I loved the location. It was amazing. The rooms were very clean, some of the stuff were very nice specially. RANJIT, from housekeeping ,out of everybody in the building he was so welcoming. He made sure I had everything I needed. I cannot express how nice this guy is such a hard-working guy. He was like a manager /supervisor a friend. He really made my time there’ amazing. I would definitely go back just to see him again.. He made my stay and experience so much more enjoyable.. so happy to have met him very grounded. Very nice guy so welcoming.

The hotel is located in a great area in Dubai just a 7–8 minute walk to the metro station and only 5 minutes on foot to the Creek. All essential facilities are nearby, making it very convenient for guests. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite throughout my stay. I’d like to give special thanks to Ms. Marwa from Tunisia she was exceptionally kind and supportive. The entire team contributed to a pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel is well-located. I stayed in the apartments while my own apartment was being renovated. By Dubai standards, the price is reasonable. Importantly, it's always clean, and the staff is friendly. Special thanks to Ranjit, Farhan, and Kiran.

a thin Filipino. He is categorical about clients all the time. There were problems twice. of my two appeals. I extend the period of his stay 4 times. He refused my accommodation. Thanks to your manager who settled this. question and I calmly paid for my accommodation on September 8th yesterday.

I love the location. Location is amazing and the rooms are very clean. The staffs were very nice. Specially, housekeeping , RANJIT, SUJAN & BISHAL they made sure my room was clean. They made sure I had water. They were so nice. They were the nicest guys. They made sure I felt right at home. Check on me a couple of times to make sure I was OK & had everything I needed. I felt appreciated and welcomed.

There’s nothing that I didn’t like. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Dubai.

Kingsgate Canal Hotel exceeded my expectations. The front desk team was professional and welcoming. Rooms were maintained well. A highlight was the Chinese restaurant, Red East. The seafood dishes were a culinary delight—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared, Thanks to Chef Frank..... Every department, from the attentive reception staff to the dining team, contributed to a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended for an exceptional hospitality experience in Dubai!
