Hotel was great. Staff were very good as well. Room was very clean and new feeling. Had a European feel to it vs a typical middle east hotel. So, a bit more minimal. But comfortable. Bedroom wallpaper was a large scale map of Dubai which was very helpful to orient new visitors to the city.

Wasn't a close to things as I'd like but my fault for not researching more. Directions for getting around weren't great. Not a lot of nearby restaurants to choose from, especially later in the evening. If this is the right area for other visitors, I'd recommend staying there. The staff were great and the hotel restaurant good was very good.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this hotel. All staf is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fine, with good beds and a great shower. Lokation also very good. Check out time is not too early (at 12) and it’s possible to leave lugage with the concierge.

The hotel offers a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for a cost of AED175 while a taxi from the airport to the hotel has a cost of AED33. That’s a too big difference. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the airport, i think it could be a great additional service of the hotel to offer this shuttle service free of charge or for a cost max 25 dirham ínstead of 175

I have been here between 17-21 th November. Now I will be honest. I was travelling with my best friend and hotel staff was extremly kind and helpful. Especially Zen at reception and Amjah ( if i am not mistaken), they really deserve all the best. Although there was no hair dryer, slippers, hangers in the room, I asked for them and they brought them immediately. I had wonderful 3 days in this hotel, do not forget to attend ladies night and get 3 free cocktails, it was fun. Location is good near metro Al jaddaf, but it is far from beaches, take it into consideration. Breakfast was okay but choices were not too much. Room was clean and generally hotel is new. View from our room was incredibly nice. Pool is very cool, you can take a lot of amazing pictures there, it looks very luxurious. There is transportation to shopping center as well. In this hotel everybody looks happy and always similing. Good job Guys!

Almost nothing, except the variety of choices at breakfast, I think some more cheese types could be added to the breakfast because there are a lot of guests who can only eat such kind of things.

Breakfast needs improvement (not that many option and no live cooking station. Only black coffee in a pot brewed 2h ago available, asked for a latte but had to pay extra for it. At rush hour staff cant cope with demand, most available tables stay dirty from previous guests for long time.. i ended up eating on a table that wasnt wiped from previous people because no one was assisting us and my food was getting cold) The rest of the hotel was good tho, especially for the price. Pool upstairs is really nice, theres a restaurant as well right by the pool you can order, the food is good. It was nice to be able to have food while still watching my kids in the pool. Rooms are not big but comfortable and clean. Theres parking downstairs, and the area is by the canal and nice to walk. Theres a playground for the kids near by accessible by walking.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we are very pleased. It's definitely a great option for its price. We really enjoy the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there’s a pool and gym available. On Fridays, instead of the buffet, they offer a restaurant-style menu with a choice of three different dishes. The portion sizes were pleasantly surprising. The staff is polite, and any of your questions are resolved within minutes. We sincerely recommend this hotel. It takes less than 30 minutes by metro to reach the Burj Khalifa, and about 1 hour 20 minutes to the Ibn Battuta metro station. Creek Harbour is very close, and you can take a water taxi for less than a dollar.

Suggestion: It would be preferable to have a hairdryer in the room if female guests are staying. Although it's delivered within minutes when requested, having to ask for it might be uncomfortable for some people. Currently, there’s construction near the hotel, and it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. However, I understand that the hotel management cannot do much about that.

Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and well-ventilated. Everything we needed, we received with a smile — every member of the staff was extremely polite and eager to help. The hotel’s location is also good, very close to the metro, which made getting around Dubai much easier. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff — the young man who cleaned our room was outstanding, always smiling and doing his job with great care. We deeply appreciate his hard work, kindness, and politeness. We would also like to thank the reception and bar staff for their warm hospitality and friendliness throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The receptionist, Aumen, was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location was conveniently close to the city area. The cleaning service was outstanding, with our room being cleaned daily during our 7-day stay. We could easily request services over the phone and received quick responses.

During our 7-day stay, I would often get milk from the kitchen for my 3-year-old son. However, one night, a staff member refused to provide it and asked for payment. Although the cost wasn't a big issue since we were staying for several nights, her refusal made us feel disrespected. As a result, I had to go out and buy a bottle of milk instead.

Exceptional Stay with Impeccable Service From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spotless and elegantly designed, with plush bedding and a breathtaking creek view. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, from high-speed WiFi coffee machine and daily replenishment of water, tea and coffee. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The reception Ms Khi was very accomodating, and even arranged transport for us. Ms. Tinzah the Housekeeping attendant is attentive yet discreet, trust worthy, you do not need to worry of your personal stuff getting lost or missing also ensuring our room felt fresh and clean each day. The roof top restaurant Rongo Rongo exceeded expectations with its diverse menu and exquisite flavors. They even have a roof top pool. The breakfast during of 7 days stay was not that good, they almost the same menu every day with limited selections. The way the egg (omellete) was made is not favorable. Location-wise, couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Jaddaf Metro Station making it sightseeing effortless. One more great thing of this hotel is the roof top view. Overall, this was more than just a place to stay; it was an experience. If you’re visiting Dubai its highly recommend to go to this hotel for its service, and unbeatable atmosphere.

We had to take our bags to our rooms ourselves… this was the first time I’ve ever had to do this

As I stayed here for the second time this month, I can say that this time the stay was also incredible. Except that the minibar (fridge) in the room was not working at first, but it was quickly replaced. The service was incredible as always, except that I thought that Zin, who was behind the reception desk, was more serious and non-emotional and less attentive to details, because at first we only got only one key card, although there were two of us. Of course, we are all different people and it all depends on the mentality, but in my opinion Zin was very different from the other staff who were always smiling and cheerful. Perhaps this is influenced by personal life circumstances, so I can't judge strictly. Although, these were minor things compared to how much we enjoyed our stay (especially the rooftop pool and breakfasts). Dining room service was also so convenient. I still hope to come back a third time :)
