I was stay in this hotel. My stay was really good, i really amazed about the hotel services as housekeeping Department is really good i was request for my room cleaning there immediately provided the services and front office team is really gamble they know about hospitality. One more thik about shakil he is room attender he is nice man. He know about guest need and request and take immediately take Action on request. I'm satisfied about there services. Food and beverage Department also very nice. I like there breakfast most.

Everyone in the hotel is approachable and accommodating. Check in was smooth and easy. Food in the restaurant was good too!

The rate in booking site was different from the actual when I checked in and paid. I was shocked to pay a hundred dirham higher than what I saw and expected to pay from the booking site I saw.

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, even I check in on high peak time of Christmas, The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided, including complimentary Wi-Fi and toiletries-however there are some issues faced of housekeeping especially vacuuming and refilling toiletries, but I can exceed my expectations. The breathtaking view from my window added to the overall experience. The front hotel view has some construction although the side view covers the business bay with harbor. You can see Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool. The staff at S19 Al Jaddaf were exceptional. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist. Special shoutout to Mr. Fehan at Reception for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the Metro and total 6-10 minutes’ drive to Burj Khalifa – The Frame- Wafi Mall – The museum etc etc. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained. Although the pool is considered small size however watchguard is available at all. I enjoyed a relaxing time at the spa within walking distance from the hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The on-site dining options were top-notch. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I particularly enjoyed breakfast and BBQ dinner. There are serval restaurants and cafés available on walking distance including medical and grocery shop. While the cost was on the higher side, the overall experience justified the expense. I felt I received excellent value for my money. Without a doubt, I highly recommend S19 Al Jaddaf to fellow travelers, especially families. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would gladly stay here again.

very clean room, staff super nice. Brenda was very helpful with accessing the room when I forgot my key and very solution driven even tho she didn't have access to make me a new key she brought me to the room with master key immediately so I didnt have to wait. The housekeeping staff Ishwor and Shira did excellent job every day the room was impeccable. Thank you for taking such good care of the cleaning. When my shower door leaked a little water outside the maintenance service was sent immediately to remedy the issue.

For the price paid it was very comfortable and clean facility - I cannot complain about anything.

The entire experience was flawless. Deserves 5 stars. The receptionists on duty are all professional, helpful & eloquent. The room was cleaned & arranged, water & stuff replenishment was daily. Everything was clean & pristine. At the Fusion restaurant Ei Ei was very thoughtful & caring of my preferences & also the other gentleman on duty I may have skipped his name now. I was impressed by their kindness & professional demeanor. That's true customer service. I also enjoyed using the gym & I am happy with the condition of the equipment there as well. The pool is clean & everything is in order. I absolutely love this hotel & it's proximity to the train & all of it's amazing Wonderful Staff. Thank you all for making this a good experience for me & I'll be definitely returning here God Bless you all!

None so far .. rooms may be small but that's a building planning matter

-delicious breakfast with wide variety catering for all tastes -spacious room with nice design -swimming pool -close to metro station and airport -satisfactorily clean

-we had a problem with paying in advance through Booking and the person on the chat was not helpful enough -once they put a heavily stained towel in our bathroom, once the sheet was a bit stained -they didn't completely clean up the sand in our bathroom So, nothing major

Rooms are spacious,The staffs were so attentive, indeed to Mention FO kanishka were doing Fab.

Room television can be updated

The location was great as it had quick access to the Al Jadaf metro station. Staff was friendly and a special mention to Kavishka at the reception, who was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. She greeted the customers with a very warm smile at all times and was very helpful in managing any queries or support we needed.

The shower area in the washroom has the tendency of water seeping out to the rest of the washroom making it all wet. Maybe this could be checked and rectified.

we loved the staff, very nice people. they were very good to us. Sakil was very lovely. And vishal and abhishek at the kitchen were exceptional too! good food also. And the receptionist Mohammed helped us a lot and was patient with us. great place to stay 10/10 recommended!

The bed and the pillows were comfy. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly. I got a 15% discount for the food, the menu was diverse and had very affordable prices.

The kitchen was supposed to be open 24 hours and I didn’t like the fact that I tried to order something to eat late at night, I was told that the kitchen was closed for deep cleaning. When I tried to order breakfast the next day sent to my room as I didnt have the time to go downstairs, I was discouraged as if they didnt want to send it to the room.
