I recently stayed at the Ink Hotel in Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The hospitality was exceptional, especially from Rajjak and Jabbar, who went above and beyond to make every meal memorable. Their attentive service and warm personalities truly elevated the dining experience. The food itself was excellent – each dish was beautifully prepared, flavorful, and fresh. The hotel’s ambiance and design also deserve a mention, blending modern style with a cozy, welcoming feel. I highly recommend Ink Hotel for anyone looking to enjoy quality service, great food, and a memorable stay in Dubai.

I love how friendly the housekeeping staff and the receptionist are. I love how is it to be a pet-friendly hotel. The location is easy to access. The hotel is also quiet. Food is delicious but I do hope there will be other options for rice as most of the guests are Asians. Btw, the hallway smells so good and I hope the same thing with the room. We booked three rooms but one of them smells different. Not filthy or awful the smells seems about ventilation. :)

The service needs to be upgraded a bit. We called the reception for some ice as we've got some accident in the room. Unfortunately, no ice were given and we just did some alternatives to put remedy. Also, I wish the hotel can provide some pet bowl inside the room for those guests with pet.

Very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast was everything I enjoy and a bit more, good selection. I also has an amazing comfy bed as well which is key when you travel. For a country where everyone smokes, to keep the bedrooms smell free that is a great thing, they nailed it. I will always come back!

I am gluten-free, so breakfast could have had a few bread options. I didn't ask anyone so forgive me it it's upon request. I also am a big coffee drinker, and sadly, I couldn't drink their black americano, I had to buy a coffee everyday. The linen, especially bath towels needs replacements, one day, my towel had a hole in it, again I didn't complain but you can tell it's worn out. I work out daily, and the gym has one bike and a couple of weights, not inviting at all, which I was very disappointed about. Please consider looking into that, as running outside is not always possible in Dubai given the heat.

-Varied breakfast. -Close to the metro station (7 min walk) -The bar on the roof and the pool where you can relax after a day of walking. -Very spacious and well-organized room ( kettle, fridge, safe, hairdryer). -Very nice staff, always smiling. -Very nice location (on the edge of the creek), nice to take a walk and relax in the evening.

-Our room did not have a window that could be opened to let in fresh air. -There are no sockets for European plugs (fortunatley we had an adapter with us).

Our third stay. It Is 10 minutes away from the airport, perfectly located JUST a few minutes from the subway station al jaddaf. A clean neighbourhood waterfront. Very good breakfast and we especially like the service staff members. Not to forget any od the team - breakfast waiters, baristas, reception staff, housekeeping. Our overall satisfaction!! Will come again

The clean room, and nice coffee at the restaurant

The pool was a bit small, the bathroom shower doesn't have enough wall for the water that why it keeps flooding along the toilet floor after u shower.. The plug for coffe station not available, so u have to put it at the plug next to the bed. Which is dangerous if u have kids.

Had breakfast at hotel only once as normally just have muffin/coffee in room as otherwise too full for lunch. Nice setting by Creek basin, new sculture park being progressed during my stay. got discount as guest, hot and cold buffet, maybe a bit limited compared to other 4 stars stayed in at Dubai. had lunch several timeswhich was not cheap but good quality, nicely presented. This is a very nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. My room was stylish with nice view of creek and so was not overlooked. room good size with great rainfull shower where hot water came through very quickly irrespective of time of day. Housekeeping staff treated me extremely well, particularly the young man from Myrimar. Front desk very welcoming and helped with printing travel documents and sorting out slight delay with laundry. Laundry is one facility I need and there is one 5 minutes walk away which will do free pick up/delivery. Adjacent to it is small market, anda men's barber, so customary needs all within 5 minute walk. hotel situated by new pedestrianised mall development, all main construction complete, so little noise just waiting for tenants to move in which will make location even more desirable.

I try and chose hotels with pool and a gym. The pool here is on the roof and very small and narrow, never saw anybody in it, but ok for a cooling dip. Unfortunately the gym was out of action as construction going on. This was a double whammy as my afternoon siesta in my 6th floor room was sometimes disrupted by the sounds of concrete being drilled at pool right above me. Each lunch in restaurant, mainly indoors, was accompanied by a small collection of small black flies, one was still alive in stoppered vinegar bottle, not nice. Simple solution, instal some electronic bug zappers which only seem to see in chain fast food outlets in Dubai. Ate at hotel despite this as until mall offers options there is very limited food choices nearby.

Pet friendly and staff was incredible.

They could have catered more for being pet friendly such as provide water bowls and grass on roof for pets to pee on and have more facilities for pets.

I had a wonderful stay at INK Hotel! What truly made the experience special was the exceptional attention and hospitality from some of the staff members. A heartfelt thank you to Barista Rajjak for his amazing coffee and kind demeanor, and to Jabbar, Bader, and Nina for going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed every day. I also want to give a special mention to the housekeeping staff from Nepal—their dedication and friendliness did not go unnoticed. These individuals made our stay memorable and added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. Highly recommend INK Hotel for anyone looking for both comfort and genuine hospitality!

Some construction noise outside but didn't last long

Overall the experience at INK hotel exceeded our expectations. -Staff was super-duper helpful, willing to assist us in any possible way. -Overall the hotel was clean. -Roof pool was nice, could be bigger though. -Value for money -Location is not the best, but is surely nice for the amount paid.

-The breakfast is poor, offering only a small variety of food. Surely needs an upgrade. -Exact location of hotel was difficult to be reached by taxis and guiders (they almost always got lost)
