The apartment itself was very good and clean.

There are no electric connections for laptops or chargers at what seemed to be a desk area (next to the drawer unit and TV). The apartments are not sound proof. I could hear the guests in the apartment above and next to me pulling chairs out, pushing them back; moving around. It was rather disturbing listening to other guests getting back to their apartments late in the evening. There is nothing to absorb the noise in passages, lift area and apartments. Since it is not possible to use the bath in the bathroom, perhaps remove it completely and make it a proper shower.

Location, staff, view (creek), Internet speed, underground car parking that opens with room key, fully loaded studio aparthotel including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven/stove, microwave, full kitchenware, clothes drying hanger, ironing set, even the detergents were made available.

Very sensitive fire alarm near cooking area was easy to trigger prompting security to call up several times to check that everything was ok.

That I'm leaving after 3 nights only and im not staying longer

Good space in the apartments, everyday cleaning, good stuff, great location, good breakfast packages

When we get to the hotel, we had to pay for the extra bed, but booking choose for us the suitable apartments according to the number of the members and ages, the hotel should contact us before we get there and tell us that according the ages we have to pay for the extra bed, telling us that children are free( without beds!!), The hotel and booking should cooperate together and help the customer to get the best. This the only negative thing about the hotel.

the location is near the creek, the view was amazing, nice balcony, the structure of the room, the attention to details that I didn't find in any other hotel apartments, that really impressed me. I didn't have to call and ask for this or that. it was all available and ready. the customer service was on point. the response was always fast and efficient. I want to thank the administration for the amazing effort and special thanks to Sib, May and the security guy on 12/12/24. I don't know his name but he was really helpful and welcoming. thanks to the cleaning staff too for their hard work. thank you all for making my stay enjoyable and happy.

During the last stay the rood didn’t have all the utensils I needed and no toaster, but for a short stay it was good enough

Location of property is very nice. Metro station is just 800m walking distance. Property staff is very cooperative and helpful. Especially Sib, Hope and Shareef were excellent amongst hotel staff. Shareef help us to upgrade our room almost at no additional cost and allowed 8hrs early check in. Rooms were super large with beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen was very helpful for quick preparation of early morning breakfast. Superstore is also very nearby at walking distance. Room had all comfortable amenities including unlimited tea/coffee and water bottles, cozy bed, blanket, pillows, smart TV, iron stand and iron, sofa, safety locker and balcony with breathtaking creeks view. We could not enjoy pool and gym, but they were awesome too. Housekeeping service was super prompt and helpful. Area is very safe for family to roam 24x7.

The best hotel & apartments you can find in Dubai. The location it's very good in a very quiet area. We enjoyed a lot our days here. The room very spacious and very clean. The personal of the reception was very respectful, helpful and extremely nice. They gave us a room with a beautiful view. They done the best for us. The cleaning service was amazing every day. The gym and the swimming pool perfect!
