This is my third visit to the property, and I can't see any difference from my first visit. It is the same excellent service and quality and value of money.. Staff are great, kind, and helpful,especially Parasad and Bassen from the front office, and Mohamed, the restaurant chef, they are all accommodating and helpful. Rooms are specious and clean ...Hotel location is also great with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around.

Not much , maybe breakfast buffet could have more options

The staff is awesome, Mr kamal in reception, and Mr Khalid in restaurant section were super nice and helpful, you feel pampered in that place , they are super clean and generous, very fast service if you ask about something you will get i quickly , the room is spacious, hot water always in shower, kitchen with alll what u need

The only thing that i didn’t like is the view, i always like open views, but the room that i got was with a small closed window

We really enjoyed our stay at Sitara. From the first moment we stepped in we felt at home. All the staff are professional and friendly at the same time. Kindness and availability from all the guys at the reception, restaurant and pool area. The cleaning staff did a great job, the room was always cleaned perfectly. The apartment is spacious and there's everything you need. We spent almost three weeks and we never lacked for anything. A special thanks to the owner Gabriella always available, kind and professional with all the customers. Her constant presence makes all this possible. We'll definitely come back.

Very humane. This is an apartment hotel, there was a 24 hrs reception. The receptionists were very helpful and resourceful. My husband fell sick during our stay. The receptionist organized the ambulance; the security guard encouraged us and escorted us to the ambulance helping with our items. My husband was admitted in the hospital, and I was returning to the apartment from time to time. They were very concerned of my welfare and followed up to ensure I was comfortable. They made my stay very comfortable despite the difficulties I faced.

I liked everything

We had an excellent stay. The staff were friendly and helpful from the security, receptionists to cleaning personnel. They made our stay amazing, always helpful, and easily available. The facilities are very spacious, clean, and more than comfortable for our family of 5. The breakfast was amazing, too, with many options to select from. I wish there was a little children swimming pool. Swimming with children in a deep pool was hard. But we made it work with lots of supervision. We were challenged a bit with the location and access to other places. All I can say is that we finally found the place for our future stays. Our stay was amazing. Thank you

Don’t be fooled by flashy 4 or 5-star hotels. If you’re looking for a place that truly feels like home, this is your best option. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Khalid and his team at the restaurant for their outstanding service — they truly go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

The only issue i have is that the directions from Booking.com are not accurate. There is the same address in the other area . I am not sure how they can fix it

Service and the staff are extraordinary. Everywhere from bellboy to reception from breakfast to pool. Everyone is smiling and very friendly. The rooms are very clean and well maintained

The entrance and the area. The current 9.1 rating in booking is deceiving. Don't get me wrong. It is clean, well maintained and the rooms are very good. The breakfast area is small and not too many choices, but the staff is very welcoming and helpful. The parking entrance is from the door behind the building, narrow entrance but always room to park.

The apartment is well appointed and spacious. However, what we liked best was the staff. They were extremely helpful and very courteous. Mohamed was our chef for breakfast in the morning and simply put, he was fantastic. As was Khaleed who was our host in the morning. The hotel front staff were also the perfect hosts and hostesses. The cleaning staff did a great job of cleaning our apartment every day, thank you!

Great Hotel Closer to the city center and other attractions. Nature and the treatment of the hotel staff was great and professional. I must say brilliant management. Upon arriving, they have welcome me and family with the welcome drink. Breakfast was open buffet and variety of items. Pool was very clean with easy access. Internet was great. Overall great experience!!

Strong chai (i.e. karak chai) was missing. More Indian / Pakistani items to be included in the breakfast

I don't leave to many reviews but this place is definitely my favorite place to stay. I stayed in many 5 star hotels that didn't have this kind of service. No one told me to leave a review, this is honest review. Pay for breakfast ahead you will be happy that you did since Dubai is expensive to visit and also breakfast in this hotel is the best. This is a buffet style and no this is not cheap hotel breakfast. 5 star for everything......I had to rent out the car because of kids but otherwise if no kids....pay for taxi, there is a lot of them all over the place. Room cleaning done every day of my stay.....listen I can go and keep writing so many good things about this place. Also very safe aroiund there , mostly people from India I believe but everyone was super nice in hotel and out of hotel. There is always someone going to be there to complain about something. I'm telling you if you read this review stop and book it you won't be sorry. I only rented out king studio and it was so spacious for us.
