was amazing aswel and helped with a late check out. Was super impressed and would make me come again. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself if I'm in the area.

shuttle frequency and timings could be a little better

The responsiveness of staff was excellent At 4 am WiFi went out they were there immediately. Also I was especially pleased at the responsiveness and the follow up on concerns . I am happy they listened and made corrections

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is great, and they provide a free shuttle bus service, which was very convenient. The staff was exceptional, especially Camelia, David, and Sisal. They were always friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Camelia for going above and beyond to decorate our room and arrange a surprise birthday cake for my wife. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The room was a well-equipped studio with everything we needed, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Once again, thank you, Camelia, for making our experience so special! We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and come fully equipped with a kitchenette—perfect for longer stays. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensure a great night’s sleep. We especially loved the large windows that let in so much natural light and offered a nice view of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the staff—everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with healthy options available, which we really appreciated. The rooftop pool and gym are also fantastic features. The pool area offers a relaxing escape with stunning views, and the gym is well-equipped and clean. Location-wise, it’s well-connected to the rest of Dubai and just a short drive from key attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Element Al Jaddaf is a great choice. The friendly environment everyone is so nice and accommodating the room was great has a nice shower and kitchen utensils along with a washer and dryer for clothes and they got a great gym area for basic exercise and a pool. The breakfast was also exceptionally fantastic with lots of variety and they cook eggs to youre liking and unlimited coffee anytime you want and the complimentry shuttle bus that drops and pick you up near dubai mall and burj khalifa will definitely book again probably one of the best places ive stayed.

What an unforgettable experience! If there’s one thing that made our stay in Dubai truly special, it was choosing to book this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, they had our room ready by 8:00 AM, knowing we were international guests from South Africa — and they didn’t charge us extra for the early check-in. The manager on duty (unfortunately I forgot his name) made our entire stay exceptional. He ensured we had one of the best rooms with a beautiful view, and the team even offered us breakfast that morning at no additional cost. The hospitality, friendliness of the breakfast staff, and overall service made this feel like more than just a hotel — it felt like home. Not to mention the complimentary Shuttle service to various place at no charge was amazing. As first-time visitors to Dubai, this hotel made our trip memorable, and we’ll definitely return and recommend it to others.

The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The free parking was an important service in a city like Dubai. They offer a complementary shuttle bus that takes you, for example, to Dubai Mall and back. The complementary tea and coffee in the entrance hall were another nice touch. Even if one doesn't swim, the swimming pool roof patio on the 15th floor is a great place to sit and read or chat with friends. More active people might enjoy the gym close to the pool (it is not big but appropriate enough.) The toilet was adequate for adults of normal sizes, with a shower section that was comfortable and, importantly, did not have one of those shower curtains that get stuck to your body as you wash. Last but not least, we liked the room. It had everything we needed (good beds, a sizeable TV set, an iron and an iron board, a coffee machine, a sink, a mini stove, a fully-fledged fridge, and a washing machine). In short, we were pleased with the hotel as such. The hotel management and its staff honestly try to enhance their customers' Dubai experience with additional touches here and there. (I am aware that they are not in control all the construction activities around them.) I would come back. Note: I would like to give the hotel 8.5/10, but it seems I can't. Why not just 8/10? Because the hotel is (much) better than 8. Why not 9? Because the rates with the additional taxes, in comparison to other hotels in other locations, fall rather on the expensive side. In and of itself, the hotel is great. The staff and services are there to ensure the guests have nothing to complain about and much to be pleased with. But in comparison, the hotel loses a few points.

Al-Jaddaf seems to be growing, so there are building sites here and there. It didn't bother us at all, but if you are on a honeymoon trip, you might want to choose a hotel with prettier or more romantic sights. The sprinkler in the toilet was too hard to press; and once pressed, it got locked on. (Unfortunately, this model is used at other good hotels across the UAE. It may look prettier than the cheaper models, but it doesn't perform better.) If one doesn't check and regulate the pressure before use, the water tends to gush forth at really high pressure. So, please customize the pressure using the sprinkler's valve on the wall beforehand.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay as the room as exceeded what we have expected, plus the staff are really helpful, shoutout to Ryan from front desk. He's been really helpful from the time we arrived, until the time we left. Overall, the stay was amazing.

Nothing in particular about the stay, the food, the facilities and the staff. However, I would like to point out that parking was not so fun. A lot of other tenants have occupied 2 car spaces where we could've parked. Instead, we had to go further up as some of the car owners have parked in the middle of 2 car park slots. Kind of annoying to be honest.
