1) Inspite of very large tour groups, atmosphere is very private. Individual guests on different hotel floors to groups. 2) Breakfast a) clear notice re busy hours to avoid (groups), b) quiet breakfast with huge variety of dishes, at-table personal service for hot dish orders, knowing to go into breakfast between 6.30 am to 8.30 AM (before tour groups) is good. 3) Attentive staff like in a 5-Star Hotel, with budget hotel price. Scale (hundreds of people) you do not feel, as very personal attention is present everywhere. Newly built hotel and cutting edge hotel logistics felt everywhere keeping hotel experience quiet and private. 4) No traffic or other noise. Very restful rooms.

We had a really good stay. The hotel is in a good location, very clean and has a view on Downtown Skyline. Anas took care of us with his professionalism and attention to details. His approach made us feel at home!! We will go back for sure. Amazing experience.

We had a family holiday for ten days and we absolutely loved our stay! We have nothing negative to stay. Especially the staff made our holiday enjoyable. There was nothing they wouln't do for the guests. We stayed many days just by the pool, which was peaceful and beautiful. The staff kept it extremely clean and they were always so helpful. We felt like royals! Special thanks to Jagath, who kept us hydrated and was always so happy and nice to talk to :) You really made our days! Also Suraj was always there, when we needed something. There is also a pool for children and the staff was always looking after the children. We felt really safe. Also amazing view from the pool! The pool gets sun the whole day from about 10 am. Our rooms were extremely clean. Sleeping quality was great, wide beds and good pillows. We slept like babies! Housekeeping does their job really well. Thanks for them for enjoyable stay as well. Gym was very well equipped and you definitely can do a good workout there. Timothy at the gym was really kind and helpful. We often had our dinners at Sirocco restaurant and the food was delicious! There was nothing missing and we ate so much good food, it was insane! Just had to taste everything :) This restaurant has way better foods in buffet, than average. The staff is really hard working and they were always there for us. Special thanks for Dana, who madw us feel special by reserving us the same table. Also a male staff member, with the whole black suit at the restaurant was exceptional, but unfortunately we didn't catch his name. The rooftop restaurant was a great place to chill with wonderful views. We tried happy hour cocktails, and nothing to complain! We really recommend this hotel, it was absolutely amazing! We will definitely return and stay maybe even longer. The location of the hotel makes your stay easy, the mall is connected to the hotel and there is everything you need. No need to go to the bigger malls!

Crowded which drives cost up but it's a good problem to have by the hotel. It's high season so expected

We are extremely satisfied with the service at this hotel—especially in the restaurant and housekeeping departments. Everyone in the restaurant is kind and goes above and beyond to provide the best service. Malcomp is especially attentive to children, particularly babies—nothing is too much for him. Ana Rosé is incredibly service-oriented and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The same goes for Ishwar and Rahesh—they’re truly dedicated to guest satisfaction. And the Chef from Bangladesh Jahir, is very kind and friendly! He even cooked soup for me after we all got foodpoisoning. On the 16th floor, Bimaya from housekeeping is an absolute star. She noticed how I was covering the baby’s crib and took the initiative to improve it—she has a great eye for detail and a real heart for service. Vipin and Ishwar are also very thoughtful and solution-oriented. We were also pleasantly surprised that the hotel provided low sodium water for our baby—such a thoughtful touch, and we’ve already noticed it’s much better for her stomach. All in all, this hotel has exceeded our expectations in every way!
