Breakfast was good albeit very Indian! the highlight for us was the evening meal in the rooftop restaurant, this was excellent with superb service from one particular lady. We used the hotel transport to Miracle Garden and it was not overpriced but much better comfort than a regular taxi. We will shortly book another stay here.

Carpet in bedroom was stained, needed a clean with a carpet washer and walls marked with scuff marks, looked unkempt.

I recently stayed at Fortuna Karama in Dubai, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel was clean (8/10), which is satisfactory, but the housekeeping staff was a bit annoying, knocking on the door multiple times despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign.

One of the biggest downsides was the noise from the club downstairs, which made it hard to sleep at times. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be an issue. On the positive side, the staff was kind and professional, especially the parking valet and reception team, who were helpful and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to all nearby commodities and facilities, making it convenient for exploring the city.

I always liked the hospitality and courtesy of the staff, showing their care and dedication to the guests. From the guys at the entrance to the room service staff. Housekeeping is available over the hour. Even after 6.0 pm, they can come and clean up the room. The guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful. In addition to the prime location of the hotel.

Nothing specific, few rooms were a bit smelling like smoke, minor wear and tear for the furniture isn't a big deal. Water pressure was weaker in a few rooms. Overall, nothing is either severe or serious !

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. The rooms were modern and comfortable, but it was the front office team that truly made my visit memorable. Manager Shafiq was always available and attentive, while Pavan, Adil, Kamala, Abhinav, and Utsav went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. When I needed assistance with a last-minute booking, Utsav swiftly arranged everything, and Kamala followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made all the difference, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment!

He went above and beyond when my flight was unexpectedly delayed; not only did he assist me in extending my stay seamlessly, but he also provided valuable local recommendations to help me make the most of my time. The team's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and outstanding customer service!

Everything was amazing

A minimalist hotel. Nothing over the top, but everything was well attended to, nice & neat. The staff was very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the location. It is located far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to either Jumierah or downtown Dubai within 15-20 minutes. It is closer to residential areas, with a 24 hr market open just a short walk away. If you rent a car, then this is a perfect place to stay. The food at the restaurant is great and very reasonably priced in comparison to eating out anywhere else. The coffee at the coffee bar is great as well.

The rooms were a bit small for my liking, but had everything we needed. Great facility and hospitable staff. The access card for room entry had to be registered every single day, that needs to be looked out by the hotel. its not a major issue but it was definitely a bit of a headache.

I liked the atmosphere. It was clean and professional. Perfect for work trip. Good location, quiet area. I also liked swimming pool area. Small but cute. Also, room service was perfect! Food was delicious and the waiter was so professional. Excellent location 15 minutes drive to Airport and 10 minutes walk to Metro Station. Nice property, clean, bright, fresh and welcoming. The ground staff inside the restaurant were outstanding.

Breakfast refills not done on time, wait time at least 10 min. No person to monitor what items are over. Quality of juices bad. however, the ground staff inside the restaurant were outstanding. With around perhaps 150 guests at the breakfast area per day, it looked like an expo area. Chef tired and therefore not interested in providing good quality food, already made masala dosa which was cold was served to the subsequent guests after 5 min . Food quality and service should be improved to improve customer experience.

All the Hotel Staff were awesome. I had a wonderful time, when I stayed in this Hotel.. Without mentioning a specific name it will be injustice with staff special Pavan & Kamala, All the front office staff were very welcoming and proactive in their respective jobs. Concierge, House Keeping, Security and Bar have many kind individuals who helped a lot to make my stay memorable. I thank all the people from the Hotel and Management specially GM Girish for this wonderful experience.

Every thing ease perfect. Perfect for us, just needed a base to shop and travel from Coming back for sure , next December and sharing with friends too. I was feeling like home.

The staff were all helpful, smiling and amazing. But a special thanks to the receptionist Kamla, she was extremely helpful and on top of everything. she resolved our issues immediately and helped us with a very smooth transition from one room to another, as we had two bookings in two different rooms during our stay at the hotel. Girish was also very helpful and always smiling. the rooms were clean and perfect, and the cleaning staff were also friendly and helpful. this is my third time staying at this hotel, and it won’t be the last.
