*The TV did not work ( big issue for the kids) I had to log in my personal goole account *Room services did not work remotely *Wifi was not continuous *cleaning windows was at the same time as our stay! Without prior notice only one night before

Amazing location and staff and great facilities. When I was booking this hotel I was bit hesitant but this hotel exceeded my expectations, very good value for money .. and perfect location , The staff were amazing on every department , They never say no for anything and always find a workaround .. Amir from reception is a great guy, he received us very well and helped us on every day to day requests. Arjun and Abhishek, Amin(beverages) from Anise restaurant were great with my family and their ever welcoming smile put us at ease while dining . Thank you Continental for great memorable stay . We will not hesitate to come back and stay again ..

Room is spacious, very "user friendly" except for some minor illogical choices with the control panel and placement of the shower handles. I really love design, its very minimalistic and utilitarian.

Wifi, I dont think its hotel's wifi issue, but inability to normally and consistently run business apps is a problem. Overuse of "perfume" in the lobby and hallways. First it feels like many of them are mix between two kinds which do not work together. With lack of fresh air in closed spaces, having extra scent in the air for days is annoying.

Check in proceedure was fast , very friendly and willing staff, conceirge staff was helpful and professional. Did not have breakfast

The fish restaurant at the hotel , which serves fish was much below the standards of the hotel.

The room was great, as was the gym, sauna. There was works going on in one of the pool which was not advertised prior to booking, which meant it was more challenging to use the lap pool for its intended purpose as people were in using it for leisure.

Breakfast. The food and service was great, but as a sole traveller I was very much directed to use a row of "two person tables" that were crammed into using a row (much like you would expect in a nightmare Valentine's Evening restaurant experience!). Too close, lack of personal space. Also, and I'm not sure was that hotel can do about this, but the amount of food wasted by guests gorging on items was unpleasant. It felt gluttonous to see people literally filling their tables with items, which they just didn't eat. Some form of portion control system / management would probably improve everyone's experience.

Location was great, staff were friendly and welcoming. We would like to mention Calvin in the executive lounge. He always worked hard making sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile, thank you. The staff at the pool were great and it was a nice touching having free water.

If you want a quiet night probably don’t choose a room with a creek view. Music is played most nights,outside the hotel,until around 2am and one night it went in till 4am. Also if there is a conference on we were told the restaurant was full at lunch and we wouldn’t be able to eat there until 3pm.
