Absolutely loved this hotel with my little one. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. The staff was pleasant and polite. The swimming pool and sauna/steam room were like the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again!

First night was noisy from the patrying neighbors, but it was of no fault of the hotel and they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Amazing staff!

what i want everything is can get in the hotel easy way and handle the way guide so beautiful, the location no one can beat the location so easy and 24 hrs can all the itmes near available bank,restaurant petrol pump and bus stop overall one in all A TO Z

Everything can get very near no need to search in the systems all available near by samana bank ,hospitals ,pharmacy for any urgent for medicine also bus station and restaurant and markets i was enjoy everything including night club

The hotel staff include duty manager so kind with people and very frankly explanation about hotel and location marketing there really brilliant as per my mind say their is not more then samana hotel staff can do .amazing

i was wondering the who come inside hotel their are moving like there own home very simple take marketing,moving everywhere ,enjoying whatever they want also everything can get very near main city .anytime people can move very safety

The staff at this hotel would make me return. BEYOND hospitable and always available to help. Really, really exceptional. Bar had great food, location a bit out of the way, but there is 81 bus to Al Barsha. As always, predominantly Indian staff putting 5 golden stars at a place. Thanks you all staff - Catrin ;)

Clean rooms, free parking and quite but central location and friendly staff

Pool and fitness center operates only between 9am to 6pm. As a business traveller, that is the time Im away so no access to those. No tea coffee making facility in the room.

Value for money and fairly clean hotel. Rooms are of standard size with enough amenities to give you a comfortable stay. The basement car parking facility is great.

The floor mat in the room was dusty and unclean. Hotel looks a bit old but practical.

The Staff was friendly and the room is excellent and value for money... Definitely will be back in near future..

There was no restaurant inside where you can order food but that was slight drawback because the place was accesible in nearby groceries, fastfood and small restaurants if get hungry..

Requested water to be sent to room as previous water had finished to drink. Was told to order from restaurant and pay for it. As other hotel I’ve been water was always given whenever needed so don’t know why I was told to pay.
