Location as it’s so easy to give the landmark of Al Jadaf metro station to the taxi to locate the hotel. Plus the complimentary shuttle bus to Dubai Mall and La Mer beach - very convenient for guests on leisure.

The online photo of the pool with the view of burj khalifa is not in reality. It’s obstructed with a taller building across the hotel. Still lots of constructions nearby but we got lucky to get a good view from the room.

Quiet area, good bed and pillows. Good and varied breakfast.

My major dissapointment was when i been to the pool and realized there's no Burj Khalifa view altho the first picture on booking is with exactly that view. The reason i booked this hotel was the pool view. Is a 4* hotel but there are no slippers, no hair dryer or minibar.

Enjoyed the hospitality. All the staff were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and had everything we needed. They allowed us to store our bags until our flight even after checking out. They have complementary shuttle service to Dubai mall and the beach which we used.

Slightly dated hotel but not a problem when the hospitality is that good. Lives up to the Hilton name.

Breakfast service (refilling) can be improved during peak hours. During peak hours of breakfast, the live cooking chefs avoided offering Indian dishes like dosa etc..as only one person was doing cooking..

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Anything we needed, they helped. Allowed us to check in early after a long overnight flight which was much appreciated and also allowed us to check out late because our flight was in the evening. Anything that I could say that could be negative would just be feedback for improvement but didn’t really change my wonderful experience at all. Located close to the Al Jadaf metro station and a 10/15 minute drive to Dubai Mall

The fact that lights were turned off after the 11am even if people were still finishing breakfast was uncalled for. The pool deck on the rooftop doesn’t have a view to the Burj Khalifa anymore due to a building in front of it. I think they should remove the pictures with the Burj from the online platforms as it is misleading.

Hotel and rooms were immaculate, free bus to Dubai mall and beach, and within a three minute walk to Metro station connecting most major attractions, rooftop pool and bar with shaded area for when it gets too hot, great choice of food in main restaurant and in the bar area by lobby or Indian restaurant on rooftop level, great stocked gym, spa and self service laundry so all in all everything and more you need, oh and I have to mention the staff who work tirelessly to ensure you have the best possible experience during your stay

Not a lot to do in immediate vicinity with regards to activities but a few local shops for necessities, barbers, vape shop, spa and cafe bars

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were excellent, and the location was very convenient. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the receptionists, housekeepers and the delicious breakfast. The hotel has quite surroundings and very convenient to Central Dubai, having the stations just few minutes walking distance Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was my second time here, and definitely not the last. I won’t repeat myself, I was just as satisfied as the first time. In my previous comment, I suggested not allowing people to swim in regular clothes (cotton material). During this stay, I noticed the reminder notice asking guests to use proper swimwear (made of swimming material). I don’t know if my last comment influenced this change, but thank you to the DoubleTree team for your attention. Nothing, everything was perfect.

We had a late arrival in Dubai, and we were looking for a cheaper hotel for one night, just to be close to the airport, sleep, and have breakfast. We had another hotel for a week after that. I was tempted by the fact that it was from the Hilton chain .The hotel is good. The bed is comfortable, we slept well. The breakfast is continental and Eastern, something for everyone.

The room was booked with a view of the bay. I consider this to be misleading – I understand, maybe a side view or one that’s far away, but just a view of a construction site?! the view was disappointing, it was overlooking a construction site, which is why I can say that. If you need just a decent hotel, but without a view and not in the center, this option is good.

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai with our family, staying in two rooms. The staff made our experience truly special with their hospitality and professionalism. Special thanks to Prasad from the luggage team, he was extremely helpful and courteous. Farhan, also from the luggage service, was very attentive and efficient. Pea (from Myanmar) in housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our rooms spotless and comfortable and always coming up with a smile and friendly attitude. And a big shoutout to the excellent receptionist who made our check-in and stay smooth and welcoming. Thank you all for your exceptional service. We'll definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to others.
