Small pool and the room furniture do not meet the hotel style and vibe. The water pressure was weak although the staff tried to fix it but couldn't,the bathtub shower handle was broken and leaking ,engineering staff left the bathroom dirty with pieces of the false ceiling on the floor, I asked for clean towels twice and waited for 3 hours but didn't get any thing, on Sunday I think they faced lack of staff specially on breakfast and last when I asked for cucumber on breakfast buffet they said we don't have.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is. New and very well finished. More demure than the typical Address sister properties. But equally comfortable and classy. Quiet but hot spots easily reachable by Uber. Close to D3 design destrict. 11 mins from airport. Staff were wonderful. From the bell hops to the front desk via the barmen to the concierge. Miriam on front desk in particular was 5** plus. Went further than most to please. Anthony in breakfast buffet too. Room really comfortable. Seems to be spruced and cleaned as soon as I left.

Some contraction nearby that could be noisy between 7 and 7, if you were trying to rest by the pool. Pool area on the roof is quite small. But have use of a much bigger Lagoon at a sister property 5 mins walk away. May be too quiet for some. Particular party seekers.

I enjoyed the hotel's ambiance and the room, as well as its convenient location. The hotel is very luxurious and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing staycation.

The pool was quite cold, likely due to the heating system being off. Pool service was also quite limited. The in-room dining experience fell short of expectations, with the food presentation and serving quality feeling more like a one-star hotel, especially considering the high menu prices. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low compared to the quality of the bath amenities provided.

Everything about our stay was flawless from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and every little detail was taken care of to make our experience truly special. The location was ideal, the amenities exceeded expectations, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Just one small suggestion: it would be great to have a mirror with lighting in the room to use as a vanity for makeup. It’s a minor thing, but would make the experience even more convenient.

We stayed for 2 nights with my beau and had an incredible time. The hotel is the perfect place to chill, relax, and unwind. It features a modern, elegant interior design and is spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing—so kind, accommodating, and attentive. We especially loved the lagoon access—it’s stunning and perfect for a swim, especially in the summer weather. A truly relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Most of the hotels has free shuttle bus to malls, beaches and other tourist attraction, they arrange to cooperate with the big malls for this free shuttles specially if the guest are Tourist.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Palace Dubai Creek Harbour Hotel for two nights, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed with the warm welcome I received. What truly stood out for me was how thoughtfully and respectfully the staff considered my medical condition. I was treated with the utmost care and support by every team member I encountered — from the reception, housekeeping, in-room dining, to the restaurant staff. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and well-assisted throughout my stay. I had left a note upon check-in requesting special attention in case I needed any assistance, and I’m happy to say the team really took that to heart. Whenever I called, my requests were answered by the third ring — a small but deeply appreciated gesture that reflected their attentiveness and professionalism. A heartfelt thank you to Sahar and the entire team who checked me in on 15th May and supported me until my checkout on 17th May. Though I may not remember all the names at reception, please know that each one of you left a lasting impression through your kindness and willingness to help. The hotel itself was exceptional — facilities were top-notch, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Honestly, there is nothing I could criticize. It was a flawless stay. Thank you once again to everyone at the Palace Dubai Creek Harbour Hotel for making my stay such a memorable and comfortable one. I will definitely return.

The design is incredible. The bar, Fai, was really chilled and served great drinks. Shuhail who worked in the bar was really helpful and informative. Will definitely return to the bar. Quiet pool area - easy to get a sun-bed. Comfortable beds. The turn down service where they provide slippers and tea was a really lovely touch. Coming back to the room to find dates and Turkish delight was a wonderful surprise. The hotel was so clean and smelt incredible. A true hidden gem.

We were doing a staycation and already live in Dubai so this wasn’t a problem for us as had no desire to venture from the hotel; however, if you were on holiday in Dubai, the creek area is quite far away from tourist hotspots like Marina/Palm/JBR

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it’s perfect for families with kids! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome, especially Sahar, who was always smiling and incredibly friendly. We booked an Executive Suite, and it was very spacious, with a queen-size sofa bed that was perfect for extra comfort. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kids’ club was nice, though I felt it was more suited for younger children. There wasn’t much for my 3-year-old to do on his own, but the staff there were fantastic! They engaged with him, played with him, and made sure he had a good time. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, a family-friendly atmosphere, and welcoming staff. We would definitely stay here again!

New, very neat, location is prime with good views. Amazing deco, attention to details and the most beautiful common spaces/lounge I’ve seen in a hotel. Rooms and were very spacious and every amenity provided was sparkly neat

Not all staff were helpful, conflicting response by staff when I wanted to extend my stay. Also arrived a day late after I missed my flight but not much mercy even though I emailed. Restaurant didn’t have enough food option. I was promised a complimentary birthday cake/dessert on my birthday but I had to request for it before it was given towards the end of the day
