Location as it’s so easy to give the landmark of Al Jadaf metro station to the taxi to locate the hotel. Plus the complimentary shuttle bus to Dubai Mall and La Mer beach - very convenient for guests on leisure.

The online photo of the pool with the view of burj khalifa is not in reality. It’s obstructed with a taller building across the hotel. Still lots of constructions nearby but we got lucky to get a good view from the room.

Quiet area, good bed and pillows. Good and varied breakfast.

My major dissapointment was when i been to the pool and realized there's no Burj Khalifa view altho the first picture on booking is with exactly that view. The reason i booked this hotel was the pool view. Is a 4* hotel but there are no slippers, no hair dryer or minibar.

Enjoyed the hospitality. All the staff were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and had everything we needed. They allowed us to store our bags until our flight even after checking out. They have complementary shuttle service to Dubai mall and the beach which we used.

Slightly dated hotel but not a problem when the hospitality is that good. Lives up to the Hilton name.

Breakfast service (refilling) can be improved during peak hours. During peak hours of breakfast, the live cooking chefs avoided offering Indian dishes like dosa etc..as only one person was doing cooking..

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, they helped. Allowed us to check in early after a long overnight flight which was much appreciated and also allowed us to check out late because our flight was in the evening. Anything that I could say that could be negative would just be feedback for improvement but didn’t really change my wonderful experience at all. Located close to the Al Jadaf metro station and a 10/15 minute drive to Dubai Mall

The fact that lights were turned off after the 11am even if people were still finishing breakfast was uncalled for. The pool deck on the rooftop doesn’t have a view to the Burj Khalifa anymore due to a building in front of it. I think they should remove the pictures with the Burj from the online platforms as it is misleading.

We had a late arrival in Dubai, and we were looking for a cheaper hotel for one night, just to be close to the airport, sleep, and have breakfast. We had another hotel for a week after that. I was tempted by the fact that it was from the Hilton chain .The hotel is good. The bed is comfortable, we slept well. The breakfast is continental and Eastern, something for everyone.

The room was booked with a view of the bay. I consider this to be misleading – I understand, maybe a side view or one that’s far away, but just a view of a construction site?! the view was disappointing, it was overlooking a construction site, which is why I can say that. If you need just a decent hotel, but without a view and not in the center, this option is good.

First of all, the hotel was way better than my expectation. Staff was super friendly. I selected this hotel because I read about the cookie philosophy and I was impressed and wanted to experience. This hotel carries the luxury and elegance of the HILTON. Enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Mostly a breakfast is my reason to select a hotel for my stay because I prefer a nice breakfast. And specially the breakfast timing is very comfortable once you are staying with the family from 6:30 to 11 am. My son enjoyed the gym a lot.

The room size was way small for me. It was difficult to carry the 4 suitcases in the room. I did not like, during the checkout day 2 staff members came to my room door step at 12:30 PM and asked me if I am checking out or want to stay. I felt it a bit offensive and rude. They could have dropped me a message or communicated with me a day before.

Exceptional breakfast, very diverse. I stayed for 10 days and it changed many times. An unforgettable extraordinary hummus and very delicious soups.Top staff. For instance,Luciano was always among the tourists and asked if they want something specific and he was coming back with everything you wanted on request ( for example delicious pancake cake). The delicious coffee and the hearts in each coffee you received supported your exceptional holiday mood in this amazing city The location was perfect , 300 meters from the metro ,the green line, from where you can reach the center in 20 minutes and also to any desired destination. In addition, there is a hotel bus that takes you to Dubai Mall in 15 minutes, from where you can take the metro to other destinations or explore Dubai Mall and its surroundings. Very close to the airport ( 50 dirhams the taxi) and a lot of shops around. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel ( for instance, the staff at the hotel entrance helped us every time with taxis, even at rush hour, actually running after them). Very much appreciated the availability of the reception staff who fulfilled your every wish ( bottle of water, slippers, etc.) so as in a maximum of 5 minutes someone would knock on your door and bring you everything you needed.

Nothing to complain about, impeccable organization, admirable staff.

I feel the staff at this hotel go the extra mile for guests. A thank you to the front office Manager Taher Hassan who found me a requested quiet room and then followed up. Other staff that took good care included the Jeeban, the person cleaning the room and Asim (serving at breakfast). In the roof top swimming pool area, I requested something that needed to be ordered from the restaurant downstairs and the person serving had a can do positive attitude and got it quickly. Additionally, the hotel is 5 minutes from a metro stop so really convenient to get to different locations in the city.

The hotel stay was value for money. The location was also good. There are two supermarkets in front of the hotel. Also, there were good and not so expensive restaurants around the hotel. The reception staff was very kind and friendly. We reached early morning due to our flight arrival time. Still they allowed us to check in. I find this gesture of the hotel very custom friendly. Since after travelling for so long, you would like to freshen up and go for a nap. The morning breakfast had lot of varieties of food. From India to continental. There were also live counters for fresh Dosa and Omelette. I would definitely stay in the same hotel next time.

The bath area could have been better. After taking a bath water were literally leaking and running on the floor of the bathroom room/toilet. We had run around with towels to arrest the water.
