In and out of Jaddaf is a breeze. Fairly new building and facility so all still looking good.

Kettle was dirty! Very very limited TV channels!

I always choose this hotel when I need a break from work and some peace of mind and it’s because of people like Maria, Michel, and Jack. Maria especially, has become a part of what makes this hotel so special. Their warm attitude and attention to detail add a unique charm to every stay. Michel and Jack are just as exceptional always helpful, professional, and welcoming. They, along with the rest of the staff, make this place feel like a second home.

The hotel is nice overall, but there’s an issue with the water system. When you turn the tap to the cold side, hot water comes out, and vice versa. Also, it would be great if the TV came with pre-installed accounts for streaming apps, if possible.

Quiet location. Spacious rooms, no defects of any sort. Super clean. Super comfortable mattress and pillows. . The AC is very efficient. Hot & Cold water in the shower can be regulated to your comfort and water pressure is perfect. The water gets hot very quickly (in less than 5 seconds), this is very impressive. Amazing team. Any request or complain the guest may have is taken care of with high attention and utmost cooperation until the guest is satisfied. During the very first stay I had at Grand Kingsgate, for some reason, everything went wrong with me - on this occasion, I must highlight the exceptional performance of Mr. Charlton (Front Desk Manager) in handling complex issues with high respect, thoughtfulness, professionalism, integrity and accountability. I, with all confidence, testify that Charlton went above and beyond every expectation, a true knowledge of hospitality in every aspect. The team at reception are so welcoming and so quick. Housekeeping team are very supportive and respectful, but refused to get me additional drinking water to the room! This was a bit weird.

There's no iron in the room. External issue: On my last stay (April 2025) there was loud music coming out from the venue across the creek next to Palazzo Versace hotel. It was sooo loud and disturbing. My previous stays were ok. I hope this doesn't continue to happen in the future. If that venue wishes to have fun in the mid-night, they should have some respect to the neighbourhood, and install appropriate sound proofing walls.

Hi, we had a great stay at the hotel. Two Filipinas, Ms. Maria and the other one (sorry, I forgot her name, but she is the tallest), assisted us and helped us really well, along with Mr. Chandra with checking in and checking out. Other staff as well were so kind to greet and even sang a birthday song for my son's 4th birthday. They were incredibly hospitable and were accompanied by their manager or supervisor. They were also very generous, giving him a cake and arranging our room with flowers and a birthday banner.

When I called them regarding the toiletries and sleepers. I called twice. They weren’t very prompt in sending them to our room. The last person I spoke to was the filipina, she sent it after. SWIMMING POOL, I was a little disappointed with the swimming pool because we specifically booked the hotel for this but the kids couldn’t enjoy it. The entire pool is 6 feet deep and there is no kids' pool or even a shallow part for them. If I had known this beforehand, I might not have booked. My kids are 4 and 8 years old and they love swimming pools more than the beach.

Initially, I noticed that essentials like footwear, dental kits, and bathrobes were missing. However, the reception team was prompt and immediately provided everything upon request, which I really appreciated. One downside was that breakfast wasn’t included in the booking. I purchased a 50 AED coupon from reception, which was fine, but unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing—it lacked flavor and didn’t meet expectations. Other than that, my overall experience was great, and I would consider staying here again for the cozy ambiance and excellent service.

My overall experience was fantastic, with the highlight being the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping team. I stayed for 21 nights, and every time I returned to my room after a long day, it was always in pristine condition. Kudos to the housekeeping staff, especially Abid and Krishna, for their outstanding efforts in making my stay comfortable.

There's some room for improvement at the reception. While the staff were friendly, they occasionally lacked the basic courtesies of a warm smile and a simple greeting, which could have made the experience even better.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast offerings. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, catering to a range of tastes and dietary preferences. The buffet featured a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service and ensuring that everything was well-stocked and clean. The ambience of the dining area was warm and inviting, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. Overall, the breakfast experience added significant value to my stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the hotel.

Everything is great, nothing to dislike.

This is my 3rd stay over the month and had an overall satisfactory experience. Aldrin handled my check-in process efficiently. He was polite and provided all necessary information, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The room was clean and adequately furnished. During checkout, Maria assisted me. She was courteous and quick with the process, addressing my billing inquiries with patience. However, I did feel that the overall customer service could benefit from a bit more warmth and enthusiasm. In summary, Grand Kingsgate Jaddaf Waterfront provided a decent stay with room for improvement in certain areas. I appreciated the professionalism of Aldrin and Maria.
