All the staff whether at the counter or in the restaurant were very friendly and polite, and were happy to help you with questions. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, my whole family enjoyed it. The restaurant vibe was comfortable and not crowded. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a two-bedroom suite. Both rooms were very spacious (especially master bedroom) and suitable for a family or a group of friends. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport and Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. It's easy to call Uber and arrive almost in one minute.

The surrounding environment is not that convenient. Many projects under development/construction, and didn't seem to have restaurants/cafés or places to go shopping nearby

We were so impressed with the staff at this Al Jadaf Rotana Suite Hotels. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay special. Our room had a wonderful view that allowed us to see the Dubai Festival City fireworks – a real highlight! The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and found everything generally satisfactory. The lack of a USB-C charging port was a minor inconvenience. Providing one would be a helpful addition for modern travellers.

Everything is awesome as usual it's my 5th stay and have no complaint so far.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms and the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The hotel staff were very polite and available and fulfilled the expectations. There were two excellent staff members, their names were Imad and Vinayalal, and they were very respectful and polite and I am grateful to them. I recommend this hotel to stay. Of course, the only drawback was that it was far from the main points of the city, which was not difficult because I had rented a car.

The property is beautiful and very elegant. Front desk staff were kind and patient. A special thanks to Tina and Saif. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Mohamed and Erysimum (I think that’s how you spell, sorry if it’s wrong) were wonderful in the restaurant. They were kind and welcoming. The suite room is stunning!

Only downside was the road works that lead to the nearest metro, it can be a bit difficult to get around. But this is in reference to location and construction work.

We loved the hotel, on arrival we were kindly upgraded to a beautiful suite, it’s the most stunning hotel room/apartment my family has ever seen. The staff at the hotel were so kind and accommodating. I would want to stay here every time I come to Dubai. The location is close to the airport and Dubai Creek which was ideal for us being here just one night between travel destinations. We would love to come back here and will be talking about this suite for years to come.

Everything, it's my sixth stay with Rotana.

I had an allergy, and at 10 p.m. I called the reception to ask for help. I just needed to buy a pill that would help with my penuts allergy. In response, guy at reception told me that they could connect me with a doctor who would consult me, and it would cost money. I got dressed, left the hotel, and found a pharmacy 200 meters away from the hotel that operates 24/7. I bought the pills there. It turns out that the hotel staff didn't know that there is a pharmacy 200 meters from the hotel where I could buy or order these pills

The building is extremely luxurious and beautiful. The suite we stayed at was gorgeous, spacious and had all the amenities we could need.

The perimeter of the hotel entrance is surrounded by bushes, which made it very difficult to walk to places. I wish they would accommodate for pedestrians. We only ordered drinks from the room service, but for some reason it took them over an hour to arrive.
