The Breakfast is amazing, legendary. Room was very quiet, Staff were excellent My favourite Dubai Hotel, Been stay here for years, since it was a Ramada property.

The TV channels are mostly Arabic, but I guess most of the guests are Arabic speaking so there is the reason.

unfortunately my room was located right above a night club, every time in the middel of the night there was loud music

The hotel was clean, breakfast was great. They also have lunch and dinner available. Rooms were overbooked, the staff proposed another hotel of their chain, but I said I'm with family and they provided me with another room (but with 1 king bed in instead of 2 beds). Pool zone and bar are super comfortable! Water bottles are free in rooms and in the bar.

The location is in the middle of nowhere, you'll need taxis to go to the most sightseeing. Only 1 towel per person 🤔 Room service food is average but expensive.

The rooms were spacious and clean, staffs were nice and helpful, breakfast with good selection and affordable price. We didn't have a rental car, and the hotels were a little far from our main attractions, and public transportation were a little far from the hotel, so the cost of transportation exceeded our expectation. My kids love to send postcards to their friends whenever we travel, we asked the staff to send it for us when we checked out, but their friends have never gotten them, it has been a month. Hopefully they can find the postcards and send it out!

The sound of the prayers from nearby mosque at 5am every morning was unexpected.

It is too monotonous. Variety should be added. Especially the ceariels eg oats, flakes etc

Put more varieties on the menu. We stayed for 7 days and eating the same kinds of food for 7 days is boring

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy

Bathroom in my room was utilized for handicapped or people with special needs, no bathtub nor shower box. I believe they should ask guests before assigning rooms

toilet floor slopes are not proper so water stays at floor and it was so irritating

Food service was not great. I ate three times in 3 days at the hotel. Each time the food was not hot enough. On the first occasion in Docks bar the steak sandwich and fries were lukewarm. I asked for it to be hotter…..and they put it in the microwave, bread and all! The steak was definitely hotter but now completely rubbery! Second night I got room service. Spaghetti bolognaise. Same. Food was Not hot. Then throw night burger at Pool Deck. Actually burger was ok but fries not hot. I guess it’s a long way from Kitchen and I was outside so not a big deal. I have been staying for 10 years at this hotel and never stay at another Dubai hotel. It always used to be fabulous food. Please deliver straight away when chef has prepared.
