The hotel is well-located. I stayed in the apartments while my own apartment was being renovated. By Dubai standards, the price is reasonable. Importantly, it's always clean, and the staff is friendly. Special thanks to Ranjit, Farhan, and Kiran.

a thin Filipino. He is categorical about clients all the time. There were problems twice. of my two appeals. I extend the period of his stay 4 times. He refused my accommodation. Thanks to your manager who settled this. question and I calmly paid for my accommodation on September 8th yesterday.

Kingsgate Canal Hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk team was professional and welcoming. Rooms were maintained well. A highlight was the Chinese restaurant, Red East. The seafood dishes were a culinary delight—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared, Thanks to Chef Frank..... Every department, from the attentive reception staff to the dining team, contributed to a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended for an exceptional hospitality experience in Dubai!

The hotel was very accessible and value for money even during the peak season at Dubai. We like that the room was kept clean everyday by the housekeeping. We were also assisted by Ms. Danica at the front office who was very helpful and made the check-in seamless. She’s very professional and also suggested some activities we can do in Dubai during our stay.

We hope there would be more restaurant options in the lobby but not super big deal. The Red East restaurant was also good.

I like this hotel. Very simple and clean. Good price. I would like to say a special big thanks to Ranjit, Noor Hussain and Sujan for their courtesy and excellent service. Amazing stuff ( housekeeping, managers and receptionists). Everyone here is good.

I've known about this hotel since November 21, and I've been staying there from time to time. Good location, always clean, comfortable beds and the price for it is all very pleasant. TV with smart TV. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thanks to Jack for his help. He is nice and kind 🙏🏼
