From the beginning we had a very nice welcome and we checked in very promptly. We were asssisted at the reception by Adam who is very professional and dedicated . You can feel that he is doing his very best off to assist you in any concern in a very proactive way., he is attentive to the guest needs and try to anticipate to deliver the best customer service Manager in charge that day was very helpfull and reactive to the concerned raised to him and he tried the recover them the best he could and it was very much appreciated

Baths towels were dirty which let you doubt about the rest. They are supposed to be checked before handing the room over to he customer. Noisy environment to sleep properly and nicelly to be relaxed and rested. Nice breackfeat but shamely not know what Benedicts eggs are and tehy are greedy when serving the portion you have to ask for a bit more and the chef kept rolling eyes to express the fact he is not happy. Last but not leat unacceptable for any reason of the world ,in 2023 in Dubai in a 5tars hotel not to have internet connection means tv screen useless as well.

The staff made this experience simply wonderful, as Katarina from the front desk welcomed me and was very thorough about the hotel history amenities and services, she was professional friendly and magnificent. The dining experience was majestic at the Vanitas restaurant the food recommendations were on point as it has fulfilled my food requirements you have to try the following: Burrata Di Bufala, Plin Di Faraona and for dessert D'amalfi if you enjoy a zesty and sweet dessert, during my dining experience I had a wonderful conversation with Chris a friendly and a resourceful staff member in the restaurant, simply amazing. Another ovation should be given to Manish at the reception area as she has authorized a late check-out due to a delay in my arrival.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced, with limited food variety, the food was not fresh and the bakery was hard to consume, I recommend skipping breakfast at the hotel, but I highly recommend the buffet for dinner.

Overall the hotel and the staff are very nice and friendly, i did not have any problems with them, the spa is also very nice it was a great experience.

The only problem i had with the restaurant of the hotel Giardino restaurant, the restaurant was not clean i found a piece of aluminium in one of the food and the staff did not take any action for the dish like removing it or anything, the piece looked like a hair so the only thing the staff did is corrected my concern from a hair idea to an aluminium piece, and also a fly insect was on the food and I informed the staff they act like it is normal so it is normal for the staff to keep the insect touching and flying on the food which for me looked not clean

I had such an amazing stay at Palazzo Versace with my sisters—it was the perfect little getaway for us. We were celebrating our pregnancies, and when I mentioned that to the staff, they surprised us with a complimentary cake, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. It really made us feel special. The room was beautiful and super comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. A big shoutout to ElSayed, who went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. The spa experience was absolutely epic. We felt so relaxed and pampered, and the team there was just amazing—professional, kind, and genuinely caring. Breakfast was also great, with a good variety of options, and we really enjoyed the lounge access for afternoon tea. It was such a nice space to unwind and spend quality time together.

Honestly, we loved everything. If I had to change anything, maybe a bit more variety in the lounge menu would be nice—but overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely come back!

I liked the types of restaurants and shops inside the hotel, I also love it when I saw a chocolate in my room and felt very good to get my room upgraded. I love how the room was cleaned and the room service quick answer and action. I loved how everything is well branded.

I did not like the noise around the room, every time someone was passing by or walking around I would wake up and I would hear everything all the time in that room. I also did not like that my rate did not include the breakfast although the room is quite expensive.

It was an amazing experience there for my proposal engagement which was all set up by the team at Palazza Versace. Just to mention a few but a special thanks to Mohamed Nabil (operations manager), Mahmoud and Abi (at the front desk) several other personnel as well .. for helping me set up everything at the last minute before we arrived on a plane from Thailand. My fiancé was overwhelmed with excitement and surprised from all this .. thank you for the beautiful room set up with flowers and cake. However what was most important was the availability of the piano downstairs near the conference room as I planned to sing and play piano for my marriage proposal there. thank you to Abi for making sure time was allotted for me sing from 6-7p.. thank you for making this happen..from the bottom of our hearts .. staff made it really special for us.. sincerely yours, ~ Mark Anasco & Quennie Nicolasura Anasco

The hotel exceeded all expectations and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Facilities were great with 4 restaurants, three pools, a gym and a spa. Everything was of the highest quality and spotless!

For us, the location was great as it was near to the airport and tennis championship stadium. For anyone wanting to explore the marina and other central areas, it’s about a half an hour drive. The WiFi was good except watsapp audio and video calls couldn’t connect. Last minor point, was our booking was half board (two meals a day included) but water wasn’t included in meals which was a little odd but everything was delicious and outweighed the water payments!

The layout of the hotel offered plenty areas to sit and relax. The hotel and its rooms are large and finished to a very high standard in the Versace style, which I thought would be over the top, but it all felt so very good. Check in gelt very special and that feeling continues though to check out. You have a choice resort swimming pools each with its own unique ambiance, so pick one that suits the mood. The food and service is amazing. The hotel faces the Dubai Creek and the areas has a modern feel with lovely paved walkway. A shopping centre looks like it is soon to open. I stayed at three hotels in Dubai… and this one I would return to and I wished I stayed here instead of moving to a third after 3 days to be closer to The Center and beach.

There was nothing not to like except it is a long way from the centre.

Everything about this hotel was amazing and the decor is simply beautiful from the lobby through to every room and poolside. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and I don't think my stay would have been the same without them Madhu, Andriya, Zainabu, Kartik, Sana, Avery, Akram, Sandeep, Himanshu, Elizabeth, Kadry, Chef Prince - all of these and more I may have missed may my stay simply perfect and some of them I feel have become my friends because they made me feel so welcome and really looked after me. Thank you to this amazing team and professionalism this hotel has to offer. First class service and I am a huge fan of Versace and this hotel should be proud to carry the name so well.

Versace opulence meets Arabian hospitality. Indulge myself in another epitome of luxury living where every detail is a work of art, and the fashion meets art as well. Enjoyed a canvas of twinkling lights - night view of the skyline with a sneak peek of the creek from my room balcony. Enjoyed the most popular Levantine food - Manakish or Manoushe consisting of dough topped with zaatar, cheese, which has been around since the early times in Lebanon. Another classic found in the Middle Eastern bakery for a perfect breakfast is the Fluffy Cheese Stuffed Pita bread. Another Mediterranean favourite is the grilled pizza bread with melty mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes. The fine cold cuts graced with pickles truly deserve the best-spoken breakfast experiences paired with an array of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie and other accompaniment. The live cooking station featured the incredibly delicious shitake mushrooms, fluffy egg muffins, best hash browns and the juicy chicken sausages. I finished my meal with the lavish desert from the crepe stations served with decadent gooey chocolate, premium blue berries and icing sugar. Had an incredibly exciting dining experience at their restaurant Enigma which serves sumptuous Persian cuisines.
