The hotel location is very good - 15mins from airport (55AED), Dubai Mall, Old Dubai and Museum of the future and it is 5 mins drive from La Mer beach. If you are more than 2 people, its faster to take the taxi from airport instead of metro as it costs the same. The rooms are comfortable and decent sized. The rooms were cleaned on time. The breakfast buffet was very good with enough options - including atleast 1 Indian food item daily. There is a sport bar on site with a limited menu. The hotel does offer Lunch Buffet (AED 45) and Dinner buffet (AED55) incase you don't want to go out for meals. The buffets are a decent alternative to highly priced bar food. Wi-fi in the hotel is good and strong enough. The rooms have a locker and and empty refrigerator. There was no iron box, but the front desk provided it when we called. The room comes with 2 water bottles per day as the tap water is not drinkable in Dubai. There is a a pop up to book excursions incase you haven't booked them online in advance. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to La Mer beach and Dubai mall twice daily. However it can sometimes get full as it picks up guests from another hotel before reaching Holiday Inn. There is a bag storage room as well where you can keep you bags incase your return flight is later than the 12pm check out time.

The bathrooms need to be renovated as the shower doors were shaky. The rooms were cleaned on time. We did have a communication gap where some family members who reached the hotel earlier had to wait in the lobby for 4 hours since they need the physical credit card to get room keys. This was an inconvenience to us even though i msgd 12 hours in advance to use the CC on file so they get the room keys. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is a spring bed and very uncomfortable. So if you have back issues, try to avoid it.

The room was clean,the staff was helpful,especially Jasmine at the restaurant. She is very helpful and smiling .The porters too .They were ready to help in case you need that.

But I hated being moved from my room to another room ,as if there was a technical problem in my room.But actually,there wasn't because they just wanted to give my room to another person. And as soon as I got out,the staff entered the room to clean . So ,as I have also worked in tourism industry,especially at the hotel for a long time,it was clear that they disturbed me and made my stay rather uncomfortable just because they wanted to give that room to another person,which,first of all was not fair.Second,at least they could be honest with me.Maybe I would understand and be eager to go to another room if there was a reasonable explanation or request.So the reception staff lied to me and it wasn't professional at all🙂

Good hotel for the price indicated, value for money. Liked: 1. Daily cleaning of the rooms, towels changed every day. 2. The room is in good condition. 3. Friendly staff, especially cleaning and in the restaurant. 4. Nearby is a good La Mer beach. 5. Nice area, not far from the center, but calm.

Did not like: 1. Monotonous food every day, especially for breakfast.

Overall, the stay was great. Tasty breakfasts, friendly staff, very hardworking housekeeper - was ready to clean bathrooms and change sheets every day.

The windows at our suite, floor 6, were extremely dirty. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The shuttle bus to the beach always came 80% full of passengers from other hotels, we barely could get in and most of the time we went to the beach on our own. Also there were not enough sockets, and our chargers would constantly fall out of them.

We had an absolutely delightful three-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jumeira! I can't praise the exceptional staff enough for making our experience so joyful. From the moment we checked in, their warm hospitality and willingness to help made us feel truly special. A big shoutout to the fantastic hotel manager, Elbalshy and Laksmain attention to detail kept our room spotless and cozy. And I can't forget to mention Mary Ann—her cheerful support and knack for facilitating everything we needed made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you all for making our time there unforgettable!

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to the lovely receptionist, Kayan. From the moment I arrived, Kayan’s welcoming smile and warm demeanor made me feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Every interaction with her was genuinely kind and caring, making my stay feel personal and memorable. Kayan truly exemplifies what exceptional hospitality is all about, and I’m so grateful for her efforts. I can’t wait to return, knowing that people like Kayan make this hotel a place worth coming back.

The staff is excellent, especially Ann,Ajara. Very caring

The room is so compact and clean. Provided with extra bed cum sofa to accommodate my kid. The hotel is very near to Jumeirah and Bur Dubai. Hotel staffs are friendly, especially Madhusan who assisted us during check out time. The rooms are so silent, away from horrifying live entertainment noises. Perfect for family who loves silent rooms. Overall, the stay is worth.

Only the size of the room. Expected bit more spacious room but ended with a compact, small room. The entrance to basement parking is so narrow, so tight and people with less driving experience often end up in clashing at the turns. Otherwise, everything is good.

The cleanliness of the premises and the room stood out for me, housekeeping staff Ajara was always attentive and friendly to us, also the restaurant manager a Filipino lady i forgot her name she was so nice. The food was always fresh and tasty my kids loved it.

Most of the staff are rather unfriendly and non courteous, twice i went to the reception and each time i would go back to my room without being even acknowledged, there’d be 2staff on the same desk assisting the same client for more than 5minutes, at least one can offer some reassurance that they’d be with the next customer shortly instead of just ignoring them, that’s bad manners no matter what the nationality. At one point i was at the parking lot struggling to come out and an employee was just sitting in a hotel car unbothered at all.
