Breakfast was wonderful, with the most exceptional items being the coffee and egg stations. The room was very clean, but there is no ventilation at all, which is the hotel infrastructure issue, not a staff issue.

Initially, they weren't prepared to address my main request for an extra bed, but they resolved it the following day, along with the room ventilation issue.

Loved their breakfast buffet as always and the staff were very helpful for most part.

The bathroom was not clean. It had a lot of mould and the design of the shower meant water would spill into the bathroom every time and the floor mat provided got soaked very easily. We had an early morning arrival and requested an early check in but were told we couldn’t get it and had to wait till 2pm to check-in which was very exhausting after an 18hour flight and being pregnant. This needs to be looked into for every customer who arrives early, there should be an option to check in early or pay for a couple hours to check in early.

Loved the staff. From the reception to house keeping to the front door staff. Everyone was amazing. But one particular guy from the breakfast buffet area was phenomenal. His name was raj and he did an outstanding job. Was above and beyond and such good customer service. Always so happy smiling and welcoming. And ready to help the moment you walk in. He knew every morning what we needed and was onto it even before us saying anything. Top bloke and a lovely gentleman. Wish they had such quality people in australia. We heading back to Australia but when we come back next would love to stay here again.

Room carpets are a bit old. Floors are a bit worn off. In the pictures we had a room with burj khalifa view. But we never got that. But overall it was all good.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel 8 hours earlier than our check-in time, and although all the rooms were full, Magamed at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He kindly offered to store our luggage and allowed us to freshen up by using the gym, pool, and spa facilities. He even kept our belongings safe while we explored Dubai, and once our room was ready at 3pm, we were able to relax without any hassle. We truly appreciated his helpfulness, professionalism, and warm hospitality, which made our early arrival stress-free. Thank you, Magamed, for making our stay start off so smoothly! During our stay, the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, made even better by the incredible service provided by Shoaib and Raj. Both of them went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Shoaib's attention to detail and Raj's warm and friendly demeanor truly made us feel special. Their dedication and professionalism turned a great breakfast into a memorable experience.

breakfast excellent but I commend the staff..all the staff. Firstly Rana front of house who extend an amazing and warm welcome, exceeding our expectations and also to the valets and guest relations .. Special shout out to Patrick and Prakash for goin the extra mile and the extremely cheerful and friendly Karan in the coffee shop who served us exceptionally... I will definitely recommend Marriot Al Jaddaf and most certainly be back again. Even the cleaning staff replacing everything daily and always helpful, warm and friendly

a little late check out for late flight

The location is close to the airport. Very comfortable and quiet hotel. The bed, pillow and comforter are extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great! Has wide variety of English, Indian and Arabic cuisines. The hotel also gives complementary valet parking service to its customers.

The hotel is situated in a relatively new area, so there is no view from the hotel as such. Our stay was for 1 day, and we were notified by a circular that there will be no water supply from 11 pm to 5 am.

Front Office Team was very attentive and helpful. Bien at Reception and the Front Office Manager was very helpful.

The Food & Beverage Manager seems not having proper skills on how to deal with customers. I ordered an omlette for breakfast and arrived 20 mins later, the service staff was blaming the Chef for this issue. The Food and Beverage Manager was very unprofessional the way she deal with the situation which shows a lack of experience on customer service.

Excellent breakfast with great variety. Well equipped gymn. Nice pool area. Staff very helpful. We arrived at 6pm in the morning, checking-inn time is 3pm, the staff made every effort to find us a room immediately. This was highly appreciated. Shuttle service to Malls was efficient and on time.

Minor issue, greater attention to detail when servicing a room. Filling up soap dispensers. Adequate toilet paper. Enough towels for two guests. Double checking to see whether a room has been serviced.

Everything was fine, but my evaluation is my personal view. This is my first time in Marriott, and I am trying to compare it with some other 5-star hotels (eg. Dusit Thani in Qairo, Anantara in Abu Dhabi, Intercontinental in Shanghai, etc.), all of these hotels are. The location is good, it is relatively close to the old historic town and downtown as well as many other tourist attractions.

Two nights after midnight I couldn't sleep because of night club music. My room was on the 4th floor. After I informed the receptionist he apologized and promised me that they would solve this but they didn't.

I was supposed to check in at 15.00hrs... but my flight arrived 445hrs....I got at Marriott at 6.30am....I found a very nice gentleman called Kyrillos,he was very kind to me and sympathetic that I'm so tired. Offered me a drink first.....Offered me breakfast...I was amazed at that kind of reception. Then over breakfast he informed me he will have a room for me for early check-in at no extra cost.... During stay met Basu who was extremely helpful and a lady called Luiza. I can remember their names the 3 cos they were exceptional. Luiza kept checking out on me during the conference as I had mentioned I have a headache as she directed me to our conference room. I look forward to going back to Marriott Al jadaf again. I'm forgetting the name of a very nice guy at breakfast who kept my shawl for me,what amazed me is that he could remember my face and I couldn't remember I'd lost something. Staff are amazing,the hotel is very clean,the bed is very comfortable. The welcome note and package of fruits is just thrilling!
