Hotel was great. Staff were very good as well. Room was very clean and new feeling. Had a European feel to it vs a typical middle east hotel. So, a bit more minimal. But comfortable. Bedroom wallpaper was a large scale map of Dubai which was very helpful to orient new visitors to the city.

Wasn't a close to things as I'd like but my fault for not researching more. Directions for getting around weren't great. Not a lot of nearby restaurants to choose from, especially later in the evening. If this is the right area for other visitors, I'd recommend staying there. The staff were great and the hotel restaurant good was very good.

I have been here between 17-21 th November. Now I will be honest. I was travelling with my best friend and hotel staff was extremly kind and helpful. Especially Zen at reception and Amjah ( if i am not mistaken), they really deserve all the best. Although there was no hair dryer, slippers, hangers in the room, I asked for them and they brought them immediately. I had wonderful 3 days in this hotel, do not forget to attend ladies night and get 3 free cocktails, it was fun. Location is good near metro Al jaddaf, but it is far from beaches, take it into consideration. Breakfast was okay but choices were not too much. Room was clean and generally hotel is new. View from our room was incredibly nice. Pool is very cool, you can take a lot of amazing pictures there, it looks very luxurious. There is transportation to shopping center as well. In this hotel everybody looks happy and always similing. Good job Guys!

Almost nothing, except the variety of choices at breakfast, I think some more cheese types could be added to the breakfast because there are a lot of guests who can only eat such kind of things.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this hotel. All staf is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fine, with good beds and a great shower. Lokation also very good. Check out time is not too early (at 12) and it’s possible to leave lugage with the concierge.

The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for a cost of AED175 while a taxi from the airport to the hotel has a cost of AED33. That’s a too big difference. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the airport, i think it could be a great additional service of the hotel to offer this shuttle service free of charge or for a cost max 25 dirham ínstead of 175

Late checkout was charged 160AED (I requested until 7pm - where my flight was 9pm) - which was one day room rent , which is available till next day 12pm - but guy sharply at 18:30 called and said you need to checkout in 10mins - I said me and family are eating we need 20mins - but he said I can give only 5 more mins - bugger then have to return me 80AED. That’s the only thing I seriously got annoyed with that guy ! - looked like local Arab guy. Swimming pool can be extended till 10pm

We visited Dubai for 2 days this week , this is the first time we went to Dubai. i looked for hotels with good ratings and reviews and did some research and booked this gem. this is in a extremely convenient location, it is 15 mins from the airport and also the Downtown (Burj Khalifa etc). the price is very good for the location. the staff were extremely friendly, they had luggage room downstairs near reception so it made my life a lot easy. the breakfast has good variety. the pool was good at the top of the building with nice view all around, front office receptionist was kind and helped me to load my checked bags in to the taxi. overall this is a good pick if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Dubai for families which is closer to airport and downtown areas.

From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel stood out, especially thanks to Noor and Aymam at the front desk. They were absolutely amazing: incredibly friendly, reassuring, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns I had. Their warm welcome and professionalism really made a difference to my stay. The hotel itself has a very cosy and homely feel, which made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my visit. The breakfast spread was generous, with a good variety of options to choose from, perfect for starting the day. I also really enjoyed the pool and bar area. It has a great vibe, especially in the evenings, with a good mix of music, atmosphere, and some fantastic cocktails. It’s a lovely spot to unwind and socialise. The rooms are fairly standard for this price range, nothing overly luxurious, but clean, functional, and exactly what you’d expect. You get what you pay for, and in this case, I felt it was good value for money. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, friendly service, and a relaxed vibe. I’d happily stay here again!

I do wish the rooms were equipped with smart TVs. Being able to log into Netflix or other streaming platforms would have made the evenings more enjoyable, especially after a long day out.

Breakfast needs improvement (not that many option and no live cooking station. Only black coffee in a pot brewed 2h ago available, asked for a latte but had to pay extra for it. At rush hour staff cant cope with demand, most available tables stay dirty from previous guests for long time.. i ended up eating on a table that wasnt wiped from previous people because no one was assisting us and my food was getting cold) The rest of the hotel was good tho, especially for the price. Pool upstairs is really nice, theres a restaurant as well right by the pool you can order, the food is good. It was nice to be able to have food while still watching my kids in the pool. Rooms are not big but comfortable and clean. Theres parking downstairs, and the area is by the canal and nice to walk. Theres a playground for the kids near by accessible by walking.

Great hotel, not too big and thats provides more personal experience. The room was spacious and lovely decorated. The bed was comfortable, bedding changes regularly. The bathroom was well equipped and supplied with free toiletries daily. Also room was daily cleaned. The staff is friendly and always happy to assist or just to have a friendly chat. Absolute spot in is the roof top pool with bar and sun beds available for free for guests. The pool was never crowded and provide the views of Burj Khalifa and sunset. Lovely spot to spend the evening after long day. Last point to make is the great cook. We booked half board and it was well worth it. The food was delicious, good selection. The each night something different, at least one local dish, fish served every night, one Chinese dish and one Indian to choose from. Plenty of salad and fruits. Thank you to all staff who made our stay great!

Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and well-ventilated. Everything we needed, we received with a smile — every member of the staff was extremely polite and eager to help. The hotel’s location is also good, very close to the metro, which made getting around Dubai much easier. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff — the young man who cleaned our room was outstanding, always smiling and doing his job with great care. We deeply appreciate his hard work, kindness, and politeness. We would also like to thank the reception and bar staff for their warm hospitality and friendliness throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we are very pleased. It's definitely a great option for its price. We really enjoy the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there’s a pool and gym available. On Fridays, instead of the buffet, they offer a restaurant-style menu with a choice of three different dishes. The portion sizes were pleasantly surprising. The staff is polite, and any of your questions are resolved within minutes. We sincerely recommend this hotel. It takes less than 30 minutes by metro to reach the Burj Khalifa, and about 1 hour 20 minutes to the Ibn Battuta metro station. Creek Harbour is very close, and you can take a water taxi for less than a dollar.

Suggestion: It would be preferable to have a hairdryer in the room if female guests are staying. Although it's delivered within minutes when requested, having to ask for it might be uncomfortable for some people. Currently, there’s construction near the hotel, and it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. However, I understand that the hotel management cannot do much about that.
