Was a first time visit to UAE and the first stay at this hotel. It was difficult to decide at first which hotel to opt for as there are so many but then the experience over the course of the 10 days at Hyatt certainly made our holiday worthwhile and extra fulfilling. The staff, the rooms, the location, everything about it was thoroughly enjoyed and the best decision to have made in hindsight. Highly recommended. And hope to return one day again to relive the pleasant experience and memories.

We stayed from 17through 23 Aug, 24. We made a choice based on availability of breakfast, proximity from the beach, price. The hotel is not far from the beach side. There is shuttle to Le Mer beach at 10:30 every day. It then might pick you up from the beach at 16:00. If you want to go to a different beach for a change you can take bus or taxi. To reach to Kite beach for example we paid around 30dirhams for taxi. The hotel has a pool, the kids aged 11 and 13 said it was good. We liked the breakfast, good quality snd choice. The room is cleaned every day and very well. The hotel staff are very welcoming and overall helpful. I needed printing of some papers and it turned out that hotel provides the services (computers and printer) free. The location is in the older part of Dubai, which is why prices in cafes and restaurants are cheaper and quality is very frequently better than in the business part of the city. There are at least two supermarkets within 100meters distance from the hotel. I've been to one of them, the Nesto supermarket, it was very big and had variety of fruits, vegetables, beverages and other staff at affordable price. This is good if you want to have some of them always available in your room. You need to walk a distance to reach the metro station, even though we never did this as we mainly went to a beach side and used metro only once, when visiting the Mall of Emirates which is quite far. The Mall of Dubai and the Museum of Future were much closer and we used taxi. It has to be mentioned that we avoided walking a lot due to hot season and extremrly high temps. Our room was around 30sq meters I believe, we had two small beds and one sofa which maybe transformed to a bed, so three of us stayed there comfortably. Overall i would like to thank the hotel staff for their friendly and welcoming attitude and high professionalism.

Everything was good. It could be nice if shuttle to beaches could take us to various beaches and maybe if the timing is moved to the earler in hot season, as in the afternoon the water is not so comfy.

We spent 10 days at Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah, booking two rooms for four adults and one child, and we were thoroughly delighted with our stay. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of the hotel surpassed our expectations. The rooms, pool, gym, and cafeteria were exceptionally clean and maintained daily. The housekeeping team ensured our rooms were spotless each day, and the entire staff—receptionists, waitstaff, security, and valet—were consistently kind and professional. We used the car park regularly and appreciated that there was usually space outside. On the few occasions when we couldn’t find a spot, the valet team promptly assisted us. Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah’s location is also convenient, only about 20 minutes from the Dubai Mall. Plus, the nearby shops and restaurants added to the overall ease and enjoyment of our stay. Finally, the breakfast offering was truly outstanding and kicked off our days on a high note. All in all, we were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah to anyone visiting Dubai. We look forward to returning!

Everything was absolutely amazing. My stay at Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and exceptional service. Costumer service was 10 and plus. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and housekeeping ensured everything was spotless every day. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate special requests. Nabin and Sushila ( room attendants) were so attentive and professional providing exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. I can’t wait to come back.

Everything was excellent, facilities, cleanliness and convenient location. Staff was exceptional especially the cleaning team, Jeskaran (not sure of spelling), cleaning team was excellent and provided flexibility in their cleaning time table to provide customer experience. I have stayed here before and will come back.

The exceptional customer care from check-in point throughout the stay and assistance on checking out. A very good and intact service. The staff is always accommodating to customer needs and changes during stay.

Amazing people working at the hotel! Especially the staff working at the restaurant - very kind, polite, and friendly people! The place is well positioned, it’s easy to reach the city center, the old town, as well as the best beaches in Dubai.

Unfortunately, the swimming pool was under the reconstruction, and we were not informed about it while making the booking or at the checkin desk. There was an alternative one but lucking showers, changing rooms and the pool bar shown on all the photos.

The property is clean, and one feels safe - Their breakfast was good- diverse choices which i think is important. Yes they did seem to have mushroom but this was compensated for by other options. Their staff were also helpful

For dinner they had several choices ..but one is often lest with a feeling that they should ensure food is warm all the time, and perhaps they can also try introducing other cuisines in there..so its more diverse...and spice things up a bit... The location is good...but owing to massive road constructions traffic was often a challenge...which i think one can work around ..by starting off to places on time etc :)

Hyatt Place Dubai: A Welcoming Staycation with Exceptional Breakfast My eight-day stay at Hyatt Place Dubai exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, offering a vast selection of fresh food, fruits, and juices—perfect for a budget-conscious traveler. The staff truly made the difference. They were unfailingly polite, professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. My son particularly enjoyed his mornings playing with the staff, who even surprised him with a goodbye cake! The hotel's central location minimized taxi costs, while the clean facilities and delicious food further enhanced the experience. Overall, Hyatt Place Dubai delivered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived on April 6th. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

Amazing staff!!! Everyone from the security guard at the door, Clarissa and the rest of the staff in the reception, Ilham and the people working in the restaurant, the sweet lifeguard at the pool. And last but not least Victoria from guest relations who helped us surprise the birthday girl.

The location is a bit off, but is compensated but everything else being great. Would like a bigger spa and specifically for women.

I liked the location, the rooms have a good view and is near town. The breakfaat buffet is nice too.
