Amazing location and staff and great facilities. When I was booking this hotel I was bit hesitant but this hotel exceeded my expectations, very good value for money .. and perfect location , The staff were amazing on every department , They never say no for anything and always find a workaround .. Amir from reception is a great guy, he received us very well and helped us on every day to day requests. Arjun and Abhishek, Amin(beverages) from Anise restaurant were great with my family and their ever welcoming smile put us at ease while dining . Thank you Continental for great memorable stay . We will not hesitate to come back and stay again ..

Room is spacious, very "user friendly" except for some minor illogical choices with the control panel and placement of the shower handles. I really love design, its very minimalistic and utilitarian.

Wifi, I dont think its hotel's wifi issue, but inability to normally and consistently run business apps is a problem. Overuse of "perfume" in the lobby and hallways. First it feels like many of them are mix between two kinds which do not work together. With lack of fresh air in closed spaces, having extra scent in the air for days is annoying.

The fish restaurant at the hotel , which serves fish was much below the standards of the hotel.

Location was great, staff were friendly and welcoming. We would like to mention Calvin in the executive lounge. He always worked hard making sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile, thank you. The staff at the pool were great and it was a nice touching having free water.

If you want a quiet night probably don’t choose a room with a creek view. Music is played most nights,outside the hotel,until around 2am and one night it went in till 4am. Also if there is a conference on we were told the restaurant was full at lunch and we wouldn’t be able to eat there until 3pm.

Lovely hotel! Huge reception area, gorgeous flowers, reception staff, concierge desk staff and door/porters all efficient, helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious, modern, comfortable, easy temperature control. Super king sized bed, very comfortable with feather pillows. Large fluffy towels and all extras eg toothbrushes, mouthwash, disposable loofah as well as usual. Bath and great shower. Separate toilet/bidet area. Room staff were fabulous, efficient, nothing too much trouble and friendly. Asked for extra pillows and got them immediately. Always provided lots of bottled water, chocolates and fruit on arrival. Food was of a high standard. Paid for Club lounge and definitely worth the money. Having breakfast/afternoon tea/ cocktails and canapés overlooking the creek with the Burg Kalifa in the distance, all unhurried and peaceful was fabulous! The staff were all so lovely, efficient and friendly, remembering names and preferences made it more personal. The pool area was spacious, lifeguards and staff helpful in taking us to our sunbeds, providing bottles of water as required.

Nothing, just a couple of comments, not dislikes. The location was in a quieter area of Dubai than where we’ve stayed previously but it was a very short boat ride and short walk after that to get to the metro to go to other areas. This maybe a problem for anyone wanting more of a party time. The food on the small buffet at night in the club lounge was excellent quality but maybe could’ve been varied a bit more.
