The location was very good in terms of the closeness of the Metro station as we planned most of our outings through the metro only. Also, it is located in a peaceful and quiet place, suitable for stay. The staff were nice and helpful. They even agreed to our early check-in and late check-out without any fuss. The swimming pool was also good and clean. Overall, I am highly impressed and satisfied.

The breakfast had a wide variety of food stuff to choose from..I was truly impressed 😁..my children also loved the food. I believe bathrooms should have solid bath soap as well as an alternative to liquid soaps. Overally, I think it's good service.

No toothbrush and toothpaste or body lotion sachets. Swimming pool survival jackets are torn.

I stayed for 8 days in Premium Inn Al Jaddaf Hotel and the location is very close to metro station on green line but we had change the metro line whenever we had to go to Dubai mall or emirates, Jumera, I would have preferred staying bit closer to this tourist spots or the best location to stay would be Burjuman which is at Red line, Anyways the hotel is very good, clean and hotel staff is very helpful with good restaurant continental breakfast and their service is excellent. Swimming pool was very clean and nice. Only thing is in our booking it showed room with bath tub which was not there, actually they have limited rooms with bathtub so unfortunately we had no option to get room with bathtub.

Room was without bath tub whereas it was mentioned in my booking from booking.com that bath tub is there. This was bit disappointing.

This time I encountered a cleaner who came inside the room while I am sleeping despite of putting do not disturb on the door. The worse part was he insisted to clean because he has limited time only. I never informed the facility that time but I do hope this incidence will not happen again to anyone.

Hassle free budget hotel, has whats needed, clean and well maintained. Staff knowledgable and friendly. Location is good for metro. A bit of a walk so maybe not so family friendly but otherwise ok. Very close to airport!

WiFi was horrible. Laggy and dropped off a lot. Give benefit of a doubt, maybe because of full occupancy, but made it hard to work. Room: Some room fittings were coming off. TV wasn't working properly. Scan to order for room service didnt work (probably because of the awful wifi). Restaurants overpriced for a budget hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and effortless. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and room service, worked flawlessly. The location was perfect, close to major attractions like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Festival City, and many more attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel also had a fantastic rooftop pool and gym, which added great value to my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. It offers comfort and outstanding service at a great value.

The room was extremely clean, starting off with the check-in experience which was pretty smooth. The agent had a bit of difficulty finding my booking but eventually found it and the formalities were completed very quickly. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. It had everything you need, from a kettle to a TV and a window with a decent view. The A/C controls took some time to figure out but eventually was great. Also, house-keeping staff were extremely warm and friendly. What I appreciated the most was that the overall cleanliness was top notch, and despite the low price for the room, there was no compromise on hygiene.

Service was a bit slow, for basic things like clean mugs, towels, etc. we'd have to ring the reception 2-3 times. I understand that during check-in/check-out hours the front desk would be inundated with customers, however this pattern was noticed even during off-peak hours. Parking at late hours / early mornings was a bit of a challenge as well. No dental kits provided either, which would have been a nice addition, including hotel slippers.

Not my first stay at Premier Inn Jaddaf. Came here for many times now and trust the facility and the team. The breakfast was good and the service from the team was exceptional. The pool was well maintained as well, and the parking facilities were also well kept. Always liked to get a coffee from Costa from the ground floor and the point that there are nearby grocery shop, restaurants and other needed services is great. The bed was amazing as well and it is always great to come back.

There was no tolilet slippers and we had to buy/get these from the reception which i found weird. Other than that, the stay was exceptional .

I’ve stayed in the past years in premier Inn hotels, it has always been nice ,but this time was quite different regarding the area. We were very satisfied with the hotel , it’s facilities and staff. The only down fall was the view from our room … you could literally ONLY see working area , new buildings in progress.. it was quite disappointing for us as we expected something better. The area ( Al Jaddaf) was quite but because new things were being build it looked very “ poor” . If you wanna live the Dubai dream this is not the area you want to stay. It’s totally safe though. You get different supermarkets , metro , restaurants, in a walking distance of 500m. That was very helpful for us but I wouldn’t really recommend the restaurants around , better get something at the hotel’s restaurants. You can get hotels in the same price close to marina , better pay some extra bucks if you wanna enjoy it.
