I would like to thank the reception staff and specially Mr.Ali for trying his best to solve the issues that I faced

Small pool and the room furniture do not meet the hotel style and vibe. The water pressure was weak although the staff tried to fix it but couldn't,the bathtub shower handle was broken and leaking ,engineering staff left the bathroom dirty with pieces of the false ceiling on the floor, I asked for clean towels twice and waited for 3 hours but didn't get any thing, on Sunday I think they faced lack of staff specially on breakfast and last when I asked for cucumber on breakfast buffet they said we don't have.

New and very well finished. More demure than the typical Address sister properties. But equally comfortable and classy. Quiet but hot spots easily reachable by Uber. Close to D3 design destrict. 11 mins from airport. Staff were wonderful. From the bell hops to the front desk via the barmen to the concierge. Miriam on front desk in particular was 5** plus. Went further than most to please. Anthony in breakfast buffet too. Room really comfortable. Seems to be spruced and cleaned as soon as I left.

Some contraction nearby that could be noisy between 7 and 7, if you were trying to rest by the pool. Pool area on the roof is quite small. But have use of a much bigger Lagoon at a sister property 5 mins walk away. May be too quiet for some. Particular party seekers.

I enjoyed the hotel's ambiance and the room, as well as its convenient location. The hotel is very luxurious and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing staycation.

The pool was quite cold, likely due to the heating system being off. Pool service was also quite limited. The in-room dining experience fell short of expectations, with the food presentation and serving quality feeling more like a one-star hotel, especially considering the high menu prices. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low compared to the quality of the bath amenities provided.

The design is incredible. The bar, Fai, was really chilled and served great drinks. Shuhail who worked in the bar was really helpful and informative. Will definitely return to the bar. Quiet pool area - easy to get a sun-bed. Comfortable beds. The turn down service where they provide slippers and tea was a really lovely touch. Coming back to the room to find dates and Turkish delight was a wonderful surprise. The hotel was so clean and smelt incredible. A true hidden gem.

We were doing a staycation and already live in Dubai so this wasn’t a problem for us as had no desire to venture from the hotel; however, if you were on holiday in Dubai, the creek area is quite far away from tourist hotspots like Marina/Palm/JBR

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it’s perfect for families with kids! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome, especially Sahar, who was always smiling and incredibly friendly. We booked an Executive Suite, and it was very spacious, with a queen-size sofa bed that was perfect for extra comfort. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kids’ club was nice, though I felt it was more suited for younger children. There wasn’t much for my 3-year-old to do on his own, but the staff there were fantastic! They engaged with him, played with him, and made sure he had a good time. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, a family-friendly atmosphere, and welcoming staff. We would definitely stay here again!

New, very neat, location is prime with good views. Amazing deco, attention to details and the most beautiful common spaces/lounge I’ve seen in a hotel. Rooms and were very spacious and every amenity provided was sparkly neat

Not all staff were helpful, conflicting response by staff when I wanted to extend my stay. Also arrived a day late after I missed my flight but not much mercy even though I emailed. Restaurant didn’t have enough food option. I was promised a complimentary birthday cake/dessert on my birthday but I had to request for it before it was given towards the end of the day

Clean, modern, great facilities and friendly staff.

Had mentioned that we were staying for my wife’s birthday and was promised a cake (I assumed in our room on arrival as is the usual custom) - but there was nothing, which sadly ruined a surprise element I was hoping to give my wife. The breakfast is nice, but a lot of the hot food area is outside and unmanned meaning lots of flies. A bit off putting. We got a room upgrade with access to the lagoon, this has to be booked early to ensure a spot. It wasn’t made clear that hotel guests can only access a small area of the lagoon, so there was a lot of confusion and a bit of embarrassment trying to access another area of it and being told it wasn’t possible.

I love this property and this is my second visit ! Can honestly call this home away from home I’ve enjoyed this property both as a solo traveller as well as travelling with family . I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.

The breakfast options are limited and this second visit I opted for no breakfast , the close proximity to other lovely nearby cafes makes up for this !!

the hotel is part of "Address hotels" and its a fresh new hotel launched on May 2024 i liked how new and fresh clean the hotel is and how welcoming the staff were breakfast was excellent with variant choices but they need to add a specialized coffee with a barista serving filter coffee and coffee of the day choices , however they do serve american coffee the area in "dubai creek" is very new and clean, flowers were planted everywhere and there is a nearby restaurants and cafés by walking distance there is a building under construction near by but i liked that it wasnt annoying us you can hear them working on it when you go out but its not verrry close its not annoying

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it was a bit farther from the central city, its location next to the creek made it an incredibly peaceful and scenic retreat. The serene views of the water provided a calming backdrop to my stay, and I found it to be a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Although it's not in the heart of the action, the hotel’s proximity to the creek offered a unique charm that more than made up for the distance. It was a lovely spot for morning walks or relaxing by the water, and with just a short drive or public transport ride to the city center, getting to major attractions wasn’t an issue at all. If you’re looking for a quiet, picturesque setting with easy access to the city's highlights, this hotel strikes the perfect balance. I would highly recommend it for those who value tranquility and scenic beauty.
