All the staff whether at the counter or in the restaurant were very friendly and polite, and were happy to help you with questions. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, my whole family enjoyed it. The restaurant vibe was comfortable and not crowded. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. Both rooms were very spacious (especially master bedroom) and suitable for a family or a group of friends. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport and Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. It's easy to call Uber and arrive almost in one minute.

The surrounding environment is not that convenient. Many projects under development/construction, and didn't seem to have restaurants/cafés or places to go shopping nearby

I had an amazing stay at Al Jaddaf Rotana Suite Hotel. The apartment was incredibly spacious, very clean, and clearly well-maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was organized and thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. But what really made my stay special was the breakfast experience, especially thanks to Chef Sandeeb. I’ve stayed in many hotels across Dubai, but his omelettes were on another level — perfectly cooked every single morning and made with genuine care and a warm smile. His friendly attitude and attention to detail left a lasting impression. For me, he’s the best hotel chef I’ve come across in the city. Overall, it was a very comfortable and memorable stay, and I would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and my stay was completely comfortable and enjoyable.

We were so impressed with the staff at this Al Jadaf Rotana Suite Hotels. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay special. Our room had a wonderful view that allowed us to see the Dubai Festival City fireworks – a real highlight! The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and found everything generally satisfactory. The lack of a USB-C charging port was a minor inconvenience. Providing one would be a helpful addition for modern travellers.

As usual I like this hotel it was my 4th or 5th stay in the hotel staff friendly and received upgrade to suit with Nany private room

this time there was flies in the breakfast buffet clarified that it is due to direct access from restaurant to the pool!!! simply can be solved by changing the door or provide insect reducing facilities ... it was disappointing and thinking if i shall stay there again any reservation through concierge will be double price overall price is exaugurated

From the moment I arrived at Al Jaddaf Rotana, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making check-in a breeze. The hotel’s modern Arabic design blends luxury and comfort beautifully — every corner feels curated and welcoming. Room: Spacious, immaculate, and elegantly furnished with a huge, ultra-comfy bed, stylish decor, and a bathroom that feels like a mini spa. Loved the rain shower and high-end amenities! Mr.Amine in reception was very welcoming and helpful and give me the first good impression about the hotel which make me focusing in all good things in this hotel. Food in the open buffet can be improved

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms and the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very polite and available and fulfilled the expectations. There were two excellent staff members, their names were Imad and Vinayalal, and they were very respectful and polite and I am grateful to them. I recommend this hotel to stay. Of course, the only drawback was that it was far from the main points of the city, which was not difficult because I had rented a car.

The property is beautiful and very elegant. Front desk staff were kind and patient. A special thanks to Tina and Saif. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Mohamed and Erysimum (I think that’s how you spell, sorry if it’s wrong) were wonderful in the restaurant. They were kind and welcoming. The suite room is stunning!

Only downside was the road works that lead to the nearest metro, it can be a bit difficult to get around. But this is in reference to location and construction work.
