everything was excellent.. the staff is amazing.. hotel facilities and breakfast were excellent. everything is new and clean. highly recommended for every family. definitely will be our first and only choice in our next visit to Dubai.

It was another home away from home. Travelled solo with a 1, 4 & 12 yrs old kids. Beautiful, spotless aparthotel, with all kitchen accessories and toiletries. Spacious with soft beddings and pillows. Sofa bed was made up for my daughter. Cleaning was perfect, except the cleaner used a dishwasher was 3 cups, which I thought was a waste of water & electricity.
No dustpan & Parker incase something spills, requested and non was provided. shower had no personal soap or sponge holder.

The pros - Great value, amazing hospitable and accommodating staff, nice rooftop pool with views of Burj Khalifa, good gym, diverse breakfast.
The cons - Noise from nearby busy road and construction site, isolate location with nothing around on walking distance, though 5 minute drive from Wafi hotel and 15 minutes from downtown.

Everything is excellent
The building going on next door was harsh when working in my room during the day. If you out and about you be fine. The pool may be better as an indoor pool, it too noising next to the high way to relax.

Location location location. In a middle of Dubai 7 minutes to Dubai Mall, 7 minutes to Festival city
Well carpet was not clean. And i hate carpet because the potential of dust. The elevator to pool , you need to go to level 10 and change elevator to go to the pool. Which is ok , thought direct to roof would have been more practical
