The hotel is located in a Pakistani/Indian district in the north of the city. It's on a street with many shops and restaurants with cheap prices. So it's loud and noisy outside all the time. The metro station is about 10 minutes walking from the hotel. You can get to the "old town" (Al Fahidi) by foot in around 15 minutes. The journey from the hotel to Burj Khalifa it will take around 45 minutes by metros. Basically Dubai is a huge city so be prepared for long journeys - the public transport is limited here as there are only 2 metro lines. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool located on the roof of the hotel with a nice view of downtown and Burj Khalifa. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary utensils. You can get from the Hotel to DXB airport in around 20 minutes by taxi (depending on the traffic). To sum it up - I definitely recommend this place :)

The windows are very thin so you can hear the traffic and A/C units outside. Breakfasts were good but offered a very limited choice of fruits and vegetables and the only bread which was available was toast bread.

The best employees. Your room will simply shine with cleanliness, it seems to me that in hotels there is a daily general cleaning of all rooms without stopping. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfasts.

The area around of itself leaves much to be desired, of the room is on the top floor then you will hear the noise of the air conditioner.

Surprisingly there were no bathroom slippers and hand washing liquid among the basic toiletries. I wonder why this well organized and exceptionally well managed hotel miss this tiny but important bit of facility.

Very nice staff and location.

The prices for amusement park tickets/rides is comparable higher than standard rate.. Desert safari outside rate is 89 AED whereas hotel rate is 235AED it is an example.

In fact, this hotel was fantastic, I enjoyed it, and I have started telling everybody to please try Savoy Central Hotel Apartment. All the staff , front desk, restaurant, cleaners, and the Security department were so good, respectful , and ready to help anytime . I give kudos to Miss Lema, the front desk staff were so good and they are ever ready to help. I also enjoyed the room, the kitchen, the laundry machine were all standard, the sauna, and the steaming room were super neat to their swimming pool . I give them 100% . My 8 days stay was excellent.

Mr Ahmad from the reception was exceptional, helpful and friendly. He made our check in so smooth and gave us a warm welcome. He helped us in every way possible throughout our stay and always gave us the best! Vinod from housekeeping who took care of our room was the most diligent, dedicated worker I've ever encountered. Did great cleaning and restocked our necessities daily without fail. Gym was so good all equipment, clean and nice Room is very spacious! Bigger than how it look in the room. You have everything you need utensils appliances that will make you very self reliant the entire trip Bathroom clean, equipped, and well kept I had a balcony in my room and it was spacious!

Swimming pool was closed for maintenance our entire stay :(

We didn’t opt for the breakfast as we felt it was quite expensive. We booked the room for 3nights and 1day stay. Could have given one complementary breakfast for free.

Probably they should add more hot food to the breakfast menu.
