Very friendly staff, great location and view.

A major disturbance due to construction work near the hotel. I know that issue is out of the hotel's control, but as a guest , I missed the comfort because of that noise.

The staff at Citadines was exceptional, especially Salimah, Lexie, and Danyah. They answered my many questions and helped me to get around easily with how to call a taxi and ride the metro. I had to extend my stay and their reception was a big part of why I stayed at this same hotel. I also really enjoyed having a water filter easily accessible to get more water whenever I needed. I had never seen that before and it was very convenient. The hotel always smelled good and made for a very comfortable stay.

The only down side was that the construction began really early and I would wake up at 6:50 from the noise.

The hotel is great , new and rooms are spacious . Nice balcony .Room was fresh and clean .There is also a microwave ,very convenient . Starbucks coffee machine down . Stuff is great and friendly , they allowed me a much later checkout too as I had an evening flight . Very convenient location close to airport (10 min in a taxi ) .

Construction from 2 sides around the hotel , even though hotel sent me a message about construction here on booking , I’ve seen it only when arrived . Initially I planned to sleep during a daytime too , as was tired but I couldn’t , it was very loud even with earplugs :( except night , at night it’s quiet until +- 8am…. hope construction will finish soon … also keep in mind - there are no taxis downstairs at all and nearby ,so you’ll have to use uber all the time

Despite the nearby works, the atmosphere remained peaceful, and I could still hear birds in the morning. A nice balance between city life and a sense of calm. Staff is more than nice. Would recommend for a comfortable stay in Dubai.

The hotel is surrounded by construction sites, and you do get notified about that in advance, which I appreciated. Surprisingly though, it wasn’t really an issue. It takes 12 min by foot to the Metro station.

Perfect for a business breakfast with easy access to coffee. Always fresh bread, fruit, cereals and cakes (terribly hard to resist). The area is always clean and the staff always had cold milk on hand for my cereal. Perfect! Room is always clean, comfortable welcoming, relaxing and the balcony always fresh ... slept like a baby in the bed with no disturbance. Bathroom perfect with everything I need. Loved this place because it had all the electricity sockets in exactly the right place and proper charging USB points that work. The Staff are not only super efficient, effective with just the right amount of "friendly" and I would like to thank Tharushi (reception) Faisal (reception and help) Lori (night reception) Salman (greet reception) (Security) Suraj (Valet) Waqas, Collins, Janica, Vince and the marvellous cleaning staff who kept me in coffee and water, and kept my room in ship-shape fashion. Thank you all for your kindness and patience when I regularly changed my plans. It is very much appreciated!

Would love the pool in action or a bit of a sun deck ... but I know that it has to be repaired and that an arrangement has been made at another hotel ... so even in this detail, the staff have tried their very best!

Cleanliness , design of the room , the room amenities are full . The staff are warm and I feel the real hospitality , specially the Filipino staff in the reception named Romar, he never asked to write a positive feedback about him not like the other receptionist I encountered from the other hotel . Seems they are treating the guest good because they want a favorable review . It should be rated as 4*. The location is not that far from the metro station, the area is so quiet . I definitely recommend the hotel and will come back soon

Everything was good during the stay. The cleaning service is professional, and the reception helped me with moving luggage and other things.

The construction site near the hotel starts working at 7am everyday, and the noise is disturbing. This is out of control for the hotel, and the hotel did mention such a condition beforehand. If there was no construction, this would be a perfect stay in Dubai.

The actual hotel is just great. I was lucky enough to be upgraded from a normal room to one with a balcony. Although the view was limited (some creek, some highway, the airport)... it was fabulous to have a view. The STAFF were exceptional. I was well taken care of. The gym is 24/7 and lounging by the pool works during the day. The metro is about a 12 - 15 minute walk (fine except summer days). GREAT free museum Jadeel (modern) is walking distance. And it's fabulous.

Being located in the newly developing region has pros and cons. It is fairly quiet and one can take little walks by the creek. There will be construction nearby for the decade, but there will be more and more services and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. From the security guy who doubled as a porter as well. He assisted us with our luggage and he was friendly. At check in I was assisted by Maricar, a very kind young lady, who took me through the whole process. My room wasn’t ready for another 30minutes and I had complimentary coffee while I waited. I had trouble with my TV remote control and it was quickly fixed. The duration of my stay was good, no complaints. I recommend and would stay again.

Not really that I didn’t like, I had breakfast one morning and I wish there could be a lot more options (fruit and protein).
