The receptionists were not cooperative. They told us the rooms were not ready and we have to wait for an hour. An hour and half later, they said we have to wait a little bit more. We got the rooms almost 4 hours later.

The reception stuff very nice and helpfull the room is clean and nice the location of the hotel is close for everything

The house keeping response is extremely week, they are not generous with the minibar (coffe and drinking water. And the hotel front still under construction so the room with view is useless.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Hotel has a nice pool, gym and spa. Beds were comfortable, room cleaning was fantastic. Hotel has shuttle to beaches and Dubai Mall. The room had a very nice view.

Location is not the best of you need to metro. You need taxi to go to metro or walk for approximately 40 minutes. The rooms did not have windows that open, but they said it is because of the noise in the area

The room is very cozy.

I didn’t like is that the timing of the pool which is till 6pm, bec I usually stayed other hotel the timing up to 10pm. And I was upset because it is not good. Knocking to our room the staff and the guest in the 9th floor that we are noisy which you should have checked properly, not directly telling us.. It’s very unprofessional.

The place is good in general. Clean, comfortable.

We had to pay for breakfast, but when I booked, this message didn't show anywhere, and it said 'breakfast included'.

Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Pool is not deep and safe for kids.

Booked to rooms as family with children and faced difficult time to get to rooms next to each other while checking in as rooms were located on different floors. It took almost 2 hours of waiting to get one of the rooms ready not mentioning that we had a 4 hours drive. Logically, when family with kids book more that 1 room then we expect that rooms should be connected or at least next to each other. The valet parked our car on an empty yard infront of the hotel as the basement parking were full at night and the next day our car was blocked by another car and it took a long time of waiting to be able to move our car.

the cleaners very nice .. Abdul al fatah was very good staff ,also another male staff in front of desk he was very nice he tried to put both rooms in the same floor

I didn’t like that females staff at front desk when i requested a shuttle to Dubai mall she told come a day before to book when i came it was already full and the other staff told its fine we can book for u if u told us when u arrived!!! Also i told in front desk that one of the rooms with 2 single beds and when i saw both of them king beds! I called front desk as female staff was there she said that she will call back and she didn’t .. i like the hotel but not sure if i will come back again ..

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. The breakfast is good, but as Asians, we noticed there was no rice on the menu. The location is also convenient, but the parking situation is not ideal.

I’m not satisfied with the parking situation, and we're confused about the policy regarding how to park the car. The parking attendant told us that we need to have a sticker first, which we can get from the front desk, and then they would park the car. However, when we asked the front desk after checking in, they said they didn’t have any stickers. Due to the confusion, we decided to park the car ourselves in front of the hotel.
